Set an appt. to repair window. Received a text reminder day before. Received a phone call that tech was on his way. Tech was on time. Repair was made. Billed the amount quoted. Problem solved!

Spoke to a guy by the name of Charlie and was told he would come out on a certain day but would call before to confirm a time. Day came and two guys showed up at my house without a call, luckily they caught me as I was stepping out. The guys took the measurements for a glass panel I needed for my shower bathroom and I was told the glass should be available within 5-7 business days since its a small panel. About a week had gone by and no phone call with any kind of estimate so I called and left a message. Didnt get a phone call back but I did a a text message back from this Charlie guy and was told they would not do the job. Really? Was the job to small, not worth the time or business? Dont waste your time with this place. Very unprofessional, hiding behind your phone and sending me a text message. Clsss act buddy
