Love this pharmacy, but they are always behind. Very clean facility, nice staff. But for the last year there is ALWAYS a line both inside and drive through pharmacy. And not just during peak hours. All the time! Clearly a management problem

Always can get help from staff. The long receipts have proven to have valuable coupons. I downloaded the CVS to avoid using so much paper and still benefit from the content.

This is a very nice CVS, probably the nicest one Ive been in. Very clean and organized. The staff always had my perception ready and I was out within 5 mins. Very impressed!

Test results are very complicated to access and you cant reach anyone by phone to help you. There website is not mobile friendly.

The drive through is a joke. Doing COVID testing in the prescription drive through line. It takes about 30 min per test. When you pull in there is always a handful of cars. After 45 min of waiting in line only one car has moved. With 4 still ahead of me. Go inside and another long line of people complaining about the wait. What used to be a pleasant pharmacy has now turned into a testing center for profit.

Every single time I go into this cvs (esplanade location), at least one of the employees in the pharmacy are not wearing their mask correctly if at all. They do COVID tests here and have customers who are immunosuppressed picking up medication, and still not taking proper safety measures. I ended up switching to the cvs at 1496 east Ave and have had no issues there.

The pharmacy staff make every medication refill an absolute nightmare. From blood pressure medication to sleep medication. They make it so difficult to obtain your medication. You end up having to call your doctors office only to figure out yep the pharmacy messed it up again and they have all the info they needed already. Every single month it is a struggle. Milt the pharmacist is rude and condescending every single interaction and every phone call. I cant imagine being an elderly person who has to jump through this nonsense every month. My grandmother is 95 and unfortunately I get her meds here too. Every month with her meds it is also a nightmare. They need to take some customer service classes for sure!

Unfortunately this CVS is two to three days behind in filling prescriptions. This is ridiculous. Please hire another pharmacist.

Drive up pharmacy closes at 1:00 PM on Sunday. Usually drive up is fairly quick, but last week I waited thirty minutes in 95 degree weather with two only two cars ahead of me. The posted sign says that its pick up only, so I found that wait time excessive.

The pharmacies would not fill my prescription and is refusing to give me my papers for my pain meds when I had surgery yesterday she threatened a have the cops called on me because Im irritated in in pain and still wasnt giving me my paper so I can go to a different pharmacy and get pain pills she is refusing by law to give me my paperwork She then wouldnt even talk to someone else that came in on my behalf to talk to them that would be a little calmer because they lied about not having pain pills last night and they said they filled at last night so I was in pain from last night and still is in pain with no pain pills after surgery Then to top it off she CO PD would not come out because it was a civil matter and then Chico PD called me back and I hung up on him and they showed up but I already Left what is the law for if they dont show up in time of need and the CVS pharmacist last night and today should be written up and possibly fired due to their negatively gents Me and my wife in my child will not be going to that CVS ever again Ive already transferred meds to Rite Aid on East Avenue in a save mark parking lot And then hours later at 5:00 p.m. on the 14th they let my mom pick up my narcos at the same CVS that said they didnt have any the night before but failed my order and then wouldnt give him to me because of my attitude and then given to my mother

Went in to ask about shingles shot and the pharmacist was rude stating the shots were for their regular customers. This is where we fill our prescriptions but now we will go elsewhere.

Lousy photos...cropped peoples heads in half, the photos are pixelated, just poor quality. Spoke to the person assisting me and she acknowledged the issue, but would not adjust the price.

The wait in the drive thru is very long and slow due to Covid 19 testing.....they have a second drive thru but I was told they dont use it due to being short staffed...

This store has the best personal of All the Cars Ive been in.

Good service especially at the pharmacy...but if you prefer a better selection the CVS across from Trader Joes is bigger and better.

Crystal was incredibly helpful in getting my prescription pulled from another pharmacy to refill it in Chico. Awesome customer service and very patient with my impatience :)
