Purchased a car sight unseen from Chico earlier this year. The staff was friendly (although sometimes slow to get things done). Overall they were cooperative, and were reasonable and straightforward to deal with when it came to negotiation. My main gripe is that I was told the car was mint, and its flaws werent noticed by any of the staff until the car was sold and the transport company arrived to pick up the car. They pointed out some relatively minor damage (which chico worked with me on), but it was still frustrating to be unaware of the damage until after the car was sold.I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again, but I would have them look over the car with a fine-toothed comb before I bought another car sight unseen.

Probably the most negative customer experience Ive ever had. I received a recall letter from Chevy in March and had the letter and the car in a week later. I was made to pay for an oil change to verify the issue, and then brought the car back in after 3,000 miles with all of the oil burned off, the exact issue detailed in the letter.After weeks and about a dozen phone calls, and after being passed on to the 3rd or 4th different person who was supposed to be helping me (many of whom had somehow quit by the time I started writing down names and asking for people specifically, and none of whom returned my calls), I finally spoke with a manager. Thats when, for the FIRST TIME, I was asked why I hadnt taken the car and the letter to a licensed dealership instead of Courtesy.For what its worth, I assumed they were a licensed dealership, and understand now that I was wrong. Thats my mistake, and I know the difference now, and Im embarrassed I made the mistake in the first place. But the FIRST time anyone mentioned this to me, after months of trying to have the issue resolved, was in SEPTEMBER. Of course, the recall letter expired in August.It should also be mentioned that this manager said they would be calling me back after they checked with Chevy. Shockingly, its three weeks later, and still no phone call.I want to give the benefit of the doubt rather than assuming I was intentionally given the run around - but even then, its not much of an endorsement to say that Courtesy was so incompetent and unresponsive that it took six months in order for someone to mention for the first time that they werent the correct location to bring a recall letter.The several people who looked at the letter (and charged me for an oil change I didnt need in order to start working on the issue for me) certainly didnt seem to understand that this was the wrong place to bring it, either. While many of the customer service representatives have been understanding and polite throughout this incredibly frustrating saga, the best case explanation for my experience is that Courtesys system for communicating with customers is inexcusably flawed. The worst case is that they knowingly avoided following up with me in order to run out the clock on the recall.Im extremely disappointed, with both this location and with Chevy. I wont be patronizing either of them ever again.

Victoria has been very patient with me and in helping me select the perfect truck. She has shown excellent professionalism along with knowledge of the purchasing process. My family has been buying cars and truck from Courtesy Motors since 1977 and this is the first time the entire process has taken less then 2 hours. Victoria is a top notch sales person.

Buying our new Volvo was a real pleasure. Hardy Kahlon, the salesperson was polite, knowledgeable and made the experience of buying a new car a smooth and easy transaction. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. They told they were going to have to keep it overnight in order to check the problem. Due to the Dixie Fire my routes to Chico were closed and I was unable to pick up my vehicle for 3 weeks. They were kind enough to watch over my vehicle until I was able to get there to pick it up. They were great.

Courteous and efficient service advisor; wanted an oil change, check brake pads and diagnose 2 things. Was charged 2 x $185 to do diagnosis only to be told that the problems could not be addressed due to no parts. I dont think much effort was expended to locate the parts needed. All I got was a $450 oil change.

My experience wasnt bad its just my first time. I cant make an honest decision on just one visit. I didnt have a bad experience so I will come back for my next checkup on my vehicle and after the third time I will be able to honestly make a decision. Thats just the way I am. I arrived early got scheduled Oil Change only.When filling our the paperwork he asked if we were doing tire rotation also, I said just the oil change today. I stated I needed a ride since it usually is an hour or so. I waited in the lounge at after30 minutes I went back to ask when the driver will be here, he said he doesn’t know where he is he’s not answering his phone. I went back to the lounge. Later he came to tell me the car is almost ready. He came back 10-15 minutes later to say car is ready. Then at check out he charged me for the tire rotation and had to take that off.I’m not sure if he actually ever called the shuttle driver…. Glad the car was done in less than an hour but disappointed I had to sit and wait and was not listened to.

