I cant say enough good things about my experience at this store. My lights started to dim this week causing me to think it may be an issue with my battery or alternator. I stopped after work this week and had my battery tested. They immediately helped me when I walked in, they were having issues with the battery tester but were determined to get it checked for me and even had different people put it on my battery to get it working. They came out to my car even though it was cold and raining (I know thats terrible but it made me even more nervous to have a dead battery at night in the rain). They walked me through what the results came out to be when they got the battery tester to work and explained what options I had to possibly resolve the issue. They didnt push anything on me in terms of making a purchase. They gave me helpful and honest advice. I ended up buying a battery and it did solve my issue, they installed it in less then a few minutes, made sure it was reading well and everything was working. All in all with the battery tester issue and the installation of my battery I ended up with three different employees who helped me and each one of them were kind, respectful and incredibly helpful. Kudos to the hiring team and the employees at this AutoZone, I will only go to this store for my car needs from now on because of these three helpful people. Thank you for all of your help and I hope you all get raises for being such awesome employees! :)

Son is in college, car would not start. I was going to replace the battery but they did not want to and assured me it was the starter. Not knowing the area the recommended someone local and that turned out to work perfectly and was an honest shop. Thank you to Austin for being honest and pointing us in the right direction. Nice knowing when you are far away there are people you can trust!

I walked in there so upset about a mattress I had put on my roof that wouldn’t stay on. One of the guys helped me out, ignoring the fact that I looked like a crazy person. He made my day so much better and I really wish I got his name. Great customer service here, thanks again!!

Great place!!! Helped my son out when he was having car issues, the employees helped him with testing the battery and alternator, getting to the bottom of the issue (starter) all at no charge. Even helped with a referral to a reputable mechanic who quickly repaired the issue (failed starter) at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

These people help the best they can & they are like family. They sure know to put a smile on your face & make you laugh even if they arent having the best day at work. Always praying for these people.

I appreciate the care of the sales people. I just bought a replacement battery for my garden tractor and the sales person came out to my truck where my old battery was to be sure that I was getting the correct battery. The last store that I got a battery from was more interested in getting a sale - I had to go back because it was the wrong one. Not so with Autozone.

Trying to get your rewards member number is like trying to break into a bank account security system. The rewards system as a whole is completely flawed and for that reason alone I will never ever be doing business with this company again. The management was rude and had absolutely NO clue how to fix a very simple issue.

I came in to buy an alternator. Once I got to my van the alternator previously in it had completely died. With no knowledge of vehicles and unable to get a tow I was stuck. Then graciously Zachary loaned me his personal tools to try and change it. When I was unsuccessful Zachary and Austin each chipped a hand in and got the new alternator in! They were patient, kind, beyond helpful, respectful, and determined; from the moment I walked in until the moment I left.

Michelle is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and parts let me put it this way if she was to ever leave that place. I would rather order my parts online from like rock auto. Hint dont let her leave

My fiance and I were on our way to Blacksburg, VA when our truck started shaking and having problems accelerating. We quickly re-routed to the nearest auto store which happened to be this AutoZone. When I walked in to get the scanner I was greeted by Zachary M. He was very polite and helpful. After running the diagnostic and purchasing the part I needed, I had a few issues, but he went above and beyond to help me resolve them. Good customer service is hard to come by, but Zachary and all of his co-workers were great help for us today! Would highly recommend this AutoZone location!

Its as expected. Car guys know cars but these guys didnt show common courtesy. I was dressed nice and in a nice car. They talked down to me like I didnt know anything. I was turning wrenches before they were born. I know cars. I also know how to be polite.

So I’m a 17 year old girl and I came in with coolant problems and these people are the nicest anyone has ever been to me they helped me with everything they could. I wish I knew the guys name who helped me but I would only recommend you go there for issues

Battery was weak so I came to Autozone. Purchased a new battery to replace for $140. However the guy who was replacing broke all plastic connectors and did not tight the battery. He asked me to turn on the engine and closed the hood right away after I started it. He purposely wanted to hide his job. I opened the hood and noticed everything . After escalation the manager came and replaced all connectors except one because they did not have spare parts. He also tight the battery. I added for this job 2 stars, and no stars for the first guy.Next time I will go to a competitor on opposite side of the street.

I went in to ask a question about my stereo system, in hopes that someone would be able to help me. I didnt even finish my sentence before the guy cut me off and said nope, dont know nothing about that. He didnt bother to ask another associate or even try to understand what I was asking. No need for the rudeness. I work customer service myself and would never treat a customer this way.

Been a loyal customer for 20 years now, and I can only recall a couple of times that the service was lacking. Friendly and knowledgeable folks. I dont shop anywhere else, unless I need a part immediately that they do not have in stock.

Call the phone rings and rings. Than they answer and put you on hold for the longest time. Than they give you the price on parts and they are higher than the other parts store. Same brand name and all.

Went in today 2/3/19 to get a battery for my truck was five customers in line had two employees took over 20 minutes to get waited on. Then when it came my turn the employee ask if he could ring the person behind me in line up. I said sure. I was thinking dont i exist? Was told by employee having problem with their computer system. Was told that last time i went in. Looks like they need to put some money in new system. VERY POOR SREVICE

I dont typically know much about cars. But when I am told something is wrong with my vehicle I go and get it fixed. I got my alternator replaced recently and I was also told that my battery (that is still under warranty) was also bad after being load tested and everything else. So I went to get it replaced. The person who helped me was very rude and short with me. He tested my battery and told me that it was fine and was nothing wrong with it. And upon me questioning how it could be fine when I was just told it was bad, I was given abrupt and rude tones telling me to look at the meter. And that its fine and nothing is wrong with it This is my third visit to this establishment and each time I come I am treated like I am stupid and that I shouldnt be there based on my knowledge about cars. My battery is still under warranty, and once it is up or I get it replaced, I will not be returning. Very rude staff and Im tired of being treated like Im garbage.

They pay more attention to the phones then a customer with a wallet trying to purchase a part standing right in front of them.... Wont be back, too many better options I the NRV to purchase automotive parts from

AutoZone in Christiansburg provided some excellent customer service. I was having issues with a set of Duralast Gold and they replace them under warranty with the Duralast Max!

Some guy named Steve picked up the phone. I was polite but he was far from it. Steve was extremely rude and condescending, cutting me off when I tried to speak. This isnt the first time this stores employees acted in this manner. Will not ever return to this location again.

Love AutoZone but feel like they should keep a closer eye on their workers here in Christiansburg. Some are crooked and sell broken returned items that were never checked and Im guessing pocket the money. My fiance bought a part for his truck and couldnt return it because the item wasnt showing up in the system as being sold and never gave him a receipt. From now on I never leave that place without receipts etc. And when it comes to the $20 points. I should have atleast 5 points right now even had 2 receipts that they said they added but never did, so Im still only at 3 points til I get the 5 for the free $20. Really irritated me because they wouldnt add one of the receipts that I made sure to ask them if they gave me my points when I made the purchase so its not my fault it didnt get added. But it was a couple days older than 30 days so all they would do is give me a discount for 20 cent off my breaks. As if I care about 20 cent compared to the 20 I should have had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And a couple of the workers just seem like youre not important or worry about getting to people in a timely manner.
