I couldnt find what I was looking for, and theres no one who has any clue where anything is, mainly just cashiers... Or people who tell you that its not their department... And I know its not their fault... But stop and shop should hire people for the aisles...!

The bank citizens which is inside stop n shop the service was nice and helpful but the staff of stop n shop seemed to be following me. Im mixed race with tan skin and definitely felt as if I was being watched because of that. I didnt see the employees doing it to anyone else with lighter skin.

I had a great customer service experience here! I went to change to the new card and she was so very nice to me! She even saw my grocery list and noticed I needed baby formula and asked if she could help get it for me! I said, “Yes! Thank you so much!!”! I forgot I needed to go to customer service for the formula and she saved me a lot of time with a huge smile on her face and genuine happiness! Love it there!

I love going to stop nd shop they always have great sales, I love the salad bar, cant wait for the bar to come back.

Love this stop & shop in Chicopee. The deli and seafood counters are always ready to serve you quick. Everything is always clean. Only negative is the produce & meat section seems to always be half stocked. I find myself having to run to big Y to get produce and meats that are not in stock.

Always enjoy Stop & Shop no matter which store it is. I can count on a clean, pleasant experience to purchase my everyday needs

Stop and shop stores need diversity training some more than others. Im sure this has been mentioned before.

I must say in the beginning when I first moved to my first home near STOP&SHOP on Memorial Drive I was always a BIG Y type of a shopper.After my first trip to the store on The Drive.I was sold..no pun intended.From their clean well organized shelves to their staff where if I could state are always welcoming with a smile on their face..even through this Pandemic.I love that they have really tried to keep their prices low as other main-stream grocers have tipped the scales a notch.Love that they still have reduced day after sales IE baked goods also fruit veggies.Give it a shot..you will not be disappointed.

I Love their sale on water 3/$10. Best sale ever. I just wish it was more often so I could get the water when I actually ran out of water. I love the in-store prices and gas reward points too.

Staff is always very helpful when ever I have needed help. While I understand we are still in a pandemic it can be frustrating that some items are out of stock for periods of time. But still the experience is pretty good otherwise.

I always order cakes and cupcakes from the bakery here and the girl and man that were working 1-22-20 around 3:45 are always so pleasant and helpful. Today the girl really went above and beyond to make my little girl happy. I really super appreciated it. She cant wait to bring the cupcakes she designed😉 to school for her class on her birthday. Everything Ive ever ordered from here has been beautiful and absolutely delicious, Thank you guys so much! 👍

Used to be much better. Now, its not uncommon to find empty bins of potatoes, onions, certain milks, etc. Prices are better than Big-Y. Be sure to check your receipts CAREFULLY....on-line coupons and specials do not always ring up correctly. This is just too much work/aggregation to do weekly; wish there was some local competition.

The store is well organized, clean, and has a bit of everything. I will be returning.

Stop and Shop has always been my favorite place to grocery shop. Ive been going since I was a kid and would go along with my mom. Great selection and prices and a great bakery.

The people in the store are pretty rude. They take their time to put paper in the machine when it runs out when you have a line. Then if you tell someone before theres a line that the paper is running out they cop you an attitude like were all set thanks a lot. I havent met more ruder people than your customer service desk people or front end people in my life. Ill go to big y when Im in chicopee from now on. You guys are disgusting.

Well stocked considering the times, clean, and we found everything we needed. I like the fact that they wiped the carts and self checkouts down before each use. Great job!

When around 7:30 pm not many customers at that time, found everything I was looking for and the cashier was pretty quick and friendly.

I came here to get m&ms and flowers for my mom anniversary. The staff was nice and friendly to me. The lines were not bad at all. I was the second person in line to pay for my items. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. The floors were clean. Everything was stacked nicely on the shelves. They have huge variety of foods that they sell here as well. It is a grocerie store in some parts of massachusetts. The city of chicopee is one of them.

Its an ok store. I find they have stock problems a lot.

Busy, lots of lines. Not enough registers open. Even the self ck out had long line. Then realized it was beginning of the mth. Couldnt find anything. Usually shop @ different stop & shop. Everything was different, all put in different areas. To me disheveled, since Im used to a different S&S..ordered my gsons vday cake for Toms 10th bday. Luigi. Very nice girl took my order. & off I went. Didnt want to wait in the lines.3 stars bcuz of lines & only 2 registers open!.

Excellent customer service, with a smile, no less!Went looking for fennel for soup (my honeys request), gave up, asked the first produce attendant, he walked me right over to the Anise (aka fennel) without a word.The cashier also was helpful and friendly.Store was well kept, organized and (other than the Anise caper above) items easy to find.

Great experience today. The selves are a little bare again especially the frozen food.

Because its a good source for ethnic food ingredients, Ive been going there ten years. The great variety of produce is usually very fresh, and well merchandised. The store is always clean, although most items are a little overpriced, unless they are on sale, but they do often have great sale deals. The employees though, are rarely friendly, attentive, or helpful.

Long hours make this store a real blessing

The bathroom really needs to be updated, yuck! Otherwise not bad but can stand to be updated as well.

One of my bags was not given to me at time of check-out. Didnt realize til I got all the way home 5 towns away. Called and was told to bring receipt and missing items would be replaced. Went back a week later and absolutely no problem whatsoever getting items replaced. Great service

We stopped to grab lunch meat for work lunches and Tina A at the deli was awesome!! She was helpful and nice and made us smile! We don’t usually go to Stop & Shop, but we se do now!! I was pleased with the help I received from two people that help find my items, the only problem I came across was locating my items, you need some kind of product locator on every other isle I did find one at the end of the beauty isle than had to walk all the way back to isle 9, please see if more can be put out. Crazy busy and only allowing people to go in and out of one entrance which makes the parking lot a nightmare!

The pharmacy staff is great and if you want some amazing personality in the deli and that whole department period then look no further I will never go anywhere else except this pharmacy and store

Nice and clean

Still a bit better than BigY but their prices are steadily going up and their selection of bargain brands is being slowly eliminated. They are making it hard for people of limited budgets to stay loyal. Starting to have to get most of my groceries at Aldis up the street instead.

Best meat and produce. Ive gone to Stop and Shop for over 30 years. Prices are reasonable. If you dont want to go to the store, try Peapod, it brings your groceries to you.

Store is very clean and staff is very helpful in all aspects of ones shopping trip while being friendly and courteous. I have also found that the prices are very comparable to other stores in the area. This is definitely MY Stop n Shop store.

Our fresh Haddock dinner, prepared at home was perfect. The fish market at Stop & Shop is manned by a expert fish guy. I asked him to remove the skin and he did a great job, filleting my purchase. Our quest loved the selection of fish and praised how it was prepared and cooked!

Friendly staff, Great produce, Store kept Clean at all times.Auto checkout is very fast, Only one check-out lane was open at the time of my visit. Had to wait a little bit for check-out.

They had just what I wanted and the cashier and bagger were very friendly.

I had one of most pleasant visits ive had in a long time going to this location.I really appreciate the young lady working at the deli because I had to get a pound of Krakus ham shaved and she was so sweet even after I gave her an order that would be a nightmare to anyone working the deli and that meant alot cause too many people are rude working with the public so thank you to her for making my shopping experience a good one for once and I will definitely vote for her to be employee of month.I will continue shopping at the Memorial Drive Chicopee location.

Excellent variety produce, food, & healthy non toxic product line. My only wish is that they carry more products that use organic unbleached or naturally whitened ingredients (ie, womens sanitary needs, paper towels, paper plates, etc.... Chlorine is one of many toxins the body stores in its fat cells).
