I was pleasantly surprised that they went ABOVE and beyond after my tire purchase!! Called the next day to ask what color Id like my rims painted ( I didnt even know that was an offered service!!) I have always purchased tires from ALVAREZ when given a choice, and I will continue. Fair honest small town people!!!

Took care of me, had the tires I needed at a great price

Car has been in the shop over 3 months.. starred with a new throw out bearing for my clutch.. then I was told I needed motor mounts so I gave them the go ahead.. when I got my car back it leaks every bit of 5 quarts of oil out into my drive way.. so I brought it back thinking theres no way.. I drove the car back and forth for months to casa grande and back with no issues no leaks except for my power steering.. they now want to put a used motor in my car telling me it would solve future problems... but after the clutch and motor mounts that cost me 1000$ they want an additional 1800 to do that extra work

I typically go to these guys for my tires and really never had any trouble but this last time was a pretty bad experience. First off, bought 4 brand new tires, all new brakes and an alignment. Had to take the car back about 3 times for a flat on the same tire until it finally held air, which alone cost me hours. Then when I recieve my car from the alignment, my steering wheel is off center and the car is veering. I take it back. And after about the third time taking it back for my Alignment, they finally have my steering wheel straight and my car only barely veers off. They also failed to mention that my measurements for my caster and camber had been off from the beginning and were unadjustable, which is whatever, but something that should have been mentioned after picking it up the first time, not the third and last time when they finally got my wheel straight. Im also frustrated that the first two times I dropped it off for the alignment, they handed me the keys and said it was done and good to go, the wheel was noticeably off center. This is all been like over a span of several days and far too many hours wasted, with no mention of refund, discounts or rental cars between times, which ultimately cost me even more money. Kinda feel ripped off with it.

Owner of this shop has no integrity. Will not honor (doesn’t know the meaning of the word) his deals or the deals made by his brother(employee). If you buy tires or have mechanical work done on your vehicle, just know that any warrantee, guarantees, promises or handshakes is only as good as the owners integrity. Several other tire shops in Chino that deserves your business more than this place.

They broke my tire lugs. Then made me pay for replacement parts. Never received the new lug nuts I bought. And wont reimburse me anything. Called so many times and spoke to Erika, who just lies and says they will call me back. This was 5 months ago. I will never go back. So much for promoting local buisness. More people should report this company to the better business bureau. TOTAL RIP-OFF!

Prompt and courteous service. Nick runs the shop very well - treats his guys with respect and gets the jobs done. The tech working on my RV took the extra time to make sure the jack was positioned just right to avoid and damage to my frame. He was careful to not scratch the wheels or the chrome-plated plastic lug caps, which took extra time. A very good experience.

If you like spending two hours getting your tires balanced while the mechanic sits in the air conditioned office then this is the place to go. And then you can return the next day to have it done again because your tires are shaking even more then they were. After that I brought it to another shop for a balance and it rode perfect.

Alvarez tires in chino is ten thousand times better then the one in pv. And they are very honest. Good people work there

Not happy. Took two weeks to get the tires mounted and balanced. Had to have them balanced twice because they didnt put the weights on correctly and they fell off before I could even get them on my vehicle. I try to use local, family owned businesses when I can. Not getting any more of my business.

I called almost every tire store in PV and Prescott. They all acted rushed and didnt find what I wanted. All said they would order one. Alverez was polite on the phone and at the business. Found the tire I needed at the exact price I was quoted on the phone. Really fast service too. Couldnt ask for more.

Initially I thought they were great. Cliff told me that because we live in Phoenix we could have tires rotated and send the info every time and that would allow the warranty on the tires to be upheld. As soon as I had my first rotation we called to let them know and the gentleman that answered said he was the boss and that was impossible. So first I didn’t get the rims I really wanted. Then the warranty was no good and the tires barely lasted ten months before I had to have them changed. I won’t ever go there again and will make sure I never send anyone that way. Oh, we were also told that they would provide roadside assistance for the tires. When we called them they wouldn’t come so we went to discount tires and they fixed the tire.

Had my tires worked on by alvarez tires. Tire n rim flew off on the road. They promised to get me knew rims for the bad rim n now its been a couples months and they are ignoring my calls and text. Poor quality n dont have intergrity. Now ive having to pay for rims that cost $300 a piece i shouldnt have to pay for something that they messed up on. Just saying. U want cheap price you get poor service.