I recently took my Subaru in to Courtesy Automotive for some recall work (and a little extra). I am thoroughly impressed by the entire experience I had, from beginning to end. I worked with Andrew through the whole process; he was wonderfully communicative and receptive to all of my questions, and always carried himself with a level of authenticity that I can only *begin* to describe as an absolute breath of fresh air (and everyone else I dealt with was equally as courteous & candid!).Let me emphasize, as well, that never once did I feel like I was being spoken to in *a certain way* for the sake of the fact that Im a woman (I actually happen to be well-versed in the automotive realm, so... I notice).I cant remember the last time I had such a totally pleasant, effortless experience with taking my car in for service somewhere. Im not personally in the habit of jumping up to post a review, but in this case I was actually pretty eager to try to return the favor. Thank you very much to everyone at Courtesy, I will be happy to return to support your business when the opportunity presents itself again.

Brad, my salesman, was great. Straight forward and easy to talk with. Professional, polite, well spoken. He understood exactly what I wanted to buy and he got it for me. In short order. I feel I was treated respectfully and in a friendly manner. One cant expect much more when buying a truck/car. I will definitely recommend Courtesy and recommend Brad as the person to deal with. I had planned to buy the Chevy version from another dealer. After talking with Brad, I decided that Courtesy was the way to go for me. I am greatly enjoying my new GMC Sierra.Thank you.

This place is not “Courtesy” NOT BMW standard service!!! I have been at multiple BMW service locations. You wait in a little hall close to service entrance until you are called into very tiny unorganized and well used cubicle type area to talk to “service consultant” then the normal gathering of information but they NEVER give you a REAL estimate of time for your service or REPAIR. When asking it’s always a two to two and a half hour time frame. Also, they send reminders for your appointment but they say “the appointment is with your service advisor, not when the the work will begin on your vehicle “....Give me a break, we’re here to get our vehicle serviced or repaired, and we made an appointment, we shouldn’t have to sit for two hours for you to START our service or repair. You can’t get a loaner unless your service is more than three hours long. You are offered a shuttle to take you somewhere in town but we’ve been forgotten twice at this location to even get off their lot. This is the closest service center near to our home an hour and a half away. They are apathetic in their mannerisms. Tried to waste time looking at new cars on their lot but their choices are very limited. Waiting area is very small, and is also a walk through area for the parts and access to two small show rooms. Even before Covid their options were bare but now even more so. Just SO disappointed in this location and not want to deal with BMW in the future since this is closest to my home. Also, during the two and a half hours so far sitting in their waiting room, I have watched their staff come and 1/2 spray a small coffee table in the middle of the room, that NO ONE has touched, three times. That’s the extent of their Covid cleaning. NOT a good service oriented location as it does not feel courteous as their name would suggest!

Today was a nightmare. I normally have NO problems with Courtesy for recall work. However, today REALLY takes the cake. I dropped my Subaru off at 12:30pm, 30 minutes before my appointment, to get some recall work done. They had initially on a phone call told me the work would take an hour and a half, but when I got there the time turned to 3 to 4 hours. Which fine! Fortunately I have family in town! I waited until and 4 and I called them only to find out, MY CAR HADNT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT. Im sorry but when you tell a customer a service will take four hours and at 2, in my case, it still hadnt been looked at you SHOULS CALL and UPDATE.Thankfully I called them at 4 and was able to stop them from putting my car up despite their efforts to convince me to shuttle home 45 minutes and have my car delivered later. (I live 15 minutes out of the nearest town so not having my car is not an option.) I missed an exam today and almost missed a second because of the lack of communication. Im incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication Courtesy had today. If something takes a long time and you havent gotten to it YOU NEED to tell your customers.

Recently had some work done on my truck and couldn’t be happier. Courtesy made it easy working with the warranty company and getting the part shipped and installed quicker than estimated. Working with Danny made the biggest impact. He was responsive and easy to get a hold of with txt and extremely knowledgeable. He was straight up with me and helped me avoid extra costs and charges. Things are definitely changing at Courtesy in a positive way and look forward to working with them in the future.

I purchased my Acadia here 2 years ago. It now has 80,000 miles and I’ve had to fix a lot. I possibly need a new transmission now and found out that my $3,000 warranty doesn’t cover anything. I was quoted $6,700 to replace a transmission that costs $2,000. Disappointed that the quotes for repairs are so over priced even though I purchased the car here. Terrible feeling of being taken advantage of over and over. From purchasing the car which has a history of transmission problems, purchasing the worst warranty, to offering to fix part of the problem for $2,700.

