Im in New York n needed help to get rid of mice or rats. Im from Georgia n Im not used to them. The young man went over n above to help me. He even checked out the 23rd St. Store where products were available n had them shipped to 59th St. Store. Customer Service was helpful too.

Chicopee Location does not keep track of inventory or refuses to look. Has tabs to take to register to tell the cashier that they dont have any and you can look for something else. Even though their own site says they have 9. The cashier was very pleasant, but whomever is on the other end of the line needs to do better.

Charles H. is the absolute BEST! He is very helpful and knowledgeable. If there isn’t anyone to help in another department I can always depend on him to aid me with whatever I need, and If he doesn’t know the answer he will definitely take the time out to find it for you. My entire family has been shopping at this location for years, and will continue because of his customer service!! Because of employees like him my family and I refuse to shop at other places. Doing alot is shelf stocking during the day time which should have been completed at night. Closing off aisle for two long encourage me to drive to Lowes in Hadley.

Went there a few weeks ago to this this young woman named Elisha. She was amazing. Helped me with my order. Very polite and professional. I also came in last week and a guy named Chris was so good. He knew his stuff.

Love the home Depot, have even done a couple of jobs at this one. The staff is always great!!! Would be 5 star but last time I was in an upper management type woman was speaking very rudely to what appeared to be a sub contractor or something like that. Its hard enough doing that type of work without getting flack from the management you are there to help. If thats how its going to be there I hope Im not going there soon. Otherwise wonderful store.

This home depot was well stocked. Along with the amount of employees to help made for a quick trip. Along with extra questions asked and answered.

Plants and flowers are always great, personal doesnt much no prices however. Nor do they have bargaining power. If plant is half dead why would I pay price marked.

Ill be trying to find stuff and not having any luck then I asked a couple of employees they both sent me to the wrong place in the store because the stores been moved around so Im running all over looking for something thats not even there. So I figure lets go online soon as I start ordering for some reason the site stops working. So I just gave up on Home Depot Ive been there too many times wasting my time I just turn around and go to Lowes I pass Lowes to get to Home Depot and then I have to go back anyway so now I just go to Lowes I ordered online pickup is ready in 15 minutes walked in the front door scanned in my code pulled my stuff out of the locker went on with my day, one-and-done

Service is sorely lacking at the Depot. Went there looking for some hose (irrigation style) and fittings to repair a leaking well set up. Stood in the plumbing isle for a half hour total with no one around to assist. A young man did say he would get someone over and I heard his request over the intercom but still no one. When someone did finally come over he immediately started to help a couple that had been there about 2 minutes. I must have looked frustrated as another associate (not plumbing) did offer to help. He was very nice but found that the hose I needed could only be purchased in huge rolls (I only needed 4 feet) and they didnt have the fittings I needed (a simple pvc elbow). Went without water for a the night and went to Larrys in Chicopee Falls where while he was out of the size hose I needed he sent me to a place - Hydro-Pro on the corner of Robbins road - that did 3 minutes down the street. Was great to take a shower!

It is always good everyones always so helpful theres always someone available to at least point me in the right direction and if I have heavy items there is always someone offering to help me load it in my car you guys are doing a great job keep up the good work really like home Depot my go-to place when I dont even know what I need until I get there LOL

Prices are up but stock on shelves is good... dont believe online inventory its always wrong

Staff was polite knew what they were talking about too.

They had the marble chips I wanted.Garden flag stakes were all gone. Window shopped in the outdoor plants. Some were beautiful and some were either dying or dead. Depending on what you were looking for, some prices were reasonable and some seemed a little high.

I went to Home Depot to purchase batteries. The cashier posted in the area near the batteries was very helpful. She helped me search through the rack of batteries. No waiting. Easy check.

I went as a personal care attendant a man in an electric wheelchair. We asked a couple of workers where to find what we were looking for and received excellent assistance. COVID protocols were complied with and disabled parking was convenient.

Same as all the other locations, employees walk right by you as though youre not even there and the ones you get to ask a question dont know the answer. Asked two people where something was and got sent to the wrong location and they couldnt figure out why it wasnt there ??? Store was messy, lots of dying plants from not being watered ! Oh well, it is what it is !

Love this Home Depot location in Chicopee, MAStaff is always ready to help me find what I need and several times they have cut plywood to size for me with no issues. When we painted our house the staff in the paint department was extremely helpful!

Today the visit was great. Someone actually asked what we were looking for and then led us to it. It was early on super Bowl Sunday but today The Home Depot gets an A+.

What can I say about home depot every time every time I go in there I buy a couple items is AA couple items at least

Poor quality pressure-treated plywoodKnots and cracks and warped.Paid $71 for each sheet of 3/4 x 4 x 8.Would NEVER have picked out these two sheets ourselves--but we ordered on-line and had employees select and deliver curbside.Not at all like the photo on the website.

Was there today and needed assistance in the garden section. Two employees talked between themselves and both stood helping another customer unnecessarily for a good 10 minutes before either of them even looked at me waiting patiently behind the other customer. I thought that was annoying. The second employee I asked for help in the lane care section was great though. I love their plants, in door and outdoor, and will continue going there as the service is usually pretty good and prices are reasonable.

The only thing I dont like is that, with 18 years of retail hardware experience under my belt, I applied there and didnt even get an interview because I wanted full-time work! Very friendly staff at the lumber department. I actually only made a purchase because theyre so attentive to customers and are so helpful. I wouldve just looked and walked right out of it werent for the staff. However, this is just the lumber department, cant say the same for other departments.

Placed an order on line and picked it up at the store. Easy and no problems.

I dont know whats going on with Home Depot but Ive had very good experiences lately with the staffers being friendly and pleasantly helpful. Please keep it up.

Good place to find a variety of hone improvement items for both indoors & outdoors. Each store varies from what they have in stock to what particular items they sell. Not to hard to find something you need. Would recommend from your basic stuff to more pricier pieces.

Lindsey was a great people person and VERY PROFESSIONAL she should have his job make sure u tell her about this review cause she handle my case with respect and professional, u need more employees like her and not like Serg and hes know where to be find when you asked for him.

In remodeling most of our new home, the various home departments are frequently visited. We have found great help from Barbara and Jeff in flooring, Maria in paints, and Josh in kitchen design. If you order on-line they are very good about pick-ups and returns if you need them.

While doing electrical work with one of my friends daily, I find that Home Depot is very beneficial for the typical residential home owner needs. They have an affordable rate and you cant beat having a contractors price also. My only concern the store is when going to a different location, each one is set up differently and it can be quite difficult to find an item you are looking for. But besides that, it is a very useful place for home owners.
