The ice was good and the puffle was good as well. Customer service was friendly.

Staff were helpful and real friendly. Gave me a sample of their toppings because I was curious of what it tasted like. I got the family size for $8.75. That gives you up to four scoops. Plenty for one person. I got double sea salt caramel crunch(really liked this one), the caldron, and peaches and cream. Will be back soon.

Had been wanting to try this place and finally in the area today. Service was great she explained the flavors and gave samples. I was curious about the rose water and yes it really tasted as water which roses are in. I ordered the churro puff pastry (which she freshly made) and had the cauldron ice cream put in it. Quite tasty. Only thing they didn’t do was shake the ice cream which I’ve seen in pictures sometimes it’s shaped into a character or a rose.

Sooo good! I am so excited a place with unusual flavors opened up near us.If you are scared to try the floral flavors, don’t be! My daughter and I had both rose and earl gray-lavender flavors. They are light, refreshing and delicious

Really good ice cream. We were looking for a replacement after grandma Pucci’s close down and I think we found it. Definitely hidden away but once you find it you’ll be hooked

I liked the ice cream, but wasnt impressed with their puffles. The egg puffs were very doughy and thick. In fact, they tasted old. I had the original and my wife had the churro style. Both were underwhelming. Probably wont be back.

Was there at 1 on a Thursday and they weren’t even ready. Can’t even be sure if they were open or not so the hours are fickle

Love the cauldron flavored ice cream here! It tastes like horchata or a good vanilla and cinnamon with cookies n cream.The staff and manager here are always friendly and helpful!Ive checked out other Cauldrons in Glendale, but this Chino location is the one I frequent the most.

Their ice cream flavors are very flavorful and creamy. You can ask for samples before placing your order.They’re known for the rose shaped ice cream scoop (free of charge) which makes for a cute photo.We got the cauldron flavor which is vanilla ice cream with cinnamon mixed with Oreo. It tasted like a perfect marriage between a churro and an Oreo.Will definitely be coming back.

Located inside the cravings market food court this little Ive cream stand really Stans out among the other vendors thereProtip get the puffle cone, its $6 and is truly a bargain for all the goodness that your get. Weve been here a couple times now and they make the puffle cones fresh, piping hot and my kids love it. 4 orders came out to a little over $25 not bad for this level of over cream

Even though vegan ice cream is offered, the company cross contaminates by using the same scoop for all the ice cream and put the scoop in the same water. For people like me, there is no warning and if I didnt watch and notice, I would have become severely sick. So if you are a pretend vegan thats eats at places that share utensils, grills, fryers and etc or trying to eat healthier than this place is for you.

What an amazing place, it all started with the offering of a sample of as many flavors as we wanted. I couldnt believe how friendly the employee at the time was, cute girl with a genuinely caring attitude. So far 5 stars. Then we order. She made sure she walked us through everything, ensuring we get what we want.I ordered mint chip ice cream in a puffle. The puffle is made fresh and served hot with the ice cold ice cream, perfect combo! Make sure you put at least 2 napkins on the bottom as the lower ice cream does melt and only so much absorbs into the puffle. The ice cream was very good (7 out of 10), not custom made tasting but very balanced and good. The puffle is perfectly sweet.A plus plus to the place for serving a great treat and having exceptionally caring staff members.

Only tried one item : strawberry shortcake icecream on the waffle cone but I fell in love with it. I would definitely go there again if in the area.

This location is a Cauldron mini. No, the location does not have Cauldrons iconic nitro machines, but despite this the ice cream is still as rich and exciting as if you had purchased from any Cauldron location. You can still ask to have your ice cream shaped like a rose. Puffle cones are available. Cauldron still has the best ice cream in SoCal. Please dont skip trying their delicious ice cream just because youre not buying it from one of their larger locations!

Great customer service and the handmade ice cream was delicious, good variety of flavors and toppings! Definitely recommend this place to others!!!
