After having a bad experience at a ups store down the street, I was fortunate to locate this ups. Daniel was my representative. He was friendly courteous and professional. He knew his duties well and also treated me with the utmost respect. He took care of my packaging and postal needs quickly and was able to multi task with another customer without losing my place as a priority. In comparison to the ups rep down the street, Daniel was efficient and knew how to check prepare and send my package to its location asap. Thank you
The sales lady there today are soooo LAZY!!! I asked for a la cie 2 T external hard drive SECURE, instead gave me the wrong item with no security. Instead of checking on her screen to confirm chose to say they don’t have it WITHOUT VERIFICATION!!! LAZY!!!
Really bad customer service. Went to pick up an office chair. There was only the floor model available. The manager wanted me to pay the assembly fee for the floor model. Asked him to waive the fee and he refused. Usually the floor models are discounted instead this guy wants to charge extra. Unbelievable!

Yes that is correct. I personally think that the Assistant Manager Mr. Eric Rich, totally deserve every bid of the complement. He took me by surprise. Very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I personally think that every business should have a energetic young man like him. I also would like to thank his assistant Mr Justin, very cooperative and helpful. Good job Staples, Chino, CA.
I went in just to print something, then wandered over to desktop PCs as I am looking to purchase one. A customer service rep asks if I need help.I said yes and told him I am looking to buy a pc. His supervisor comes over to interrupt us and asks him something about a task he was to do. LOL They both then ignore me and turn their backs.I but in and ask the original rep who asked if I needed help, why did he ask if I needed help and then walk away? Or turn his back lol? His supervisor should have let him help me or help me himself. The funny part is when he actually attempted to help me and ask what kind of pc Im looking for and what I need it for...I told him everything except printer or possibly and all in one...I thought he was going to give suggestions but he just pointed me to the displays I was already looking. He really did help me at all, ignored me and then when he tried to help he just said here are the all in ones, and these are the towers and monitors- thats all we have. Lol I was like okay, thanks I guess for the details and explanation and expertise. I thought he was actually going to help me. Too much of this nowadays at places like this, Best Buy and other such retailers that are supposed to have some knowledge of their products, instead of just saying...we have these and those over there and thats it lol. Kind of sad this is the majority of people at Staples, Best Buy and other electronics retailers.

I visited this Staples to return an item I purchased online. There was a bit of a wait, since it was after the holidays and it looked like most people were going to return items or use their Christmas gift money on office supplies.The line moved rather quickly and I was helped by a very kind lady. Since I had bought the item online, she wasnt sure if she would be able to return it in-store, but she diligently went to work trying all that she could. Initially she thought she could only refund me the amount I paid, but since I had used coupons and some staples rewards she wanted to try and get me those discounts refunded as well. Even though the line was backing up because of my odd return, she remained chipper and polite. She asked for the managers approval and I was able to get my full refund.Great customer service! I didnt walk around or look at anything else in the store, but Im sure everything else would have been just as good.
Staples is generally a very good store. However the person I asked for help today sent me to the opposite side of the store, when the item I needed was about three feet away from where she was standing. Otherwise great quality products and helpful people.
I love this store! Ive even made friends with the sales associates, theyre very helpful! Recently, I started a working from home and it was very stressful to figure out all the Tech stuff I needed. I called so many places and didnt get any answers. Until the assistant manager, Jeff, knew exactly what and how to put everything together! He then not only helped me with every detail, but he also price matched the supplies.The store is being remodeled now, but it usually is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere to it.
NO Holds! Need QTY 50 of an item and I was informed that this Chino location does not hold unpaid items and does not take payments over the phone. All other Staples I have called today were willing to hold for same day pick up. Will not be trekking to this store...ever.

I did not have a good experience with getting a print. They asked me to come back in an hour so I went around to kill time and after an hour I came back to pick it up and it wasnt even done. So I waited for them to print it and it was on a gloss, I asked for heavy weight. Then they went to print it again, its horrible quality, I had paid for heavy weight but they gave me a copy paper print and its really pixely. They gave it to me in a bag and when I took it out it was creased and bent up. Foreal dude?

DO NOT PRINT HERE!!!! Theyre not helpful at all and their self printing is expensive and extremely slow. Go anywhere else!!!
Really terrible. I agree with the reviews posted. No one knows what they are doing, always passing the problems to other people, and ADD customer service (Cant focus on the tasks--makes people feel very crappy).I will never order from here again, which is too bad b/c the product was nice, but Ill pay more to not have to deal with the frustration.
Bad customer service. I was there on different days and asked for prices of copies and laminating each time I was given different prices. Now Im calling to see if my docs are ready and have been transferred and disconnected 4 seperate times. They need to get competent staff or a new manager. SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE!
This store had several items on display but didnt have any of the items in stock. I inquired about what store could have the computer I wanted and they sent me to another store that was out of stock even though there system indicated they had two.
