Quick friendly service. I was needing electronic accessories for my phone and vehicle and they had a large selection to choose from for the amount of money I was trying to spend everything a dollar 💵 👍

I love the Dollar Tree. There is always something you can find in there. They have a variety of things. If you are planning an event like baby shower, birthday party, or even a wedding, then they have great decorations that you should check out. The toys are cheaply made and they will break easily. Many craft ideas, to cleaning supplies, to a little bit of everything. The greatest thing is everything is truly a dollar in the store. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean. It stays a little crowded and it seems like only one register is open. You wait in line for a while.

Great selection and you cant beat a dollar for anything that I can still get quality for a dollar when I buy the same thing add another store for eight or nine dollars and I still come out with a better deal

Of course prices are good. But, these guys need some help here.. The lines are ridiculously long as they never seem to have enough help.

Not enough cashiers. When we were waiting in line for a long time, cashier calls “Next in line.” Instead of next in line he took someone else that wasn’t in line for a long time. I called it out and he said said “sorry, first come first serve. I left everything I planned on purchasing ” I will NOT be going back.

Cashier was very rude, I didnt like the way she acted and could not even say thank you, I said it twice and she said nothing.

Convenient. Affordable. I noticed yesterday that new employees are doing a good job of getting it organized and tidy!

I am so done with this store. The manager, Shannon, is extremely rude. Her “truck” is more important than her customers. At opening she has no one to help customers at the check out. I needed 21 balloons—I expected the cashier to ask me to come back in an hour, however she started filling them so I waited. I started to walk around but heard her talking to cashier—asked if I had ordered the day before. Cashier said no I hadn’t —Shannon said next time I could just wait. At that time I had had enough. I walked up and asked her name. She told me and started making excuses about the truck and new people working. I told her as manager she wasn’t prepared for the day and that she had customers standing waiting while she was worried about truck. Since she took over store she is never friendly. And with Covid in SW VA being high she doesn’t cover her nose with her mask—and mask has never been worn properly at any time that I’ve been in there.Michael—previous manager was a very good manager—always friendly with customers.

The place is a disaster. Filthy, messy, aisles blocked.

Disappointed in the availability of crafting items. To much going on with little fall decor, some Halloween decor and then limited Christmas items. As if the store cant decide which holiday to focus on so they just threw a little bit of each out. Many of the shelves were empty on the crafting sections.

Always even before the pandemic they have 3 sometimes 4 employees and well the line tonight was all the way down the isle I counted 14 ppl not including myself and the 3 that walked out finally 2 employees come up from stocking and the other apparently chatting idk if it was her break but old manager I had at the older location would not have had that. ONE CASHIER UNLESS ITS BACKED UP TO FREEZER

I went there on May 14,2019 to get party supplies for a college graduation and just wanted Judy to know that I really appreciate her help in helping me out with blowing up and deciding what balloons to get for graduation. I could tell that Judy was going to be great even before she worked with me since I noticed that she was very polite, friendly, and energetic with each customer that she dealt with. I was tempted to not bother with getting balloons as Im a stereotypical guy that is terrible with parties and decorations and she was the difference that made me buy from there. Thank you again for making my shopping experience much better and Ill make sure to go to Dollar Tree again for anything party related!

Love dollar tree. You can actually find some great stuff if you know how to look!

Very clean and mostly organized location. The staff are friendly, which is nice. Lots of good wrapping paper, gift bags, tape, and other holiday supplies for real cheap. Selection and prices are the same as any other Dollar tree. Store is relatively new, so everything is in good condition inside. Plenty of parking in front.

Employees are great, shop is big and has a good amount of selection. The only bad thing is that they dont have the $1 Pokemon packs that my son really likes. We have to go to blacksburg every time because theres packs there.

Lots of parking available and really easy to find. Everything in the store is a dollar so no need to look for a price. Food to housewares to odds and ends will keep you busy if youre just browsing. Its a good place to visit if tight on you budget since most of the items will be a little smaller to keep them at one dollar...and if you have an exact amount to spend, just counting the items is a breeze.

I saw something for sale in the weekly flyer, starting the next day. I knew I would be out of town the next day, so I called the store to find out if the might have gotten the product in early. I was told no, the truck hadnt come in yet, but the girl I spoke with said she would put one in the office for me. After my appt out of town I stopped in and sure enough she and put one in the office for me. I was very impressed! I havent had that quality customer service in a long time. The store appears to be clean, and Ive never been able to go in there without finding something I wanted. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

My second home, love the new place its large and neat and people are always friendly.

Its an okay store. A lot of the aisles need to be organized though. Lots of stuff just thrown around, things lying on the floor in the middle of an aisle. Ceiling has lots of missing tiles and water stains. Needs to be renovated badly. Great customer service, though. Employees are very polite.

Being a brand new store, its very clean and organized. This is a well-stocked Dollar Tree with more than just the basic options.

No greeting from cashier. Bought a whole buggy full of such and she just goes here you go and hands me my receipt. No thank you, no smile, she looked like she didnt want to be there. The most unsociable place I have been in lately. The people that were stocking were very friendly.....no sure if I will be back. That was the 2nd time since theyve opened that Ive been there.

Tons of snacks for just $20, perfect for game night.

If you’re black or a POC stay away from this Dollar General store. My brother fought for this country and the humiliation we felt being followed in each isle like criminals. Discipline the staffers working the nightshift of 12/11/17. Around 7:20pm
