Initial response was quick and responsive. Showed up on time to take measurements and my deposit. After that it was a whole different story. Set appointments for installation but ditched me twice. The other times just kept postponing. I was getting my whole bathroom done so they delayed my whole process. They finally installed the glass 2 weeks after the promise date but water was seeping thru under the glass. Contacted them but drag me on for 3 months. By then I had already got someone else to seal the edges. They had also cracked my tile in the process of drilling the hinges into the wall. I have new tiles for my bathroom and they work has ruined my new shower. Promised he would show up or contact me back for at least 10 times. Never once call back or show up as promised. I don’t understand how people can do business like this but Jose the owner treats his customers like idiots. All the empty promises. Not a good practice at all.
