Stood waiting for 20 minutes while one employee was busy looking at her phone. Not the best way to impress a new customer. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never coming back.

Best repair place ever. We have had de-humidifiers, vacuum cleaner and air purifiers repaired and they come back looking like new and performing like new.

I have been going here for the past Six years or so--They have repaired every problem I have ever had--they fix the problem not just replace parts--they ask themselves why is it not working--There prices are very good--every worker there are very nice--helpful--I can not say enough about Tony the owner--they keep my equipment going after 22 years--and great people at the Counter-very Professional .

Great vacuume repair shop and for cleaning supplies

Not a good place to have some repairs on any equipment. Every time I take something to repair never gets fixed and I have to take it back. I Know I just keep going back, but I havent find another place that does repairs. Any suggestions anybody?

Tony and the guys are so helpful they put their customers first and do their best to get you on your way with money still in your pocket. Very trustworthy people. I honestly cant say enough good things about them.

Tony, Francisco, Ruby and the whole team at Optimum Floorcare really set the standard for professionalism, knowledge and service. I drive almost an hour and a half simply because I am willing to pay for their expertise. Tony, the founder, knows this and will make sure to handle my problems immediately... and I am by no means his high dollar client. The machines I purchased years ago are custom built at the shop and are much better than anything on the market. The service team works remarkably quickly. Optimum Floorcare is the best store and repair shop for carpet cleaning equipment in Southerm California. San Diegos best carpet cleaning store. Orange Countys best carpet cleaning store is an hour away...worth the drive.

I do not use social media reviews too much because I doubt the accuracy and I do not like the anonymity. This however, is an extreme case of very bad workmanship, horrible customer service and poor business ethics. I would also like to let it be known, that both Tony and Paco know where this review is coming from and it is not anonymous.To make a long story short, this is over 2 power cords I wanted installed. I knew these cords were good and I purchased them from Optimum Floor Care at an earlier date. Tony insisted they were both bad, I didn’t buy it. I can’t say if this was an honest mistake or an attempt to upsell, but I declined buying 2 new power cords and 2x the labor from Tony.Me, Paco and Tony argued about this for a couple of days, as they still insisted these cords had shorts, but after wiring checks, it has been found that these cords work perfectly and are now in service. It was Optimums wiring that was faulty.I was hoping this would be the end of it, but I felt something needed to be said: I provided absolute proof that these cords are good with a demonstration, and Paco said, “What do you want me to do about it.” I said, “Admit you were wrong”. Paco was out of the cock-a-mame explanations that I listened to for the last couple of days, he also couldn’t admit he was wrong, so he said, “Don’t talk to me like that”. He then told the counter guy not to sell me a non-urgently needed part. Paco, what a cop-out!I have dealt with this company for 12 years and I have spent $10,000 if not $20.000 here. This is not the first time they have said whatever it takes to weasel out of a situation. This company needs to take a long look at itself as the service from this company can be very erratic.

I’ve been going to this place for years and have never had a bad experience with the staff here. I drive out of my way to get to this fine establishment due to the fact that I can be certain my truckmount will be fixed right the first time.

Best place ever! If you believe in the 4th r reuse, reduce, recycle and REPAIR, this is the place. Good service, good price and great fixes.

I bought a Sandia portable carpet extractor and returned it because it was a new model and didnt work right. Tony had a better extractor he built to perform almost like a truck mount he helped me with some ideas to clean carpet better and easier. He never exaggerated about the machines he sells just tells the truth I am very happy with the extractor I bought works better than the factory built Sandia that was my first purchase thanks Tony.
