The ladies Melissa and Dilyn pierced my daughter this morning she was super nervous and they were really great at coaching on relaxing her, telling her it would be okay, and just making a comfortable environment for the process. Highly recommend for piercings! Great and professional service!! My daughter loves her new piercings!

I had an amazing experience with the staffmember here this evening. Not only was she professional and friendly, but she went out of her way to make sure we were happy.It was our first time getting piercings, and she did everything to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the results.

I bought a gold hoop for my nose Ive had it now for 2 years and its great high quality

I got my ears peirced when I was six hear and it was sanitary and nice but they used a piercing gun. Now back then I had no clue that, that would be any danger to my ears but now I know. I would recommend a studio to get your ears peirced at instead with a needle.

Both of the ladies working tonight made me feel like I was a nuisance to them. Very rude and unprofessional.

Purchased a necklace for Christmas not expensive but sales lady said extra warranty if any problems in future for breakage so I purchased it now less than 3 months later it breaks so I return it sorry no receipt no repair gave girl purchase date range and sorry I cant find your name or transaction, so I find credit card proof of purchase oh sir now I see your name and you paid but sorry no repair no transaction number come back later and see my boss so after all this I will not purchase again solely on customer service being poor spend the extra money and shop at reputable jewelry store old bait and switch sales here,after 2 hours necklace replaced after calling pagoda head quarter s and being told sorry for the store service that she would help me any way and give me all the info plus to tell kiosk rep I had spoke to them then after I went back with all the information I was told I was rude for being persistent and never yelled cursed or said anything harsh that what else do I need each time and she was there when item was sold and her manager so here nor there buy at your own risk and I was the the first review on this site and less than an hour later it gets a great review for this site so you be the judge shop at Kays or even Claire s does better than them
