The employees are super friendly and helpful. I have been to this location many times. The employees give you all the options and are willing to help you find the best technology options. The Geek Squad is amazing when helping with technology issues and will be there for hours to help fix problems. The pickup option is fast and easy. All you need is an ID and the order email on your phone.

Better than my last visit. At least the young lady and gentleman who helped me had the good sense to tell me that there were areas in which they could help me and others in which they couldnt. I can respect and show appreciation to anyone brave enough to just say, I dont know. So they offered whatever advice they could,, the young lady helped me purchase some items and I was in and out in record time because of them. GRATEFUL

We stopped by the Verizon store in Chino to purchase a new phone. They didnt have any in stock and didnt care if we made the purchase. Just the opposite at Best Buy. Theyre were helpful, talked about options, they joked with us and smiled. They had product in stock and it was a bit doing business there on this trip.

I bought the washer and dryer in May, and they said it would be delivered in June. But only the washer was delivered, and the delivery of the dryer was postponed to July and then August. It is already September, and there is no news yet.When I was buying home appliances, they recommended me to open a best buy credit card. After I paid all the fees in one go, the credit card was still charging me. I went to the store to ask, the staff said they could not help me and asked me to call myself according to the phone number on the credit, but if I want to pay, I don’t need to ask just pay☹️☹️

Good help in some areas of store not so good in others. Still like that theres somewhere I can go and see what Im purchasing before I buy. This way absolutely the best air conditioned store Ive ever been in, which was awesome.

Every time I’m there, no one wants to help me. I wanted to purchase some Airpods, and they told me it would take 30 minutes. City of Industry and Montclair are better stores. Those stores always came up to ask me if I need some help. So that’s where I bought my gaming laptop and iPhone. Screw Chino. If I want something from Best Buy, it’s worth the trip to those stores and NOT Chino.

Let me call the Moreno Valley store and ask if they have them in stock.....Let me get this straight, Best Buy hasnt updated their website for awhile even though an entire Geek Squad and assorted managers are available in store during business hours every day of the week.This is an ongoing issue, make sure you call before you arrive for In Store pickups folks.

FINAL UPDATE: Upgraded my review from 1-3 even though I had to drive back 19 miles (Gas Not Cheap), but the sales rep who handled our problem had a great personality and even though he needed to get management to assist, he made us forget the inconvenience. Turned out the oringinal receipt was not complete because it had run out of ink, so they just needed to reprint it. The original complaint still stands as they never called me back: No Customer Phone Service. You sold my son a game card, but did not give him a code to activate. At least, we cannot locate it on the receipt and have not received an email. To top it off, you have no operator to take calls. Had to call twice after being disconnected from the 1st call with zero progress with the automated system. Second call I chose to receive callback which they claim will be appx. 12 min. we shall see. Either way, extremely inconvenient. UPDATE: The automated system just called me back to say we couldnt reach you at the scheduled call back time, we will call you in 10 min. and hung up! UPDATE #2 They NEVER CALLED BACK.

I remodeled my kitchen and I bought all new appliances at Best Buy Samsung Worst thing I ever did had them 2 years but really only a year and a 1/2 because they werent installed because the kitchen wasnt done Ive had the refrigerator repaired 4 or 5 times the stove twice microwave once dishwasher is not working at all now and I have to get it replaced And I thought about upgrading and and I went into the store today and its like $800 to upgrade And I bought the warranty on everything Never again

I ordered an item for in store pick up.I get notified today that the item is delayed. Funny because I went to the store and it’s sitting on the shelf. I could literally take it to checkout.I asked the workers, how is it delayed if it’s right here? They said, oh if you want this one, cancel your online order and rebuy it. Insanity and laziness at it’s finest. I called customer care and told me the same thing. How useless and pathetic of a policy?I shouldn’t have to do your job for you.I’m not cancelling my order. Do your job.

Had a hard time returning a defective product that was purhcased within 14 days.Spoke to the Manager or whoever was at the door about returning a Mac Air, which was malfunction.He sends me to Geek Squad, and I was told that I need to give them $100 for this return since the Mac is malfunction, which is not in the state when it was purchase.I told him the reason I am returning is malfunction, and I looked up online, which seems like a common SSD problem.Eventually I had it returned.But I shouldnt have to explain the Bestbuys policy to them for more than 4 times, and still they kept on trying to charge me $100 for whatever reason, especially for a product thats malfunction.

I hope there is 0 star.I have been having a dispute with Bestbuy through bbb.org since July 15.Throughout the dispute process, Bestbuy has charged me 3 additional times on my credit card without my authorization. Almost everytime after me rejecting their resolution on bbb.org.That’s retaliation??I have never dealt with this kind of disgusting customer service in my life time.A person from their execution resolution team told me Chino warehouse has received the product back on August 2/3rd. They have confirmed they have received my return package. Yet today, the dispute I started with my bank is still under merchant review.Bestbuy abused my credit card authorization again for the third time on September 2nd, charged me 2 times the original price.Why are you still in Business???

This Best Buy in Chino Hills is a decent store to come and shop at. Ive only been here once but the staff has been patient and takes their time helping and making you feel the same concern you have for your purchase(s). One of the girls there in the computer department is SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE with her department. She explained and shared the pros/cons of each of the it we were considering to purchase. There is very little I expect from this type of store other than to get the information I need about the product I am purchasing, or thinking about purchasing, and this store provides that assistance in a courteous manner.

Every time I order something to this store to pickup, I get a message saying that my item(s) are ready to be picked up. Only to get to the store and the employees say “the item isn’t available or out of stock”. Every time. Smh. Waste of time waste of gas. Manager(s) just as clueless. No explanation given to the customer as to why it keeps happening and solution to the problem. Just get back in your car and drive away. Horrible customer service

If you need help over the phone: nonexistent. I had 3 little babies in the car and wanted to change my pick up item to curbside pickup and i couldn’t get through the phone after 30 minutes of waiting, call and recall, attempts via email or the Best Buy app. In-store service was fine.

We called in regarding a fridge and ended up speaking with Matt. He was extremely helpful and told us about an open box one that they had in stock with the side by side doors we were looking for. He walked through it and went over it with us over the phone telling us about the cosmetic issues. Extremely helpful. We ended up driving over from Pearblossom after they confirmed that they could deliver to us all the way over there.When we got there Matt was in a meeting, but we ended up getting Brendas attention and she helped us with our entire purchase. She wasnt even in that department! She was so helpful and nice, plugged the fridge in for us and talked us through the water hook up and how to make it work for our RO system.We were both really impressed with how helpful and nice she was. She definitely knows what good customer service is.We ended up also getting an over the range microwave that they had in stock that was open box but looked brand new, it literally had all its plastic and everything. The manager gave us an additional discount on that piece as a little token of appreciation for us also getting the fridge.Great experience all around. Would definitely recommend.

I went through their process online and received a trade in value for a very good but old laptop. They did not honor the online value when I took it in. The customer rep was not helpful when I mentioned that I did exactly as instructed online. So I was unable to trade in the laptop. They undervalued it by $170. And actually went I checked online at home, the processor in the laptop is still selling for more than than their website said was trade in value, even used. So bestbuy would have made a great deal today and I would have been taken advantage of.

I called the Geek Squad department inquiring in cell phone insurance. The representative put me on hold for over 30 minutes and never came back to address my concern. I come here once in a while but my go-to location is the one In Montclair. Montclair location Just seems more overall organized and they have more in stock of what you are looking for. The selection here leaves alot to be desired.