I took a vehicle to courtesy motors for a bmw recall. Running just fine when taken there. After getting vehicle back vehicle runs very poor check engine light on. Will not stay running at stop light. Myself being a automotive technician I installed my own personal scan tool to check the codes. I have a p0171, p0174 and p1415. First 2 code are lean codes both banks and last code is for insufficient air flow from mass air flow. Called dylan at courtesy motors was asked to bring vehicle back on monday. Being late friday afternoon I was ok bring vehicle back on monday. Monday comes take vehcle back to courtesy motors. Drop it off with dylan. 3bdays go by without phone call or anythg. I myself finally got ahold Dylan on thursday morning and vehicle had still not been in the shop yet. At this point I feel like I am getting the run around. I took dylan out to vehi let even showed him where the problem was. Dylan called me early afternoon to tell me that I had a faulty mass air flow sensor. .once again completely wrong. The mass air flow sensor is not what the problem is. Its the vacumm leak at the crank case vent.. show the where the problem was at. They still cant get it right and want to tell me that they did t do that so they not going to fix anythg cause they say they didnt cause the problem. I beg to differ. If I could leave a negative star for this place I would definitely would. So I suggest the o e take there vehicle to courtesy motors. Very very un professional.

I Brought my brand new GMC Yukon (2021 bought December 6th) in to have a recall addressed. After meeting with the service advisor (Eric Heidemeyer) I asked if they would also wash my vehicle when they were finished. Eric was very professional and kind. I have no issues there. After waiting most of the day I finally got my vehicle back. I had to retrieve it parked very tightly between cars - not at all happy about that. My vehicle looked clean from what I could see of it and I left. I had an errand to do after I left. As I was walking back up to my truck I noticed tiny little bumps on the drivers side. I ran my hand along the paint and it was definitely something. I continue looking down the side of the truck and to my absolute horror I see at scratch about 5 long. A WHITE SCRATCH IN MY BRAND NEW TRUCK!! I immediately called Eric and he was kind and said to bring my vehicle back. I was meet outside by Eric and a manager (I think). Manager didnt address me at all...just asked if my truck was dirty when I brought it in - WHAT? I show Eric the issues. He immediately agrees and calls the person in charge of detailing. I am told he will try and buff the scratch out. I proceed back to my waiting spot until the work has been done. This is a black vehicle so depending on the sun/shade it does make things a little more difficult to see. Long story short - the bubbles/raised overspray of some sort are still there and the scratch is noticeable (to me). I spent close to 80K on my vehicle and have absolutely NO CONFIDENCE in ever bringing myself or it back to Chico GMC. I am soo very disappointed.

An opportunity for training with the ladies that schedule appointments....... - I scheduled my truck for service through MyGMC app. Got a confirmation that my SUBARU was going to be serviced (I have a GMC 2500HD). Then got confirmation that my GMC would be serviced and I was dropping off (I said Id be waiting). Called to correct all of the information - they said they would fix it - they didnt. Called again - they said they would fix it. Then received 4 texts and 4 emails a day about my GMC and SUBARU. When I got to the dealership - I had two appointments. Scheduling was a MESS. Service was GREAT!

They were not pushy at all and even got me a HUGE deal on my new car. I loved how personable everyone was and I just felt like I was hanging out with family. When it was time to replace my wife’s 11 year old Honda Civic with something a little newer and something a little nicer and something a little more reliable (and hopefully a little more fuel efficient too) I knew the first place we wanted to go back to was Courtesy Auto CenterAfter 20 years in Chico and buying our fair share of new and used cars from some -other- Chico dealers, it was the folks at Courtesy Auto Center who had treated us with the greatest amount of respect, honesty and fairness and I’m glad to say that after 10 years since our last pre-owned purchase with them, they’ve only gotten more respectful, honest and fair.Alan Ramos and the folks at Courtesy helped us through the entire process and while my wife and I did our homework – knowing what Courtesy had in stock, what the fair market value should be, what our trade in was worth and what our credit was like – Alan was invaluable in making sure we got the car we wanted at a fair price with an honest assessment of our trade in and a very respectable financing rate. I had a maintenance agreement for my GMC pickup which would not cover a glow plug replacement. I told service writer not to repair my truck. They charged $165.00 for nothing but looking at the CID display. I had bought three vehicles from Courtesy, but no more.

