Great showroom and the representatives were all friendly and extremely helpful. The selection was great and any items that might be slow to come in with the pandemic were pointed out to us. Our search was for the face of our chimney which was severely outdated. We selected our stone the quality was great.The pricing was more than fair. The options for exterior projects they had on hand was immense and high quality. Great options for fire pits, walkways, mulch,etc. All in one spot.

Huge selection of pavers, engineered stone, fire pit kits, loose stone and landscaping tools and products. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about all products, assisted with product selection and arranging for product delivery.

Weve now had two deliveries from Ondrick Natural Earth and made several stone purchases. Both deliveries, the driver was extremely helpful and talked out the plan of action and where to dump the delivery. He drove the truck like a pro and he clearly cares about his job.Ondricks prices are unbeatable, every other place quoted higher than Ondrick. Their quality is exceptional as well. Customer service is always helpful and polite. They helped load up my SUV with 60 old world cobble stones.They are our go-to place for stone and dirt.

Im a landscaper and use these guys all the time. Ive had 3 deliveries in the last two weeks... The drivers are super friendly and work with you to dump materials in the right places. The lady when you call to order is also just the nicest, always a pleasure calling. I like them and will use them often.

Vary helpful during covid-19 time, call when or before you get there and pay over the phone. Pick up receipt from them at the side door. They will call out to the operator of the loader to pick up what you need. I was there 2 times for mulch and they made it easy for me.Thanks

First visit for top soil, weve just moved into the area and a neighbor told us about this place. I was very excited to see they have lots of mulch too. Need to call in when you arrive and order/pay over the phone, really glad they are taking precautions against covid19. We will be back!

I was helping a friend with a patio and needed some gravel and sand but wasn’t totally sure exactly what or how much I needed. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and delivery guy was prompt and also super helpful!

Limited outdoor displays, but what seems like lots to choose from with catalogs. Be prepared to spend a lot of time if looking for pavers, walls, and accessories. My experience with the staff was excellent. Its not inexpensive, but stone and pavers arent overall. Talk to different workers to get a range of advice on how to do DIY projects.

The staff at Ondrick was very knowledgeable. We were installing a patio, and they have a large range of stone products to choose from. We described what we were doing, chose our pavers, and they helped make sure we had the correct amount of pavers, base, and fill. They delivered everything early, and we were able to get started and finish more quickly than expected! Excellent service, would buy from again!

Went over to try and get some chimney brick, because it want raining the sales individual didnt want to sell them to me, even though the transaction would be done inside and the brick was stored in the warehouse where I would drive in and be totally covered. What a joke of customer service.

My husband and I stopped into this location recently and we were so pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff (Jason especially) who were right there to answer all of our questions. We mentioned that we werent interested in buying until next year but that didnt change the courteous, welcoming environment or interaction. In a time where genuine customer service is hard to find, Ondricks stand apart from the rest! We will certainly be back when the weather warms up for our patio. -Patty and David

Do yourself a favor and compare prices elsewhere. This place was almost double the cost for half the product. I usually buy 1/2 yard of Mason Sand from Ray Halucks in Ludlow for $10.50 and get a full truckload. I just paid $19 here for 1/2 yard which barely filled half of my truck bed.Double the cost for half the product.

If your hours say open till 1 then you should be open till 1 pull in at 12:33 and gates are already locked first non rainy day that I need to get this filled and you guys close a half an hour early
