Just go to home depot or Lowe’s We ordered new kitchen cabinets and counter tops they told us it’ll be there in 2 weeks we came in and they only had half of the cabinets they said the rest should come in a week or so so we waiting another two weeks and they still didn’t have it so we asked to cancel the order and they told us we can’t cancel orders that are already placed after two months they tell us by they can’t get out countertop and allow us to refund the countertop and nothing else

No service at all. Had to wait over 25 minutes to even cut straps on laminate we wanted 6 of.... Dudes working were apathetic and slow as molasses. No one cared here.Second visit in 2 days. Sme both times. No assistance at all.Mon, Nov 8, 2019re: response from owner.... Why woild I do that? The incident is over. I reviewed it. What could you possibly do for me that is worth my time...?

Personal are terrific, prices have gone up some, store is cleaner than it used to be and products are better, not great, better, and for the price, its worth it.

I was brought here when I was like 6? I was not easily impressed by this place. Words cant explain how boring this shopping environment was like, at Bargain Outlet. Being 20, I will probably have to ethical reason in my life to ever have a desire to find myself in a place like this again

I have completely gutted and remodeled one of my homes from the Grossmans Outlet in Westfield, and now a second guest house from this Grossmans here in Chicopee and I must say that the crew that work at these stores are amazing, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. You get much better service here then you will at any big box store!

Filthy store!!! I found a dead bird in my box of of flooring and I waited an hour waiting for help and trust me the help was no help!!