Five Stars. And Ive bought a lot of cars. Brad was a great salesperson. He recommended coming in early morning and we were able to test drive various cars with no hurry or pressure. I finally settled on a used Honda CR-V. Trade in and transaction was smooth. About a week later, I noticed a couple small issues. One was the cabin filter was dirty and I replaced it. No biggie. The other was the washer fluid reservoir would overflow while filling. I sent an email and promptly got a reply to bring it in. I set up an appointment and they fixed it. This was a USED car bought AS-IS. They were under NO obligation to do this. THATS customer service that will make me return to Courtesy Automotive. And, a week after I bought the vehicle a Massie Janes gift basket was delivered to my house from Courtesy. This dealership treated me right. Might just have to go look at a Forester. :)

I generally do not write reviews, but my last experience was not great, especially if you need something from them. I had a paint issue that I contacted General motors about. My truck is an 2006 so i really wasnt looking for much. The rep stated there may be a discount assistance here in CA. I took my truck in and got the determination of the issue. later GM stated the dealer stated it was caused by the owner. that was the end of it. This is where my complaint is. I went into speak to Gary the warranty manager stating i get that nothing would be done with the paint even though it was a manufactures defect in product, but would just like a copy of the notes from the case. I showed him the messages from the GM contact, and he took the case number, but stated he was unable to look it up currently. Gary stated that he would ask another manager who wasnt there currently to do it and he would call me when it was done. After two weeks of no call back I called, but Gary was not available. I was referred to another manager Mike (problem). I explaining what had transpired, he stated that if it was over a year old there was nothing they would do. Mike then asked me what year this was, I told him it was a 2006. Apparently this info was quite shocking to hear. His response was quote A 2006, I cant believe you are even calling about this, that is ridiculous. There is no way there would be anything for something that old. Mike then asked who told me to there was anything for that old of a truck. I explained that t was a rep from GM that said there might be a discount of services to repair the paint. He again was shocked that someone would even suggest that and couldnt believe they told me that. Then mike stated just for the hell of it give me the claim number and I will look it up (all of this conversation had occured with him not even knowing if there was any actual information on this case number) . Mike stated that he had entered the case number and stated that there wasnt any info and he couldnt even find the case. I told him that was fine, I was just trying to follow up on on the conversation I had with Gary and GM, and then ended the conversation I had with him . I may not be important there to them, and was treated with complete disrespect. I have purchased 4 vehicles there and have been servicing my truck there since 2007. I dont want to give them any more business at this point.

I went in to have GM tire sensor valves installed on 7/14/2020. After your employees informed me the valves didn’t fit I retuned to pick them up. When I arrived they had installed three and the forth would not hold air. I asked them to return them to be back to the condition that I brought them in which was in perfect working condition. They still have my tires and wheels after 4 days. Poor, unprofessional service.

Love, love, love Courtesy Automotive in Chico! Just when I thought old-fashioned courteous service was dead, I gratefully found my way to Cedric, an outstanding salesman at Courtesy. Cedric knows cars and taught me how to use key features that I immediately implemented. Every person I encountered at Courtesy (on the phone or in-person), was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, strove to help, and was a delight to encounter. I absolutely love my car and will definitely return to Courtesy when it is time for a new one. Courtesy Automotive is truly a diamond in the rough. If you dont live near Chico, I can tell you it was well worth the three hours it took me to drive there for my car purchase experience.

Went in a few weeks back and spoke to the salesman about a truck on the lot. He brought a truck around that they had taken in a few days prior. It was exactly what I was looking for and wanted. I was excited and extremely thrilled. Went through all the paperwork, had mentioned I had a payoff on my vehicle, told the salesman and everything. They come back with some numbers and such and everything came out perfectly and where I wanted to be. Now I guess I shouldve been a little more inquisitive prior. So we agreed and went on with all the prep and such. I made many more remarks about how Im happy, how my payment is going to stay the same and how its awesome they made the numbers work and other things clearly making it obvious I have a balance owed on my car. Come to finance and signing paperwork, I get asked when I can bring in my pink slip. WHAT?! I am confused and say I have a balance on my car still. Well apparently after me talking to everyone and telling the salesman multiple timesy payoff and I was financed through so and so... He failed to translate that to the loan manager who then ran all the numbers as if I owned the car outright. So needless to say, my payment was going to skyrocket over what it was and so on. Bottom line. Always triple check and stay on top of your salesman and dont trust them to do there job correctly. I walked out and will never be back.

