Don’t wast your time. The “store” barely holds a full-sized sectional couch and their customer service is terrible. There were two women working and the younger one is awfully rude. She did not want to give me an estimate, she said she needed to contact the company they order from (Coaster Furniture). They continued to try to sell me a “floor sample” that was not on the floor but “in storage”. They said the light grey couch is pretty much the same as the darker grey sectional except for the material, the storage capabilities, the height, etc. It’s unreasonable to expect someone to agree to purchase a “floor sample” without ever actually viewing it. Their products are not good quality, the fabric is scratchy and the “down-fill” was actually just cotton cushion which I discovered when I unzipped the cover. I found them on offerup and I am disappointed that there was not a previous review to warn me. [update] They eventually text me that they would sell me an 8-piece sectional for $3,299 or a 9-piece sectional for the same price. My advice is stay away from this business and their products.

I purchased a couch from Beautiful home by Carmen and I was not disappointed. It looks luxurious and elegant and is comfortable as well. I was quite surprised as I had only seen it through the catalogue. Carmen is very knowledgeable with the merchandise she sells and offered alternatives as I was working with a budget but I fell in love with this couch and said what the heck. I would most definitely recommend Beautiful Home By Carmen as she is experienced as well as accommodating and friendly.

This co. use to sell from their home. In which I purchased alot of furniture from. BIG MISTAKE! I got a sectional that was delivered damaged 3x I then just wanted a refund. They refused and i ended up with half a section couch. Imagine that!! Then I ordered a formal dining room set they tried to send me the floor model which was at their house I refused it. So after this they try to deliver floor model ripped chairs from their home. I refused and they gave completely different chairs. The mom is timid but pushy the daughter younger lady RUDE & STUCK UP. just be careful. Trust me you can find same furniture other places for less and that actually delivers and sets up.

This place has amazing furniture selection. Simple and elegant. Great taste in furniture, the service is excellent and definitely recommend. Love this place.
