I’m one of the happy customer for this location. I been buying since last twenty years ever since the store was in the other shopping center.Today, I happen to stop by to pick up some cleaning supplies for my business and miss Wanda was very helpful. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I used to buy few items from the Home Depot but after two bad experiences in the raw with the customer service I have chose to spend my hard earned money at the big lots. Plenty of parking, verity of items and the most good customer service urges me to shop more often here. Thank you Wanda.

Online it said they had 3 of the couch I wanted in store but when we said something the woman told us that was a mistake. So they need to keep up online as they do in store about what they have because we were planning on going to pick up the couch. Other than that I am OK with going there. They have some nice things in store.

The furniture workers there are lazy and lie and we had cash a truck and you just lost out on 1,300 cash. You told us you could not sell the item on floor or order it. But... a couple came in and you did order the same one we just wanted to buy. We walked outside and they couldnt believe the way you all treated us. So they said after they heard all of it.. I cant say.. but when it comes to you all 2 people saying different things about the item . It says,100 off .. for labor day. You said no to everything we asked but did it for the couple. Just trust me the people who are were there saw how you treated us. I will say THANK YOU BUT YOU LOST 1,300 & WE HAD A TRUCK.. SO NO USE GOING TO MANAGER..WE THANK YOU AT LEAST NOW WE KNOW WE NEVER BUY FURNITURE AT YOUR STORE. I WILL SAY THIS. YOU NEED TO HIRE WORKERS ...WHO WORK AND NOT RUDE AND COMPLAIN THEY WORK THERE. BUT GOD BLESS AND WE DO APPRECIATE YOU FOR NOT YOUR BUSINESS. WE FOUND WHAT WE NEEDED AND BETTER AND RESPECTFUL PEOPLE. Its nice to have a local store near where I live. Prices are just right and have all the essentials that you are looking for. Open isles and easy viewing of products. Almost all the items are placed where they should be employees keep the floor and shelves clean of dust and their furniture section has a lot of variety and colors to pick from.Grab a there big lots rewards card because it comes in handy with great discounts and offers

I like this store you can get furniture and other things at a good price

This is a large, well stocked Big Lots location.Lots of end of line items to be had at bargain prices. As well as kitchen, home and electronics they have a good selection of foods items too.The furniture department is great! Very cheap and the selections is good. One thing, they dont have a direct delivery option. They work with a 3rd party person who does not work for Big Lots.

Big lots was clean. Lady that checked us out was very nive. Also something was priced wrong and manager fixed it with no problem. Only thing is prices are to high on alot of things.

We got our entire living room suit from here and we are in love not only with it but the price we payed as well. We also purchased our bed and chest of drawers here which were the exact same ones we liked from a furniture store and paid around $300 less for them. The only down side is delivery is not included with purchase.

Back to school time so things are limited or out of stock. Found some Halloween things but the prices were a bit too big to be considered for purchase.

Nice store, friendly and helpful employees. Recent remodel makes shopping there easier than before. Furniture and other hardline items are compatible with most of the companies that I have shopped at including on line and you can inspect the merchandise before you take it home. While On line orders that arrive damaged are replaced the vendor doesnt want the damaged items returned so you are stuck 😡 with getting rid of it. We enjoy shopping at Big Lots

Associate was very helpful and willing. It was a older gentlemen that was exceedingly kind and you could tell he wanted to help. Though we didnt make a purchase and probably wont in the near future it was a nice experience.

Sometimes there home decor is subpar. Maybe COVID-19 has there inventory a little diminished.

Helpful and friendly staff will assist you in whatever your needs may be. The store is clean, orderly, and well organized by product type. It only takes a few moments to get your bearings and then youll be able to navigate the store as though you worked there. Prices are always lower than most of their competitors and with a much larger selection than you would probably think. I definitely recommend joining their Big Rewards program. The program is free and every third purchase you make gets you a $5 discount on your next purchase. Not to mention that there are several other rewards and ways of earning them that you would be foolish not to join the program if you are planning on shopping there more than once.

Check out the Big Lots in Christiansburg if you need to buy your campus essentials! I’m an Influenster and went shopping there! They have a huge selection of items. I bought my kitchen essentials from there. Super happy they have marble pots and pans! I received this product complimentary for testing.

High prices, and the discount card doesnt work. I told the cashier and she said well it should be working.. what good is that.Have no baby items available, no ribbon, no food coloring, no qtips . Wasted trip, purchased a few items and payed more than the grocery store. Wont be back, staff are grouchy and not helpful Save money and time dont get it here

We almost never go here anymore. The prices seem higher than the competitor. We did purchase a couch here for a good price, but it only lasted a few years - and we didnt have young children or pets at the time so it should have lasted far longer than it did.

It was nice we bought furniture at big lots and the staff were nice great leasing progam one dollar down the only thing I dont like theres no furniture delivery

I bought a couch and loveseat on clearance from here with the progressive leasing they offer. If you do this you have to pay more than the payment amount each payment to get it paid off with no intrest. I had it delivered which the guy that delivered it tore it up and treated it as if it was big box of trash, he did it buy himself and acted like he was on drugs. I was told they no longer use him for deliveries which is a good thing. Big lots didnt send the legs to the furniture and I was never able to get them. I had to end up selling the furniture because my 1 year old grandson kept hurting his head on the arms of the couch because you could feel the wood when leaning on the arms and the pillows would slide off. They do have some good furniture I just picked a bad set 😞.

I find myself shopping here more and more, they tend to have decent prices and a pretty good variety of merchandise, bought a couch, chair and love seat almost two years ago and for the price and quality Im happy and will definitely continue to shop here in the future.
