Got me a very nice car.

Unfortunately, I was forced to leave at least one star, I would’ve preferred to give Nourse none. My experience left a lot to be desired. I test drove a car overnight and upon returning and deciding not to purchase, things went down hill quickly. The saleswoman then tried coercing me into purchasing a new vehicle, rather than used, when I had made it very clear that I was only interested in used, not new. She informed me that she needed one more sale to meet her goal before months end the next day. That comment alone was enough to make me never want to return. The guy in finance accused me of calling him a liar simply for questioning him about invoice pricing. I should’ve walked out then and there but I let it continue. I’m not one who is easily put off or offended but I do strongly believe that I would’ve been treated differently had I been a man or had one there with me. I was deceived, disrespected and insulted. If you’re looking for a new/used vehicle, BEWARE of Nourse.

I absolutely love this place. I have bought 1 vehicle already and about to buy another. I deal with one particular person there and he is fantastic, but they are all wonderful to deal with and I can almost guarantee you will walk away with a vehicle there. They are real helpful and kind and not pushy and strive to do all they can for people

I dealt with Tommy Brown, and he was phenomenal! Was extremely patient with me and made me feel like I was a top priority. I left with a car that I’m in LOVE with and can afford! I would recommend Tommy to anyone who is looking to get a new vehicle he is an awesome individual to know .

My husband needed a 2500 diesel to pull our camper. We wanted to trade in his lil Colorado, we also have a Yukon as a family vehicle and we were keeping the Yukon. We were told that they werent going to be able to do anything on a diesel truck for us. A few days later the sales person called me and said they found us a truck and got us approved. He then started to describe the truck. A Toyota tundra...a 1500, and had a towing capacity that just barely exceeded the weight of our empty camper. We already own a 1500 truck...the Yukon. We were told that there was no way anyone would finance a diesel for us. We ended up buying from a different dealership that listened to what we needed. We bought a 2500 deisel.

Got a truck from them and it was my worst time ever buying a vehicle from any dealership i have ever been to. It took them over 60 days to fix the issue and i had to keep after them to get it done. Let alone a manager calling me up and screaming at me on the phone. Over a question i asked him. There was no reason for him to act that way with me. I reported him to his supervisor. And never once was he given a write up that i know of. Truck is still having issues that should have been fixed, but wasnt fixed

If I could give less, I would. The dont treat customers well, went to another dealership and it was a breeze compared to this place.

Today the salesman was really rude. When asked what our payment pricing range was he said yeah that not going to work sorry to burst your bubble.

Sold me a truck with the motor ready to blow up took it for inspection and the motor knocking isnt a safety issue so it wasnt fixed.
