Great store with amazing selection of items all for one dollar! It would take me forever to write all the stuff you can get here but they have pretty much everything. Household items, electronics, food, office/art/crafts/school supplies, toiletries, automotive, vitamins, medicines, first aid etc. Huge selection of holiday items for every occasion. I get all my wrapping paper, gift bags and cards here every year. They also have a large variety of special occasion helium balloons to choose from and have filled while you wait.Tons of snacks and candies, perfect to get before you go to the cinema. Great place to bring kids or get them little gifts that wont break your bank. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very busy store because of the incredible value and savings.

Its a little disorganized. Closed Boxes of merchandise all over the place.

They wont give customers there change back .your a store a place of business and you cant give your customers there change .its like if someone goes in your place of business and wants free stuff .was always a good place to shop up into now .

The aisle were very empty.

I was very surprised with the sales associate at this location. She was very unpleasant and very unkind. How pathetic to roll your eyes at a child who is only 9 years of age. TATIANA you should find a job that does not require customer service. All my child did was ask if you knew where the item was....no need to raise your voice or roll your eyes. What Disgusting behavior.

It was horrible people there do not know the meaning of social distancing. On top of that there is always two registers open for like 50 customers waiting on line

Only reason it was 5 stars is because Christina was so kind, and polite. Although she was the only cashier at the front with a huge line.

The chicopee store is always a mess. The employees are rude and lazy.The store now takes EBT, so you got all sumbags going there.Dont waste your time going there.

At around 12 pm this afternoon, a store employee refused entry to a small child who was not wearing a mask. I asked her if she read GOV Bakers order in regards to face coverings, she became very combative telling me that she could refuse entry to anyone she wanted to for any reason. A friend offered the father who had difficulty speaking English a mask for his child- The child was around 5 and terrified of wearing the mask. I told the employee that they could not refuse entry to someone not wearing a mask due to a medical reason, she said she didnt care.I got over it until I noticed 3 employees working in the store not wearing masks and 3 more eating food at the registers- When I called it out I was told they would handle it- I however became very upset when the woman at the door who refused entry to a small scared child decided she was going to remover her mask so she could eat pizza.Besides the power tripping employees and the discrimination the store was disgusting, no sanitizer, no cleaning of carts or baskets, no one wiping down registers, bathrooms were closed off and there was no hand sanitizer for employees or customers to use to wipe of hands or carts.The store was clearly lacking adult management- When I spoke up I was threaten by 2 of the employees, Im not sure what they meant by, we can clock out at any time and drop you out but im gonna guess its ghetto for beat you up? I reported to the CPD and DPT of public health, just remember we are all in this together so if we have the follow the rules...then employees have to as well. I will NEVER FOR THE REMAINDER OF MY LIFE SPEND 1 SINGLE PENNY IN THIS LOCATION, EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST STORE OPEN ON THE PLANET- If you are going to stay open for thepublic you should deferentially become familiar with ever changing orders and social rules. To all those who plan to shop here I recommend going to WSpringfield, or Westfield, both clean, and great employees, who are educated and able to use critical thinking.

Store is always low on some stock. High-volume store messy aisles sometimes you can find what you need I would say about 70% of the time. New items go quickly. Often only one cashier with a long line my average wait time whenever I shop here is 10 plus minutes. Large frozen food section.

I go here for all kinds of stuff. Great prices, great products. I can never get out of here for under $25.00. They just have so many things I need . Super.

I watched a Cashier throw shopping carts angrily and violently around the entrance at a busy time today! She’s lucky no one walked through that door because they could have been seriously hurt had it been a tot, young child or an elderly person. This IS NOT ok. Check your cameras between 4pm and 5pm8-25-19Yelling at customers? Being rude to innocent people? Causing the entire store to be uncomfortable. Your cashiers are beyond stressed but this lady is like this no matter what. Hire more people, or quality people cuz it ain’t working the way it stands.

This location has some great stuff and, yes, it is ALL $1.It is usually pretty messy though, shelves unorganized, items abandoned and out of place throughout the store, packages opened, etc.Its also pretty busy every time Ive been there (usually on weekends). There are only a couple registers so it can be a long wait.But you cant beat the cheap deals and the cashiers have always been pleasant and efficient (despite being super busy) during my visits.Ill continue to visit occasionally.

This is my favorite store. Whatever I need I go there and save money. The staff is the BEST.

Store was very busy this morning. Most customers were making the best of it. However the cashier on register 3 was the most grumpy and rude person I have dealt with at this store. I usually enjoy shopping here but I will think twice before I come back.

I find everything I need there

I love visiting this store. They always have decorations for every holidays and I normally rack up. However I visit this store today with my mother and was totally appalled with what I heard. The manager there was stocking on an isle while having a conversation with a male that also worked there but wasnt at the store working at that moment. As shes conversing with the gentleman one of the cashiers called for help and annoyed she tells the male on the phone ugh shes calling again goes to check what she wanted at the end of that isle and comes back to critize the cashier to the gentleman on phone. I was taken aback considering it is her job as a manager to help her not to mention how unprofessional! She didnt care we were standing next to her and continued criticising the young lady. As Im paying for my purchases at another register the young lady used the intercom to page her and the managers response as shes approaching the front in front of ALL the customers was well you have to give me time to get here it was clear she was annoyed and her tone said it all as well as the look on her face. The young lady proceeded explaining the issue, it was clear she was humiliaded. I felt horrible for her and wanted to say something to the manager but thought Id give a complain on her profesionalism instead. I will visit another store. I was disgusted with her behavior. Shame on her, if thats how she treats her employees I rather not be a witness to it. I hope the young lady is okay and recognizes that she doesnt deserve to be treated that way and stands her ground. No job is worth being humiliaded in front of others. Good luck to her & shame on you Manager.
