The managers of Adams pharmacy very bad service I do not recommend the place

Price gouging. Selling jabones (popular on tik tok) from mexico for $1.99 a couple months ago..today they jacked the price up to $4.99 just because its popular. So wonder how many they will sell now? Ridiculous

Price gouging location. Overpriced items at this location. According to management this store runs prices differently than what they have listed online. The downside is that they are more expensive than what it is listed on the CVS app. The item I bought today was listed on the CVS app for $19.49 but overpriced on this store shelf at $21.79. More than $2 more! Wow. Avoid this overpriced location.

Today I had the pleasure to pick up my prescriptions with Kevin and the drive thru. He was so nice and friendly. He gives me a reason to continue to go to this CVS (Chino on Philadelphia)

Waited an hour behind two cars just to pick up a prescription. Ridiculous

No restroom for use. Been trying to find one since Im an hour from home and like five gas stations wouldnt let you use bathrooms.

First time here and will be the last. They clearly dont teach customer service in their onboarding. I pulled up in the drive thru and the pharmacist, or whoever it was working, said What are you here for?. Not Hello. Not How can I help you? So I told him I had a prescription to fill and put my prescription, ID and insurance card in the tray. He took it and walked away. Not another word. So Im sitting in the DT not knowing what is going on and about 10 mins later he comes back and puts my ID and insurance card in the tray and sends it back to me. Blank stare. He finally says When you pick it up you will need your ID. Great, 2 whole sentences. I had to ask how long and he said 15 mins. Based on the other reviews I hope to get it by tomorrow afternoon. Seriously.....when your first greeting to a customer is What are you here for? you should probably go work in a cog factory because customer service and interaction are not a strong suit.

I’ve come to this CVS 3 times now, and my family and I have been very lucky to be helped by “EVA”. She is very sweet and patient and most importantly very helpful. Thank you EVA for having such great customer service even when you are bombarded with clients! You deserve a bonus lol!

The “drop off only” sign for the right lane of the drive through is completely concealed by trees.

So coming here I put in my prescription and I was told it was going to be an hour to fill and I left and came back after an hour and I went through drive thru and I waited close to an hour. It’s very upsetting and ridiculous to know that a big corporation such as yours can not manage to get more than one person for graveyard shifts. This pharmacist was doing his best to assist the customers on their drop offs, pick-ups, drive thru and also managing to fill medication. I think it’s time for you to get your locations some help. I also want to add the Pharmacist that assisted me was super great and had such amazing customer service so the 1 star is not towards him but towards the CVS corporation.

I JUST got off the phone with one of their employees. He definitely went out of his way to track a product for me that was out of stock. Even when I was ready to hang up he insisted on checking nearby stores and looking up additional UPC codes. I didnt get his name, but his accent sounded Middle Eastern. A huge convenience having a 24-hour location with such eager costumer service.

Graveyard employee Andrea was the sweetest and most welcoming employee when I stopped in to buy valentines for my 4 kids. I witnessed her handling of some difficult customers and was throughly impressed with her professionalism and poise. Ill be doing all my shopping in the middle of the night from now on.

Every time I come here the pharmacy technicians dont have my prescription ready, even though I call several hours ahead of time, Ive also been told to return in 15-30 minutes after literally waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line, its honestly ridiculous at this point, they are never prepared. No consideration for peoples time.

Great employees at this location. Open 24/7. Well organized. Great pharmacy staff as well.

There has been a panhandler posted up at the entrance of the store asking people for money on two different occasions within the past few days Ive been there. I mentioned it to one of the employees. I believe shes a manager of some sort because she wears a whiteish shirt different from the rest of the employees. When I mentioned it to her, she sounded indifferent and said something to the affect of oh, is that Kenny? I believe thats the name she said. I then saw her walk outside (to throw something in the trash I think) wave to the panhandler, and walk back inside. This obviously isnt an issue to her. Dont get me wrong, I understand some people are really struggling in life but I just dont think customers need to be harassed before walking into the store.

Always very helpful. Pharmacy is good and helpful.

If I can give this store 0 stars I would .. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I dropped off my prescription Sunday afternoon and was told by a guy I really cant recall his name but he said that the med was out of stock but that he will order it and I can come by within 2 days .. So I was like ok cool i dropped off my prescription I came back two days later to my surprise the girl that helped me out was horrible horrible she said no one had ordered my pills and blah blah I was pissed already she said two of my other meds were ready which was a topical cream and birth control .. She told me I had no insurance if I would be paying out of my pocket ? I was like this cant be last time I checked my medical was active in no way did she try helping me or tried contacting my insurance this place is just horrible I cant even keep writing this review without getting mad always messing up on my orders. I ended up getting back my prescriptions and dropped them off at the CVS in Ontario off Euclid I must say excellent customer service 😊 I will never EVER BE RETURNING THIS STORE !!

Restroom close at 11pm when I was there even if your a costumer, and diabetic . According to the supervisors it was a security issue because it was next to the pharmacy. When ask the question about the bathrooms to the supervisor, she suggested to go to a dennis restaurant. Big Desapoment that a pharmacy will not care about the costumers needs, specifically a sick person needs.

Was forced to deal with this cvs because of my ins and they are the only ones open 24 hours in my area. They are the worst ever!!! I am sure they make tons of mistakes on meds because they are such a mess and disorganized. Wish I could put 0 stars. not talking about the store part only the actual pharmacy. Go to the one in Chino hills they are wonderful but unfortunately arent open 24 hours and close at 6 on weekends.:(

I bought some medicine that was expired and didnt realize it until I got home. I went back and checked the stock and saw that there was more expired medication on the shelf. Make sure you check expiration dates on medication and other items.

Tried to ask for benadryl and he folded his arms and told me theres only 1 type of benadryl. When I walked over to the counter there was multiple types of benadryl. he was very rude. And I will never go back again

Drive thru always takes too long.!

I called to speak with a pharmacist several times (literally 7 times) in regards to a prescription waiting to be picked up, but was pending insurance verification. Not one of my 7 calls were addressed! I was left on hold for 10-15 minutes each time! Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service!
