Tried to get a replacement part for my PC they sent me the wrong part after assuring me he knew what is was. So I told them and all he told me would you like a xxzxxxx (the wrong part)? After realizing there might be a communication problem I sent several very clearly labeled images of the part. Once again would you like a xxzxxxx (the wrong part)? Trying to avoid confusion I took the part I need from my PC and the wrong part and clearly labeled what I needed. I have never heard from them again. Now Im stuck with a huge gap in the front of my PC. Dont go with this company not being able to get such a simple plastic piece just means anything goes wrong and you just wasted all your money.

You will need parts one day, you will NOT be able to find them at any price. Their computer cases look flashy and attractive, but they break easily, are cheaply made, and if you need something like a power switch, which is oddly shaped and styled? Forget it. There are ZERO replacement parts available. Their website is useless also. Go ahead and click on customer support. Nothing. I will not buy anything from this company again, and you shouldnt either.
