Wonderful experience here today. My iPhone randomly bricked on my way to Chico for a long weekend. I tried my best to fix it following online tutorials, but lost hope thinking it was a hardware issue. I stopped into iRepair and the great guys were able to completely restore the phone by re-applying the latest update. They didnt even charge me for fixing it. In and out in about ten minutes. The employees were super friendly and we had a pleasant chat about gaming while my phone was restored.

I went to iRepair to see why a 4 year old iPad mini wouldnt load after I had wiped it clean to give to a friend. Turned out the CPU had blown out for some strange reason. Bad news, but felt assured having watched him in his efforts to diagnose the problem, starting with hardware, that it was really dead and too expensive to replace the CPU. Ill go back there any day if I need help with my Apple products. I would recommend these great guys to anyone for repair of their Apple products. I would also go there for a good deal on a used Apple product.

I am a firefighter and was fighting the Camp Fire. I accidentally dropped my phone and it was run over by a water tender. I took my phone to iRepair to try and recover the data stored on my phone. As soon as I walked in, I was pretty sketched out that their store is tuck away in a corner next to a tattoo parlor and 2 other mobile phone repair stores to choose from. The scruffy looking receptionist took my phone from me and gave me a price while hanging onto my phone.... I said no thanks and while hanging onto my phone he said well just dont go across the street they steal the parts out of your phone. I went across the street, very friendly vibe, comfortable and you were in a safe environment. The phone is fixed, 60 day warranty and no problems!!

Fixed a friends phone and the screen wouldnt sit flush due to the corners being bent. I called iRepair up and they were able to use a tool to reshape them back free of charge! Very high quality work, I refer everyone and anyone who I cant help to these guys. Great team, great quality, and lifetime warranty on repairs! DO NOT mistake them for Chico iStores horrible service across the street.

They took a damaged phone and made it come to life. I had lost all of my contacts and was heartsick. They brought it back to life and were able to sync all of my information for me. They did it efficiently and quickly. They are the best!

I needed my tablet connecter, for the charger to be fixed and thought it will cost a large fee. (Its the Amazon Fire Tablet from Best Buy and since I forgot to get the protection plan, it was gonna cost me $120, just for labor cost at Best Buy!) This is a great phone repair shop! The staff was super professional and knew what they were doing. They repaired my phone, which at the time I thought was completely dead, and now it works like it used to! I would recommend them to everyone.

I bought a few phones from him and they were all clean and in perfect condition was able to activate all of them. He also does amazing repair jobs on all sorts of phones and customization jobs.

Service was nice and professional, but they did not review well about which part would be best for my phone and it took them almost 1 month to get the right OEM part. The previous non oem part failed. I thought they were using only OEM parts as replacement.

Huge waste of time, horrible experience! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I took my laptop in and it took over 2 weeks to find out what was wrong with it. The business hours were very inconsistent, which I found out after calling over and over for an update. Finally, I discovered that they had ordered some parts for my laptop that I didnt need, and installed them without consulting with me first. When I spoke with the owner David or Ben, I still dont know who does what and who is who about this, he was very condescending and never apologized.

Best experience that I could find. Prices were great, the main thing is that they get the job done quick and everything works well.

Great place to get iPad fixed

I was in need of some SMT chips resoldered to a logic board that was dropped. not only where they able to do this. they did it in a time frame that was hard to belive. under an hour. I was expecting at least a day. Very professional.

Fixed my laptop and a few months later my iPhone battery 2 weeks later walk in for them to check my battery and they cracked my screen right in front of me. Taking my business elsewhere and suggest you should too.

Great repair shop, they fixed my tablet quickly and were very friendly about the whole thing! 5/5 would get stuff repaired here again.

They used fake parts causing my screen and LCD to break the same day it was fixed from a 2 foot fall w/ a case. The next place I went to replaced all of the fake parts and charged less. It also took about an hour at the second place and 3 or 4 days here.

These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable, I will definitely be going back here if something else breaks!

I bought my iPhone from them about 6 months ago. 1 month later it needs a new charging port, now 3 months later it needs another charging port. When I bought the phone I got a 150 day warranty but the guys said oh you dont need a receipt well just remember you. When I came back a month later he didnt remember me, luckily I insisted on a receipt. Long story short, get a receipt and make sure theyre using quality parts.
