We are so Glad to have found Auto Doctors! We had a flat in the Safeway parking lot and so we put enough air in it to get us back down to The Dr where Colin informed us we actually needed two tires, because the other was one was on its way out also. He and his crew put a pair of slightly loved tires on our truck and we were back on the road to Ash Fork within the hour! What a blessing to have them help us so 5hat we got home without our groceries spoiling! Thanks Guys!

Collin at Auto Doctors is very possibly the most honest and competent mechanic I have ever worked with in my life. He was incredibly helpful and kind when I was in a real bind. I would recommend him to everybody. He has old school values and believes in treating people well just because its the right thing to do. Something thats very very refreshing in this day and age!

Great place! Been here a couple of times for used tires, an oil change and to have a thermostat replaced. Friendly people, quick service and inexpensive pricing! Met the owner and he was really nice too!

I was given a price for 2 trailer tires at $149 out the door. I was called later and and asked if I wanted them spinned balanced for $10 more. I figured this was included but, went ahead and paid the extra money. When I got them home to mount them I noticed they did not replace the valve stems. I took them back as I assumed you ALWAYS replace valve stems when getting new tires, especially since these were at least 10 years old. Not so. It would be another $10. Now my $149 out the door is $169. At least when I expressed my disappointment they threw in the valve stems. They need to be perfectly clear on their pricing when qouting it to their customers. I wont be going there again.

Needed tires quickly for a trip and the guys were able to get them in just a couple of days. They did an awesome job of putting them on. Really appreciate the service. Will definitely go back again.

This place has evidently changed owners in the recent past. The new owner is a nice guy and seems honorable. I have had them change the oil in two of our vehicles, and was treated well on both occasions. As a bonus, theyve charged me less than chains that specialize in oil changes, and they have not tried to upsell me things that I dont need, which is something I cant say is true for Jiffy Lube. I will return, and recommend Tire Doctors to others.

Took my truck in to their diesel tech. They worked diligently on it and had good communication for what they were doing. When one of their repairs caused further issues and it seemed like we had a different issue in the engine, they diagnosed it back to their mistake. They didnt bill me for the diag or the repair on their mistake.

Really upset about the service here went in for a simple unmount and mount was told 30/45 minutes ended up taking 3 hours making me miss my 5 yr olds play now I have a very upset child who’s sad because he didn’t have me in the audience watching him! I will NEVER use this place again and to top it off full price for the service wow I’ll go else where. And to top it off they broke my wheel then blame me for it saying it was already broken?. If it was then wasn’t it hanging off before?. Well after getting cussed at by the guy I now had to file a claim with the BBB and replace my own part they broke ridiculous

Google maps has it in the wrong location. Its actually a couple miles south across from the maverick. They hooked us up with a tire on our cross country road trip and even gave us a few tips on camping spots and swimming holes! Thank you!
