This was the first La Michoacana that I discovered and I fell in LOVE!! Every time I visit they always make my order to perfection! Not to mention they are extremely friendly and patient, especially since there are so many ice cream flavors to choose from! So far I have been to 2 other stores and this is still my absolute favorite!!! I have recommended this place to so many people and everyone that has gone loves it just as much!! I hope to go back soon, I have a craving for a mangonada!!!

I cannot express how delicious everything here is! They have a wide variety of ice creams and snacks and beverages. Their aguas frescas are delicious (cucumber lime is my favorite) Their corn in a cup is great. Fresas con crema (strawberries and cream) is a go to favorite of mine. The prices are good for what you are getting and the staff is always very friendly. My family and I love coming here to satisfy our sweets cravings

Great place I always recommend it to my friends to try it out, they have different varieties of ice-cream paletas and other items to try. Every employee has treated me with manners since Ive been going for about 4 years now

I went in, ordered a smoothie. The manager was washing the store windows, The young lady behind the counter and had started making my smoothie when 2 women came in with 4 kids. The manager told the young woman making my smoothie to stop and take the orders of the women and kids that came in behind me, which she did. I waited, and waited and waited for my smoothie and after 10 minutes I left. It was the rudest experience Ive ever encountered in a business. The manager just continued cleaning the window. I felt very uncomfortable and I decided to leave because it was obviously intentional. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Delicious!!! So many choices to chose from. Big portions and not too sweet. Customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place.

Overall quality of the ice cream is amazing. The service is okay. The shop is clean but way too hot inside. Fore a ice cream shop I would imagine a nice cool place to enjoy my ice cream they have about three house fans going but not enough to circulate the air.

I love love this place my number one favorite when it comes to ice cream. Great place to cool down during the summer. Variety of options from ice creams to corn with hot Cheetos in it. Ice cream is always fresh and tasteful staff is super friendly. Highly recommend this location

I love this location, the other stores in the area employee the rudest humans I have encountered. The girls that work here though are friendly and helpful and patient while I try to decide which delicious treat I am going to enjoy. Keep up the good work!

These girls are too close to each other, cross contaminating food & utensils, the fresas con crema was delicious but what worries us is the lack of guidelines to maintain social distancing amongst customers& staff

Our ice cream & paletas are made everyday with hard work in the back while our servers are out there helping you. Clean place, good service, many flavors to pick from as well as salty snack options. My onmy complaint is that their arroz con leche ice cream and paleta has hard (undercooked) rice often. But everything else is 👍👍👍

Very good customer service

For me personally, I think some of the ice cream was too bland, & the horchata was way too sweet. My kids liked it tho. If I were going by myself or another person, prices wouldnt be so expensive . But since I went with my hubby & 3 kids it was a little much. I would have preferred to go to Dairy Queen & save some money.

Late night run at 10pm....I truly Love this place everyone is so nice and attentive. They let you try a small sample of what you might want. Leaving you with the option to choose MAYBE 2 flavors 😀 YOU CANT GO WRONG!! My choice for the night is the Pinenut 1st time trying it.❤

The only thing thats half way decent about this place is the ice cream. I personally will never go back to this place because its way way over priced for the quality. I would rather spend the money on going to Tj or Rosarito Mexico where they actually know what theyre doing...Just saying.

I like everything about this the food is delicious. My favorite ice cream is the tequila flavor yum!!! Next is the abuelita. I also got to try the bionicos it was scrumptious. Plus healthy...

The dessert here is always good and the service is always with a smile! The last time we came here we got Cajeta ice cream and the esquite and both were very good after a run. The only bummer is that they dont have all the flavors that other locations have.

This is my 2nd time here. Love the cleanliness and quality of the food. Customer service is also excellent. Very few Michoacanas with high quality service and food. Im picky when it comes o food and service but dont mind the prices..I would have to pay more elsewhere for less quality foods. So, I dont mind the prices when Im getting what I want and like. By the way..I found out today that all ice cream and popsicles are made in house..not only the fresh cut food daily and delicious Mexican treats that I come here for. I can honestly say this place is worth me stopping by when running g errands in the area..I live in the Victorvalley area..and our Michoacanas up here arent the greatest.

Been here 2 times and the girls are nice and everything but the 1st time one of them was mopping and she just wash her hand never took of the gloves she was mopping with and she went to help customers Clorox or any cleaning supplies have toxic things on them 2nd time another girl was cleaning and did the same thing she just wash her hand with the glove on and went to help us sorry but thats nasty never coming here again
