Great prices and the gum I wanted was marked wrong price they fixed it without a problem also another time I went to this same family dollar and at the end of the isle they have leggings 2 in a pack they were $13 but the sign said a $1 I got my one pair of 2 for the dollar and they moved them quickly but if you show them a mistake its fixed without a question

Family Dollar Stores are inexpensive most items are the same quality as other well-known bigger stores. Some stores are better kept than others but they all carry everything from food to electronics. I love them.

Every time I shop here, I regret it. The place is a disaster. I became familiar with Family Dollar in Belchertown and that one was clean and organized. This one is a mess and the service is slow. Avoid it like the virus.

There are Never any shopping carts and it is super añnoying and makes the shopping there Not Worth it!

With the store on meadow street the law states that there has to be handicapped buttons to open the doors or automatic sensory doors that open with movement. Surprised it passed. Woner who they paid to let this slip by. What a sham

It was nice for a few months...but now?? Cant even get through the aisles..its a mess!! When i checked out i said something to the clerk about it. .she just smiled..smh

Went here for soap and shavers reasonable priced but when I asked the cashier a question she doesnt answer because she doesnt know english. First I thought it was a joke but realized she was serious. how can someone assist you in making purchases or handling my money if they have to have someone translating from the register behind me

A very nice store and very nice employees and have lots of good items[Edit] sadly I changed my five-star to a one-star for the fact that theyre scamming people at this store taxing on Google play cards when its tax-free on the Google play cards if you go to any business that sells the Google play cards theres no text on them You buy a $10 card you got it for 10 for 10 if you buy a $25 card its $25 or $25 and so on and thats like that on any business that sells Google play cards this or all family Dollars are charging tax so when I bought a $10 card it cost me $10.63 which is wrong I even called Google and inform them this particular family Dollar or all of them are scanning people and adding tax on their Google play cards that shouldnt have, but the employees were nice and gave me their corporate number to let the corporate know that Google is going to be contacting them

Worst family dollar I have ever been to and I have seen a lot of horrible ones on the past. They sold me a broken air freshener for over 8 dollars and refused to exchange it do to lack of reciept. So I bought another one that is also broken. I have called the company 7 times and they refuse to help or even call back to help solve the situation. EXTREMELY GHETTO!!! Staff is miserable. Cluttered and VERY messy. Completely UNORGANIZED. In my 30minute trip I only seen two workers who were just chit chatting when it was more than obvious there was plenty of work to get done. When it was time for me to cash out. It was like I wasnt even there and the ladies continued their conversation. Which involved complaining about having to work extra house. One employee was upset she had to be on there till 10:30. It was my first and LAST time going in there. Ocean State Job Lot is very similar of a store. Ill keep my business elsewhere. Theres thousands of retailers in a short distance.

I went to this particular store because the one close to my house didnt have lash glue so I went there because the lash glue is cheaper than going to other stores so here is the background of this story over the summer some ghetto trash thug kid was throwing trash barrels around and when confronted he made threats and ran off like a wuss and then sucker punched my spouse from behind, well the kids mother works at this particular family dollar and while I was waiting in line at another register she called me over to hers so I went to her register and purchased my product no big deal and I left then someone proceeded to send me screenshots of her saying out of the family dollars in town I just had to go to the one she works at and I just had to go to her register and that I didnt know to look up or down(I didnt even know she worked there I didnt realize she did until she called me over to her register) well usually when people are putting their pin number in you tend to look down and I had no problem looking up at her any other time Im just professional and have class I dont need to cause a scene at someones job and then you proceed to have people make threatening comments which dont scare me at all but if you are going to keep a job be professional dont be ghetto trash and for someone to have supposedly got beat up I had no marks on me so you may want to knock of the fibbing even the employees post was a lie. She obviously is trash and breeds it too being that she brags about raising her kid to be a juvenile delinquent the apple apparently doesnt fall far from the tree I was raised by good parents and if I ever knocked over trash barrels and then sucker punched someone from behind my parents would grab me by the ear and bring to the persons house and make me apologize for being a disrespectful turd but I was raised by a good family that raised me with morals and ethics. This store obviously likes to hire people that like to bring the ghetto into work with them. The lady Im talking about got fired from a shell station in Chicopee center Im sure she brought the thug life attitude to work with her there too.

Theres something completely wrong with this new location. I NEVER write any commentary but this store is unsafe and employees are un professional. A few days ago,I was there and the manager had her kids running around the store - there was also a Male adult who seemed to be related to the kids - as they were screaming at the kids to stay still. This same manager had a argument with a customer in front of everyone. This same manager had lots of money on top of her register as she kept leaving to attend her kids VERY UNSAFE!!! THE STAFF ARE GHETTO - ALWAYS COMPLAINING.THIS STORE IS CLUTTERED WAIT AND SEE AS IM PRETTY SURE SOME ONE WILL GET HURT AND SUE!!!PLEASE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN ADRESS THIS MATTER WE WANT OUR FAMILY DOLLAR.....RECONSIDER ANOTHER MANAGEMENT IN THIS LOCATION!!!!

The manager at Family Dollar meadow st chicopee ma..was rude to a guy customers yelled at him and i heard this all while in line..she needs to be fired ...please read my review...i went to Belchertown ma Family Dollar nice workers and The manager is nice to all customers she says thank you and hi..i give Belchertown Family Dollar 5 stars..
