Not a bad place to go. The prices are a lot better than the place right down the the street in the Walmart plaza. Ill be back.

I love how the store came out, and I tend to go there often even when it wasn’t always the Chicopee Liquors .... but there is one thing I don’t like about this place ... while I notice this young man working hard and doing everything out on the floor By himself and taking care of the Register by himself ... I noticed there is 1 or 2 other men working along side him and not bothering to help but they choose to go into the office or whatever and... I think that is unfair..... that poor kid is working the whole shop by himself. That needs to change and you have customers waiting and there is only one person at the counter and there needs to be a team effort!!!!

My favorite best friend store

Met with the new owners today. Very excited to be working with them on redesigning the store interior. Look for great things to come in late March - mid April. The store will look amazing! Wonderful family to work with! New name is Chicopee Liquors.

They are always so pleasant

The only good thing about the store is the prices. The smells like weed all the time and the staff is more interested in talking and hanging out with coworkers than helping customers and when they do they are rude like it is such a inconvenience to actually work where you actually get paid to do so. The only reason I stop there because its on my way home from work and everytime I get there the workers are outside smoking weed which I have no problem with but are these guys getting paid to hang out and get high there whole shift.

With new owner store looks like the package store now. Good owner, friendly staff. Store have more CRAFT BEER SELECTIONS, with Good WINE + LIQUORE + BEER.

I am a frequent customer but will no longer set foot in the door again. A $5 bottle of wine fell from a cardboard box that was calf level when I walked by. I dont feel that I knocked it down but apologized anyway and offered to assist in picking it up. At that point a man behind the counter stated that I must pay for it. What a joke, you lost a good customer over $5. I paid for the wine and put the rest of my products on the counter and did not purchase them. Good luck with your customer service in the future. I suggest you train your staff on how to retain customers.Best,Lost customer

Dirty store, poor layout, and the stoner behind the counter was more interested in small talking his co-worker than being any assistance to the few customers inside. Save the time and head somewhere else.
