One of the most uncomfortable experiences at a phone store with the Sales “Expert” Dane. Was willing to lie to me and say that not only will I get there “iPhone 12 on us” promotion but I was also getting an extra $177 on top of that for trading in my iPhone. When I I said I would feel more comfortable paying the taxes and have the full promotion on the bill he proceeded to add a $252 “additional deposit.” Maybe just stay away from this store to avoid all this?

This location is in walking distance from my apartment. The representative who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped solved my questions and or issues with my phone. Thank you T-Mobile for hiring pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful representatives...!

I have had good experiences at this location. The past two visits Arizona has helped me secure new devices for my wife and myself. She has been pleasant, light hearted, and a joy to do business with. She knows her product well and doesnt pressure you upsaling.

Theyre helpful and then not helpful. Once theyve got you stuck in a plan you dont seem to be able to get the same kind of help as when theyre reeling you in.

I had a very bad experience at the T-Mobile store in the mall where they were pressuring me to change my entire plan as the only way to take advantage of a promotion which would have cost me $100 more per month. I knew it was fishy when the manager there was telling me hed give me $30 credit and when I said Id think about it he upped to to $40 and $50. Why was he so desperate for me to change my plan? To meet some quota, because he said if I left the $50 credit was off the table.So, here I go to the Mangrove location and I inquire about the same deal. They say no problem and no, I dont have to change my plan, I can stay on the same plan. They didnt push anything on me that I didnt want and were very patient and helpful! The manager there, Dane, is super nice and helpful.

I received a relief phone and 3 days later the screen completely stopped working. I have tried to locate a relief truck but cant find one anywhere. And they said the Chico store has them to but yet they dont. I am just trying to see if I can exchange it or just get a new one. Nobody that works in either the Chico or oroville stores know where the trucks are and they couldnt even find the location on the website where its supposed to list location.

Excellent customer service. You can tell these guys care about you, and arent pushy just to get a sale. The store in the mall is VERY aggressive, and Im glad I found this other T-Mobile in Chico.

I had an excellent service from Maria a couple weeks ago when I decided to switch from Verizon to T-mobile and started my paperwork but I didnt complete the transaction. ... So this last Friday night I went back to get my phone and finish all paperwork I had a terrible service experience from a different girl and the store manager Im really disappointed. They didnt had the product I wanted when they told they did, their computers frozen for 40 minutes and also they put me on a totally different plan other than what they had promised its sad and fkd up

Came in on Sunday to buy a hotspot device. they didnt have any in stock so the rep asked if i wanted it to be shipped to my house. i am currently traveling for work so i am not going to be able to pick it up. the rep tells me that if im traveling, then they can ship to my current nearest t mobile store, which is in Redding. i tell him that i will think about it and he tells me if i do decide to get it shipped to another store, to call him back and hell have it shipped for me. after leaving, i thought about it and decided to call them. i asked for the same rep that helped me in store. he then explains to me that he cant get it shipped to another store and that they usually dont send things to 3rd party stores.... when he literally just explained to me maybe less than an hour ago that he could. i, then, asked him if there was another corporate store that he was able to have it sent to. he says that this store was the closest corporate store. after a while of going back and forth, he orders the hotspot and requests to get it sent to the 3rd party store in Redding. later, i find out that there was a corporate store 20 mins away from me and that they did have hotspots in stock. this rep should have taken more time to help me find a store that had what i was looking rather than trying to get a sale in. i am leaving Redding this Friday and im not sure if my hotspot will come in on time and t mobile wont give me a refund.

Terrible customer service. The young lady that was helping me was very rude, pushy, and un-helpful. It was only me and three employees in the store, but the employees were too busy messing with the in-store music and their headphone necklace things. My issue with a broken phone was not even close to be resolved, complete waste of time at that store.

Bought an Internet hotspot a while back and used it alot until I moved where there was no DATA covered. Thats changing now so I tried to return to TMobile as a customer. They wanted to fine me for returning with the hotspot and sim card that I paid cash for originally. Nope, Im sticking with Verizon.

I have received exceptional service from Maria. Ive been looking for a new for a little over a year ago. I saw Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge it was nice, however I found it to be intrusive, because i fingers were always touching the edges of the phone, so I said nope dont like this one for sure, going back to researching,finally it was the July 3, 2013 I saw a ad saying LG Leon lte for $79.99 impressive price I said, I have to look that is my final choice if i cant see anything else, top of my list was htc m9 for their indescribable quality, 2nd LG G4 for the eye dropping design, I asked maria she was so kind, professional, expert adviser to see these delightful products, I liked the look however the price online was cheaper by $200.00, which was one big reason I didnt choose those other phones, later i said now i finally wanted to see final product the LG Leon Lte. It is so beautiful to hold see, easy of use no brainier, its hand gushers to take picture by simply holding your hand open to catch the attend of the sensor then making fist to take the shoot in 3 second, and the awesome technology to tap the screen three times to turn on the screen what wonders is that phone. Maria helped to teach me other useful functions, she made my phone ready to use in a matter of a few minutes, I ask her to put the jump program so I can jump once I pay 50% of the cost of the phone. before she got everything going she advise me to purchase accessories for the phone like screen protector, case, charger,oh she also recommend a ue speakers that are made by Logitech which I didnt I bought I end up only paying $22.40 out the door, which was just the tax. I have not been so happy in my life of such a great buying experience in store a person to person is more satisfying then online were their is no human relation, no real time experience first hand, no waiting for product just as soon as I grabbed it was my for the taking. I recommend Maria to make an appointment with her next time you go to T-Mobile US Retail Store. P.S call to see their wonderful promotions!
