It’s a very big, clean, and beautiful store. I was there to buy a treadmill. I found one I really liked and wanted to bring it home. I drove my truck to the store. I was determined to buy it. I patiently waited and continued to wait. NO ONE asked if I needed help. I left very disappointed. I will not be returning to the store. I wonder how they stay in business, with their awful customer service. ☹️

Like everyone else in this crazy world trying to find a PS5 elsewhere with no luck of finding one, I was told by my co-worker that La Curacao had it. I was skeptical at first because you cant find it anywhere....To my Biggest surprise, I actually went to local Chino La Curacao and by Luck I spoke with Carlos R. and he made mine and my sons day! He was able to sell me and my family the elusive PLAYSTATION 5 with a bundle pack. I am so glad I was able to get it from La Curacao and the very helpful associate Carlos R. I am honestly very happy, that my shopping went really easy because I found exactly what I wanted. It was in the department of jewelry and cologne this young lady named Andrea helped me find exactly what I wanted. It didn’t take long I had asked her exactly what I was looking for and she gave me three options, for the three options I found the one that I wanted. She was very nice and kind, she wasn’t rude at any time, she was helping me step-by-step and showing me what is the best items to buy. She has been by far the best clerk I’ve ever spoken to and I give her a 10 out of 10. she did not waste my time and she was doing her job 100% . I flew in from Philadelphia and was looking for a gift for a special someone. I had never been to this store ever in my life. This store reminded me of a Costco/best buy and I felt so lost. I met a girl named Enya in the fashion department and she was the best! I was walking around the store and she came up to me and asked if I needed help. She was so caring, kind, and new exactly what I needed. So many workers walked straight past me, but not her. She was the only one to come and ask if I needed help. She helped me purchase the perfect gift! I wish everyone at that store was as kind and helping as she was!! If I am ever back in the state I will definitely come back to visit this store! I had such a great first experience.

Like most things, Curacao isnt perfect. However, over the years, Ive spent many $$$ on a variety of items - big & small. This past week, I was going to buy a new mobile phone online and thought Id check with Curacao first before I hit the buy now button on Amazon. As it turns out, it was the best choice. The two sales people, Calvin and Gilbert were extremely knowledgeable about both Android and Iphone details. Better yet, they provided me with a lot of information I didnt know prior to my research. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I went into the credit department and let me say that the service I received was amazing. I would especially like to acknowledge Miguel for his great customer service!! I would definitely ask for his assistance next time I come.

The first time I came I waited an hour to be helped. The employees there see you and turn the other way knowing you need help. The employees at the entrance are pretty clueless. I thought giving them a second chance would work but it was worst! They kept me waiting for over an hour to purchase a computer. Not only did it take them forever to process the laptop transaction but they forgot to give me an item I paid for! Than they were so inconsiderate about me having to drive 45 mins just to come get it! Don’t buy anything here it even takes a manager over 30 mins to come assist. Their service all around is a nightmare. If I can give them any less than a star I would. Never coming back to this location again.

Two weeks ago, my husband and I were christmas shopping, and we went to the fragrance department. Andrea, (the one with dark hair and tattoos) was VERY helpful, nice, and rang my husband and I up with ease. She helped us pick the perfect presents for my friend, and was very patient with me as i was wanting to smell a bunch of perfumes to pick the right ones. She had conversations with me, cracked some jokes, and 10/10 had the BEST customer service. This isnt the first time shes helped my husband and I out while there, shes helped us apply for credit with ease, and always answers our questions. She is one of the best workers there honestly. Shes one of the only ones that help us out every time we are there, and we are there a lot since its by our house. Andrea is great, a great person, a hard working person and has great customer service!! I always enjoy coming back and seeing her! Thank you Andrea for all that you do!
