I have relied on E&G for all repairs on my Jeep since I’ve owned it and wouldn’t bring it anywhere else. Used them in the past but now they tried to charge me 1400 for brake pads and rotors. Tried to justify 300 for a 4 cyl battery...n mine is fine.

Seriously these guys are the best- they get it done quick and efficiently! As a young woman I rarely get taken seriously at mechanic shops, but they made me feel very confident in my decisions, and were super respectful. I refuse to go anywhere else from now on!

I started using E&G at least a decade ago and they were my first call this week when things went awry. I hope I dont have any further issues come up but if I do, I wouldnt hesitate to call back.The folks there were friendly and I was happy with their communication about the services-- text message updates were great! Brought car in for oil change and replace a rear light bulb. They did a full evaluation of my vehicle and provided a detailed review of what was needed in near future. Polite, helpful staff. No pressure to do more repairs than what I could afford that day and gave information about safe timelines to complete additional work. Provided quote for next service which is really helpful in order to budget for it.

Refused to fix my car because I brought my own piece with me. Most likely wanted to over charge me for parts- do not recommend.

E&G Automotive is great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are thorough and professional. They send you a report card of what they found with pics or videos. After the repair they do the same and include the notes from the repair tech who worked on your vehicle.

By far the best experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. Ill be going back for any future services and repairs I need on my vehicle. Professional, friendly and fast... not to mention the free loaner car that was available which is SO convenient. The repairs I needed was an all day thing and I didnt need to take off work which was AWESOME. Honestly, its a little pricey but worth it especially since they provide a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on all their work.

Great service ! Price was very honest, I recieved pictures of the parts that needed repair along with a detailed diagnostic from the machine with notes from the Mechanic. My car was fixed in a few days and was a professional place to go. I highly recommend E&G automotive.

This shop is very professional and efficient. They have a text message service for updates and also call with immediate updates. When they diagnosed my vehicle, they sent me a text with pictures attached so I could see the damage and wear. They worked hard to fit my budget. Been going to E&G for a couple of years now and am pleased with everything. The loner makes it easy to drop the car off without having to find rides. They have a great system of texting you pictures of what they find and they get the car in and start the work promptly. At the dealer I would schedule oil changes right when they open and would end up waiting there all day every time. The last time I went to the dealer I requested a brake job with the oil change, had the car there at 730 am and they didnt get back to me until 3 and told me i didnt need brakes. Less than a week later the brake pads were squealing. Thats when I decided to try E&G and am glad I did.

Awesome service! Was looking for a reliable accredited place to bring my 2017 Jeep Wrangler and didn’t want to bring it to Metro anymore due to insane prices. I live nearby and needed some diagnostic help after a local car wash broke one of our windows and it wouldn’t roll up. We also needed some maintenance on the car we neglected for awhile (tire, battery, rear brakes) Brad’s auto is very popular and they couldn’t get me in for at least a week. So I called E&Gs to check them out. They were able to get me in the next morning! They kept me updated throughout the day with reports of the car and worked with me on what needed fixing and what could wait. Pricing was good and I felt like they really listened and cared. Brian even gave a free E&G teddy bear for my 3 yr old son and he was over the moon about it! My husband and I agreed we would definitely bring our cars back to be serviced here. My van runs great and window is fine now.

They used higher quality paired stick on weights.All rims were returned they way they arrivedwith no damage, this has not been the case using the national tire chains.This is was my second use of E & G it’s worth the trip for quality. Car was overheating dropped off for service. Eric and his team went through entire cooling system and suspect coolant was low because their test showed all things normal, will have to wait an see if overheat condition reappears.

I brought my 2005 GMC Savanah van for a 100,000 mile tube up and I am very happy with the service I received. The van runs excellent and seems to have more power. Runs like new. I like the fact that they pointed out that my battery was 4 years old and needed replacement and also that my sway bar link was broke. They also fixed an electrical problem I had with my directional light that another garage did a lousy job on. I use this vehicle as a work truck and I need a dependable and safe vehicle. Although these repairs cost more than what I came in for I am glad that they found these problems and fixed them correctly because now I know that I can count on having a reliable truck to get the work done that I do. I also like the fact that they gave me a loaner while my truck was being fixed so I didnt have to wait around for my truck to be ready. Very excellent and professional garage to bring your vehicle in for service.

Except knowledge, very professional and extremely honest. Thought I had an oil leak so I brought my truck to E&G Automotive. It turned out to be the result of a poor and messy oil change (from a discount service shop) where drained oil gathered in the cross member and was dripping on my garage floor. After about 20 minutes with the Technician and a good cleaning, it was determined as mentioned.He put dye in the engine, and asked me to return in a few days, to verify.Thank you muchJohn

Went in for a sensor problem these people were very helpful is getting me in and out fast because of my work hours changed out sensor radiator flush done in about 2 hours.
