Excellent customer service. Awesome
This place is great! Whenever I need to go buy some small packed stuff, I always go there! I even go there for gifts!
Good store. I use their pharmacy a lot and always nice people and educational. The store also has a lot of the products I need. Excellent!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this pharmacy. Mike has often gone out of his way to help me. The other people have been very professional and courteous. I have a closer CVS to my house and Id rather drive a distance to go to this pharmacy.
NEGATIVE NO STARS- RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLSI walked into the CVS pharmacy at 7 pm and requested that the prescriptions for my dad be entered and placed on hold so that he can pick them up at another CVS in Carson. The pharmacist Mark Freeman along with a filipino female worker (I did not get her name) told us that it was late and they were really busy and I needed to have a name of who I spoke with at the Carson location in order for me to put in the prescription. Mark continue to let me know that they were busy and it was close to their closing time 9 pm and arrived at 7 pm. He seems fluttered and overwhelmed so I decided to leave and just return the next day even though I knew all he had to do was enter the prescriptions into the system, place them on hold for the Carson pharmacy to fill the next day.Today I go back to the CVS pharmacy in Chino Hills at 10 am. I explained the female pharmacy tech the same scenario I stated above to Mark Freeman. She seemed very rushed and stated, We are very busy and these are a lot of prescriptions. Someone will be here in 15 minutes and I will have them enter them into the system in about an hour. I was fine with someone else completing the order, however she continued to let me know that they are busy here and that there were a lot of prescription. So I asked her what her name was and she did not want to give it to me and asked me why. And I explained that when ever you speak to someone you ask their name and if I wanted to let them know who I was speaking to I can give her name rather than say the female woman with the big tattoo of Hello Kitty on the right side of her neck!!!! Her name tag was covered up by her sweater, not on purpose, so I could not read her name. She finally told me her name is BREANNA!! So I let Breanna know that I understand they may be busy and that someone would come in later but I did not need for her to continuously tell me that she was sooooo busy and I had a lot of prescription!! And I let her know she has poor customer service skills!! You are there doing a job and everyone gets busy but I wasnt giving attitude or anything so I did not need hers. I decided to take back the prescriptions because I can go to another pharmacy that would appreciate my business like WALGREENS, WALMART, RITE-AID and several other since you are soooo busy. I am sure other companies would like our business. I then asked for her Supervisor she pointed her out and my husband waited for her because she was on the phone. In the meantime I went up to the front and asked to speak with the Manager over the entire store. Although he is not in control of the pharmacy, he absolutely agreed with Breannas poor and unacceptable customer service and gave me the number to make my complaint (800) SHOP-CVS.
I have never written an online review before but I believe that CVS should know what a horrible pharmacist it has at this location. The normal one Michael and the ladies are wonderful awesome people. But today a foreign older man very rudely dealt with me, even though I waited patiently for him (I was the only one there) to finally and slowly come over to me. Because there was communication that needed to happen between him and my Dr., my Drs answering service asked him to call them directly. He made it out like I was a huge inconvenience. He hung up on the answering service and did not even attempt to leave a message, although that is what the answering service is there for. I have no control over the electronic communications between the pharmacy and the Dr. But I do know that thyroid medication cannot be missed without consequences. It all could have been handled so easily and professionally by saying, Dont worry, Mrs. Collins, we will telephone the Dr. and straighten it out. Michael the normal pharmacist would have done that with a smile and the whole thing could have been just fine. Instead, I was made to feel like a huge inconvenience because of something I had no control over. But most importantly, I have ZERO confidence that it will be handled at all unless I visit again every day until it is. As if we have time to come 3-4 times a week to follow up on a prescription. Michael the normal pharmacist is wonderful. This other foreign pharmacist is a danger to people who need medication. In fairness and truth to him, because I looked very frustrated, he did give me 4 extra pills to tide me over. That I should say as well as how horrible he was. But I will not deal with him again. I will only want to deal with Michael or one of the other ladies. Beware of what happened to me if this is your pharmacy.
This is a standard CVS, but its in such a heavily populated area that you cant expect to go in here and get out in less than 20 minutes just to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy is the big issue. The pharmacists are really nice, but its just so busy that they cant get any work done. More often than not, my prescriptions are promised at noon, and I go around 3PM that day and they still havent been filled because of how busy they are. It never fails that they fall behind. Its unfortunate because Ive never had an issue with any other CVS.
Great service. Really helpful associates who work hard to answer all my questions.
I moved across the country, tried to transfer my prescription and my dogs prescription (that was already with CVS in PA mind you), and first, I spell my last name to pharmacy tech twice and she still couldnt find me...then realized she spelled name wrong (again after I spelled last name twice). Then, a week later, I go to pick up my dogs prescription and they cant find it under her profile - appears the tech created a new, second profile for my DOG... so had to waste time sorting that out. Then, the same prescription I bought in PA for my dog is now double the price in CA?!?!?? I asked why and the tech (same one) tries to tell me possible different manufactures??Im taking my prescriptions to Sams Club - hell of a lot cheaper.
Pharmacy manager is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
Long wait on drive through(more than 10 minutes),and on the phone. Itโs ridiculous!
Bad service and not very clean
