Don’t come here. Everyone here is clearly not happy with their career path and take it out on people who come here. I got accused of stealing after I came for my vaccine appointment and wanted to buy some cough syrup for my 2 year old.

I usually do online order, i like to save plastic so not require anytime bag, i always carry with me, they always charge online order for store pickup... today recently visited near to my place and they charged, i told couple of time bag not require, Manager was wrongly argue they cant, they have option to cancle bag, if not require...so be careful...

I am quiet disappointed in this pharmacy. I hadnt had issues until recently. I went to pick up a medication and asked if I could be provided a 3 month supply. If you purchase 1 it is 40 dollars and if you purchase 3 it is still 40 dollars. So naturally, if you can get more for less why wouldnt you? The technician at the time told me that they had a quantity for 2 months but not 3 months. She didnt say quantity 60, she specifically said 2 months. At first I drove away and let her know I was going to try to talk to the doctor and get a three month. However, I havent had this medicine for over a month or two now. I came back around and said, it is ok I will take the two months for now. I get the medication just to find out it is actually only for one month, one inhaler. I go into the store then and luckily the supposedly refunded me and were supposed to order the other two. It has almost been a week now and still havent heard back. I will try to call to clarify and if they are still giving me issues, I will just ask if the doctors office can call on my behalf because they are giving me a hard time ridiculous! It is unfortunate also because the person who provided the incorrect information took no responsibility for her part. If she would have asked the pharmacist or someone who actually knew, and I was aware that it was only for a month this whole situation could have been handled alot more appropriately. Update: I called the pharmacy at 6:30am to find out that it has been ready about a week. The person on the phone this morning was very kind and answered my concerns. However, my medication has been ready for almost a week a no one sent the text or reminder etc to pick it up. That is awful.

Horrible service at the pharmacy, all they care about is covid testing which who cares at this point. Im in actual pain waiting for my prescription which they said would be done in 2 hrs... and now saying one more hour till its ready. Absolutely ridiculous thanks for caring about all your customers.

If you dont need covid vaccine or test your business is just a hassle for them

Ive been going here for years but recently it’s been so slow getting prescriptions. Went there yesterday and they were out of one of my prescriptions had to wait a half hour for the other two. Went back today had to wait another half hour to get my prescription both times people getting the prescriptions didn’t know what they were doing had to ask questions with every person from others in the back. I may find a new store.

I had eye surgery and needed my prescription eye drop. This store claimed they have my prescription and told me to come back the next day. Next day came, I showed up at 10 AM. They told me they dont have it. The clerk told me to come back after 1PM. At 2PM I came back and they still said they dont have it. I dont know if these people are just incompetent, careless or just a bunch of liars.If you value your time, go elsewhere. Avoid doing business at this pharmacy

No longer 24 hours

I took a prescription in to get filled and what should have taken 20 minutes to fill ended up taking over an hour. First, I was told they couldnt fill it because I had just filled it on 06/28. I had to do her job and ask her to check the year and sure enough, it was 06/28/2018. Then she said she still couldnt fill it because she needed to get a prior authorization. Again, having to do her job for her, I told her to run it through my secondary insurance on file. She did, and it went through. Instead of prioritizing my prescription being that I had been there for half an hour. She helped 3 customers who had driven up first, as well as other customers who arrived after me in the store. I shouldve taken my business elsewhere but I felt I invested too much time there so I just grinned and bared it. I got my medication a little over an hour later. She wasnt apologetic and even appeared annoyed. This employee was a mature of aged person, so I cant even excuse her for being young or inexperienced. I had used Walgreens for many years in the past land had always received good service but my last few experiences have been bad ones. Some have been incompetent, others have had bad attitudes and have been rude. I hope they raise their standards of customer service and come to the realization that their customers satisfaction is what will keep them in business and pay their wages.

Kristina in photo department is a fantastic employee to the Walgreens Family in Chino. I went in to print invites for the first time and without even having to ask for help she immediately approached me offering any help she is very knowledgeable of the kiosk very professional and has a great attitude. I must say I cant remember experiencing such excellent customer service with a genuine smile. Thank you Kristina! You took the time to help a customer when most employee at stores are in a rush and look like they dont want to help. Not your Walgreens.

Drive thru pharmacy was fast for me but not for the people in front of me. I wish they had both lanes open still

Long line for the pharmacy, long line for the Cashier check out. They Work slow.Every time at least 1hr and + for the prescription.Only thing good is open 24/7

Absolute worst pharmacy ever I called just to check if a prescription was ready and was on hold for more that 30 min thats BS and they dont even answer just put you on hold.
