I really cant say enough positive things about Victory Lane Automotive. My experience was very positive. I just moved recently to the Springfield/Chicopee area so this was my first time there, but I plan on using them in the future after my experience. The owner/mechanic responded very quickly via text to my request to look at my car which was making a weird sound when turning left. He was able to get me in two days later, and when I arrived at nine am, he immediately checked the car (no wait at all), figured out that it was water on the heater box, and drained it. All in all, from arriving to leaving in my car took 25 minutes: I didnt have to leave the car to have it checked and possibly come back later. The mechanic was also extremely professional, explained everything in easy to understand terms and was very friendly.

Ive had Jimmy work on my vehicles for almost 10 years now, and his level of service is always excellent. There was a point where I had a fuel pump that he replaced die the following day, and without hesitation he covered my tow bill and replaced it a second time at no charge.

Great work for the best prices around, in my experience.
