Always great selection of beers, wines, and spirits.. with neat & tidy environment, and awesome employees. The only thing I feel they could use more of is a bigger & better selection of craft brews. If you want a huge selection of craft beers, I would just recommend Table & Vine in West Springfield in the Riverdale Plaza.

You can find pretty much anything in this little liquor store..The only complaint I got is the overly big white men. Not a nice guy at all. Two different occasions he yelled at customers.

Convienently located off Chicopee St. in Chicopee, MA Jenrose carries a wide selection of wines, beers and spirits. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowlegable should you need help making a selection or to carry your selection out to your car.Housed in a new building, they also have a new cooler making the beer some of the coldest in the city.

Was told to leave my bike outside because they feared I would break a window with it.. But when I sais someone was outside asking for money and they showed interest in my bike, they told me not to be worried about it.. Not good customer service

Would have given it 5, except there is one employee who wont give you the time of day unless he knows you or are a beautiful woman. Everyone else is very courteous, and the selection and prices are great.
