These people accommodated me on very short notice to replace an accessory drive belt, work was done quickly. Staff there are professionals and counter the usual arguments about dealerships. Would visit again without hesitation and recommend this dealer to everyone.

Lets face it, car buying for shoppers has become as efficient as possible. One-time lot visits are not all uncommon before purchase. That was my familys experience with Duncan. There was a lot of email communication up front a few days out. Once my lead was assigned to Dave Ramsey, I experienced prompt attention and top notch customer service. I learned Dave came from the hospitality industry and it shows. The lot was packed with inventory, relatively busy with customers, but when we arrived, Dave was ready once again to take care of us. The dealership was clean, smelled clean and had a laid back feeling. Kudos to Dave and Duncan Team!

I was told my car would be detailed inside and out for Healthcare appreciation. I clarified over the phone several times with Peter and was informed that my car would get detailed inside and out w/o the oil change. I told him over the phone that if the car wash was the only cleaning going to be done then I would not be interested. I was reassure INSIDE and OUTSIDE cleaning.My car was not at all dirty in the first place with minimal cleaning needed to the weather mats in the front, middle, back trunk and outside. I received my vehicle back with only the outside washed with spots still all over it. Would not recommend wasting gas, time, or the reliability of this company. Says alot of how much they appreciate healthcare workers.

The sales associate, Beth Fleming was extremely nice and helpful. The F&I Rep., Shawn Taylor, was knowledgeable, helpful and nice. It was an experience that I would repeat.

Had a factory recall on my car. After a 3 hour wait in which I was told that is lead to believe it would only take one hour for the work, my car was done and had grease marks on windows and hand prints on windows and exterior paint of cars.
