Thank you to the friendly staff for helping me get these amazing glasses. Very professional environment and safe. Doctors are all super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Gabriela she’s very friendly and knows her stuff. They were able to book me in for my contact lens and eye exam . I drive 30 miles + to this location and it’s worth the drive. The place is located in a outdoor mall so you can go eat or shop while your glasses are being made.

We had the pleasure of working with Anthony at The Shops at Chino Hills. His calm and no pressure approach was extremely refreshing. He made the process of getting glasses quick and painless, and was a great resource when it came to picking out frames. This will definitely be our family’s go to spot for glasses going forward.

My glasses developed a huge crack in the middle of the lens about 2 months after I got it. They want me to pay 200 bucks to replace it. I dont think its reasonable for me to pay for something that is clearly a material defect. This lens is supposed to be a polycarbonate material that is used in bulletproof glass. I would not recommend this place and would never come back again.Update: LensCrafters customer service contacted the store and came back with the following response We have contacted the store regarding your Cares Form and they have informed us that the lens was not defective but was cracked. The store personnel never examined nor are they qualified to determine whether the crack was a material defect or induced by external forces. My Masters degree Mechanical Engineering education from Stanford tells me this is 100% a material defect/workmanship problem. This lens has never been exposed to extreme temperatures or excessive external forces The polycarbonate material is supposed to be a super strong type of plastic. It is unfortunate this store doesnt care about customer service and doesnt take responsibility for its own problems. I stand by my one star rating.

This LensCrafters location is the best place to get an eye exam or even to just get a new pair of glasses or have an eye checkup!! Dr. Trinh and their staff members, especially Anthony and Jaime are very very kind, very courteous, and they always make sure to give the best service to everyone who comes in!! If ever you would stop by, I would highly recommend to ask for Anthony or Jaime because they are really really kind, friendly and really compassionate!! Theyve got the best service among all other eye care center!!

Came in to get a repair done on a pair of sunglasses for my girlfriend. Anthony helped me out and was polite the whole time. Told me to give him about 15 minutes and he will see what he can do since the glasses that I brought in had no screws due to the design. I went to grab a bite to eat and when I can back he had them ready for me not only repaired but also cleaned. Anthony was very polite helpful and informative and definitely gave me a great experience with lens crafters chino hills shoppes. I would recommend anyone to them and if you do stop by make sure to ask for Anthony !

I have been coming to Lens crafters in chino for the past 4 years and they have always been able to provide excellent service! Anthony is a very nice man who always greets people as they walk in and carries an amazing attitude towards his customers. Gabby is very easy to talk with and was able to get me in and out in less than one hour! I bought a pair of glasses and sunglasses. Overall, I will definitely keep coming here and if you guys are looking for a place to get glasses from this is it! They have a huge selection of designer brands and will be able to get them to you ASAP!!

I worked with Christina at the Chino Store, who was great: courteous and helpful. My only concern I thought the price for lenses only was high.

My family and have been coming here for about 8 years and I am always satisfied. Dr. Trinh is one of the most professional doctors of her field. She is very knowledgeable and only wants the best for her patients.The store staff is also amazing. I had a terrific experience with Gabriella who took the time to call me about an order I placed but was going to pay later for it. The office works with precision and as a cohesive unit. I highly recommend this Lenscrafters store.

Very friendly customer service. They have a very wide and good selection of glasses, however their prices are a bit steep, but still over all a very good place to go to get an eye exam or new glasses and frames.

The service that i received was superb. I was first greeted and attended by Katherine who provided the best customer service. I went in with an eye-contact concern and was treated by Karin Miyazaki, O.D. I felt relieved and comfortable. Then, Katherine assisted me with picking out some cool glasses. Thanks to all the staff. Excellent customer service!

Very poor service. I called them to confirm if they would accept VSP insurance. On confirming, I visited the shop on the same day evening. They made me choose the product, printed my insurance paperwork and at last minute declared that they can not process the claim because it was out of network. Very unprofessional!!LensCrafers website clearly mentions that they will process the out of network claim for VSP insurance. May be employees are not aware of their own policies!

Honestly the best place to get glasses Ive ever been to. They also do financing with 0 interest if you qualify. They are also always having deals.

Not the biggest, but the selection of eyewear is just as large as any other store. The sales people are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. You can also test your eyes at the “Eye Exam of California” which take walk-ins. The lab was very wonderful in helping me fix a pair of glasses I had purchase from them two years ago. I was so pleased I purchase another pair. Plenty of parking at the mall.

Hey, I would drive 50 miles to shop at this location. Every time Ive been there Ive been treated with a friendly greeting and felt that my best interests were the primary goal of everyone there. Ive been advised of all possible discounts and given a choice of all possible combinations of glasses and the corresponding prices. I never felt rushed and was given all the time I needed to make a decision. Im on a fixed income and they worked with me to the best of their ability. FYI, their exams are only $7.00 more than Sams Club!

Absolutely horrible service, I’ve been waiting on my glasses going on 2 1/2 weeks with no estimated arrival time. They originally told me my glasses would be delivered within seven days. Every time I called to speak with the manager they are on lunch? I asked for a call back and never received a callback. I would NOT recommend going to this office. Be aware!

Quite possibly the worst experience I have had buying glasses. I have a terrific eye doctor I have used for years but she is quite a distance, and I have very limited time.So, I gave them a try for convenience. Huge mistake! It has been 3 months and they have yet to get the glasses correct, with prescription mistakes and eventually determined they read my eyes wrong.And they have offered nothing in return for my lost time, etc.Ill be returning to my doctor from now on.UPDATE 10/26: After a 3rd re-order and promising expediency, I have waited nearly 3 weeks for glasses in about an hour to arrive. I called yesterday and after dealing with the usual perpetual hold was told there has been another mix up and the glasses will probably not arrive until sometime next week.

I purchased my glasses from here a long time ago and it was a great experience. I come in periodically for adjustments and not that long ago a screw on the frame was loose, naturally I brought them in and an associate informed me that they were beyond fixing and needed a new pair. I just took them and wore them for a while with a loos screw, the frame was crooked and it made my life difficult lol I was always messing with them and fixing them. Today I brought them in for new nose pads and an associate by the name of Anthony helped me. I told him that they were beyond fixing and just needed pads. He came back out and it was like a new pair of glasses, he fixed the area of the frame that attached to the screw, the same area the other associate said was beyond fixing. This location is very fortunate to have such a great associate with them. I will always come back here for all my vision needs

I have been coming here for 5 years. Since the beginning I have been assisted by Dr. Kelly Trinh and Anthony. They have always been excellent and a joy to see. Dr. Trinh is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. She has always educated me in my eye health and been excellent at answering all my questions. This office is also better managed than other LensCrafters I have been to. It is also located very conveniently and the store is very clean and well maintained. You can tell everyone who works here is very happy and makes sure you want to have a good experience, which I always do. Thank you Dr. Kelly Trinh and Anthony!
