Wow what a great group of people and a wonderful but lengthy business transaction.Bought my 2021 KIA Stinger GT1 in May 2021 from these guys and boy was I a problem too.Financing didnt work but eventually I scraped up $41k to pay for this little beasty.All along Neil and the gang were so great at trying to accommodate my needs which finally ended up in a cash payment. Answered ALL my lengthy questions and since Im from York, PA this was all done via phone calls since were 850 miles apart.Finally after a few weeks or was it months lol, we got drivers to transport the car to me since thats too much for me in one day (1700 miles).Thanks again for this beautiful but unloved car since its definitely a sleeper in Korean PJs.3 months old and less than 1000 miles on it and Cherry everywhere. My ONLY complaint is with KIA. Why did you build such a complicated car (safety systems)?But without Hernsteins great employees Id never had the confidence to follow through with this complicated sale from 850 miles away.BTW so many guys make this car out to be a pussimobile and believe me theyre wrong. Beats out the Shelby Mustang in the quarter mile and the engine just runs without ANY HINT of turbo lag. I would make it run harder in suspension setting SPORT if I could and KIA Please make those setting hold and NOT RESET Everytime you restart. 375 bhp with exhaust refit hopefully.

I bought a suv in 2009 new there. I am the only owner and now I take it in for repair and they have someone else as the owner. No I have no clue who they are. I told them to change it to me. So I call 3 days after I dropped it off. They call the other person after I filled out all my info. I wondered why no one called me about my suv. How does this happen. Why?? I sure hope they don’t give someone else my car before I can get in to pick it up. I have never had any problems with these people before. I really don’t understand this at all. Very concerned.

My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a used 4 wheel drive to haul things and pull our small trailer to local auctions Basically, the kind of truck we were looking for....was a beater.Usually these type of trucks are best purchased by private owners. Dealerships that get these used trucks in on trade rarely hang onto them, opting to run them through an auction instead. We came across an ad for Herrnstein Hyundai in Chillicothe Ohio and in their listings they had exactly what we were looking for. Nothing fancy, it was in need of some work but nothing to awfully wrong that would cost a fortune to repair. We went over, test drove the truck kicked the tires and crawled underneath to see if there were any surprises. We were pleasantly surprised to find it was exactly what we were looking for. They wanted a bit more than we were willing to pay. so we spoke to Collin, the salesman we dealt with. We were straight up and told him what we had to spend.Our number was about 500 lower than what they first presented to us. We were clear there was no more money our number was firm but we had cash and were ready to buy. After a brief conversation amongst themselves, they adjusted price including tax and tag to fit our budget. .In short, we got what we wanted with out having to haggle These folks were great to deal with and we got exactly what we needed so that we do not destroy our newer truck hauling scrap metal and wood as well as all the other odds and ends we come across. Our family purchased a lifted truck last year in 2020...the engine has made a concerning, grinding noise consistently since purchasing. We noticed the sound right away and reached back out to the dealership within the first month. They never returned our calls and all Ford dealerships acknowledge that the sound doesn’t sound good but can’t take the engine apart to find what’s causing it, if there isn’t anything seriously wrong with the vehicle first. Our biggest concern is obviously having the noise cause serious problems, after the warranty has expired. The speedometer also wasn’t calibrated with the lift kit so it reads 8 mph under the actual speed...luckily we figured this out before getting a speeding ticket.

I am left with a $9000 bill, a car that wont even turn on without it, and $14000+ in payments left.I understand theyd rather profit off of it than help me, theyre getting all of that money. Theyve already gotten the $28000 so why do they care if i have a dead car or not? They are going to profit even more if they dont help me.Im sure there will be more to come of this. Ill add to it when it comes to that.BE SURE TO NEVER BUY FROM HERE. Go outside of Chillicothe.Theres not an honest car dealership left there anymore. Took my 2018 Elantra in because I had 3 electrical systems not working. After their inspection, I go to leave the dealership and the car has WAY more problems and I have to get a tow back to the dealership. I happen to notice a bolt laying on top of the battery! After I get the car home safely, I found that the mechanic did not reattach a ground wire behind the front left headlight! I am a mechanic and it is little mistakes like this that lose trust real quick! My vehicle will not be returning here.

Bought a 2020 palisade and happy with sales. Had issue with tires (under 1000 Miles on car) and was supposed to replace but when took in they definitely started squirming their way out of doing anything!! 2 tires are “good” and 2 are “adequate” so they put the good tires on front and took test drive. My question is how do I rotate tires, vibrate if on front, can’t mix “good” and “adequate”! I will never buy anything from them again, they will not stand behind what they sell. They won’t fix problem with new car so I assume never buy used car from them!!!

While the staff was professional and polite with their virtual communications, it was a different story once they got me to the dealership (1.5 hr drive). I test drove, liked the truck and decided to purchase the vehicle(pre approved from my private lender).They brought me a deal form to sign that was $2000 more than was listed on CarGurus. They first told me that CG dont always update timely, then I showed them their own website, same price as CG, then they said they had to invest a little work on it, so the price was raised. Then I showed them a text from their own sales guy from that day that quoted me the same price listed online (plus tax & license).They said they would sale it to me for that price but brought out a second deal form with additional fees, I understand there are fees needed, but it was still more than they communicated via text. Still with all of that I was considering the purchase, but i guess trying to convenience me it a great deal I was told first price they had on the deal form was the original listed price on That App it actually was still over $1000 more. Lies=nodeal, thanks CarGurus for your price history (Negotiation tab). Misleading and misrepresenting the out the door price made me walk away. Gotta follow my gut.

Great dealership with a good selection. Although it was a 45 minute drive for me to get to, I was in search of a particular Lime Green Dodge Ram, which there website showed they had. The pictures on line, matched the vehicle. When I pointed out a couple flaws, they were immediately fixed, and we were able to come to a deal.