I’m so happy I decided to go to Courtesy!!! Victoria was awesome. I live in Redding and Victoria was great at promptly communicating with me through email for literally half the day lol. When I decided to head down there in the afternoon she was ready for me and already had the car ready to go for a good test drive!!! She showed me the many features of the car and was such a blast to work with. I can’t believe the deal that I got from them for a brand new car!!! We have plenty of dealerships in Redding but unfortunately not with the same customer service that I received from Victoria and the Courtesy team! Pretty discouraged. I called chevy customer support and they told me that Courtesy Automotive said they could program Mobile PTO on my chevy. When I got there they didn’t know how to do it. I sat there for around 4-5 hours while they tried to contact chevy and get info on the subject. They came back and said that chevy told them there’s no way to run the PTO while in forward gear cuz you have to be parked. Long story short I took it to Hoblit in Colusa and a couple hours later they called me and said they had it working.P.S. The reason for the first star is #ModPizza is walking distance away 😋Second reason is they didn’t charge me anything.

My name is Mike and I had the greatest experience ever at Chico Courtesy Automotive. I was greeted by Alan Ramos who sold me and my family a beautiful car. They have a huge selection of new and used cars, not pushy at all! They were very patient and wonderful. With such professional service, we left with a vehicle that met everyones needs. I recently went to Courtesy Motors to test drive a vehicle I had seen on their website. I was thinking about getting a used vehicle to replace the unsafe clunker I was driving, and wanted to start getting a feel for the type of car I wanted. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Keith Anderson. Keith was FANTASTIC and super helpful. From the very beginning it was clear that Keith wanted to help me find a vehicle that was both practical as well as matched my lifestyle. I was concerned about financing due to some credit issues, but at no point did Keith allow me to believe that my credit would keep me out of a vehicle or make me feel uncomfortable about discussing my financial situation. He was patient and willing to explain the entire process of purchasing a vehicle, and after working with me for several hours was able to help me secure financing for the car I wanted. Keith and everyone else I encountered at Courtesy during the process of purchasing my vehicle were friendly, helpful, and did not make me feel pressured at all. When I arrived at the dealership, I didnt plan on leaving that day with a car. However, because of the quality and level of service I received, I now have a great car that I love to drive. They even made the process of selling my previous vehicle to them easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Courtesy Motors to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, and am especially thankful to Keith for all of his help and hard work to get me behind the wheel!

We did extensive research before car shopping and we drove over 100 miles to Courtesy to look at one particular vehicle. Alan Ramos took us for a test drive and explained how all the bells and whistles worked. He then worked with us to bring the price of the vehicle within our reach, and with the assistance of Michael Berg, we were able to drive the vehicle home, without having to make a second trip. Excellent customer service by a knowledgeable, well trained staff, and well worth the drive. We are very happy with our new car.

We went to Courtesy Motors today in Chico to test drive a Hyundai. We were working with Alan Ramos and he was showing us other cars we might be interested at our price point. He showed us four cars, we test drove two. It was an easy decision when the time came. Alan worked with us on a deal that everyone was happy with. I just purchased a used vehicle from Courtesy. They are all that their name implies. Aaron, the salesman that helped us, was very pleasant and helpful. Never pushy. We were able to negotiate a fair price and I think probably a better deal than we could have found anywhere else. We looked at dealerships in Sacramento and beyond, but we were really glad to be able to buy local. I trust that the car they sold me is in excellent running condition, and I know that it looks great. The interior and exterior were spotlessly cleaned and detailed. And even though we were buying one of the least expensive vehicles on the lot, my feeling is that we were treated the same as someone purchasing a $40,000+ vehicle. The delicious gift basket that was delivered to me at work shortly after the purchase was a delightful bonus.

I had an appointment to pick up a new Terrain I ordered online from them. I needed to move up my appointment time and called when they opened. I left a VM and spoke with two employees who took my information. I arrived early as discussed and nothing was ready. I still had to wait until they returned from lunch to pick up my car and waisted a whole late morning and ended up having to reschedule my plans due to nobody sharing information.

We stopped by Courtesy Motors fully not expecting them to have anything in our price range, but as soon as we got there, we were greeted by Alan Ramos. He was nice, personable, not pushy - Ive had some bad experiences at other lots in town. He showed us everything that they had that fit what we needed. We loved one of them. Jordan got better financing than we expected. I never thought buying a car could be a good experience, but Alan and Jordan made it very painless and pleasant. Then today a gift basket was delivered to my work. The extra effort is wonderful. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2019 Subaru Outback with Victoria Lombard! She was able to work with our budget and get us more than what we initially were looking for. We drove to the dealership from Redding to get the vehicle and the paperwork was already set up for us to complete and the car was ready to go. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features that Subaru has to offer. She provided an overall great experience that was straight forward with no typical dealership tricks. Our dog also came with us to the dealership and was graciously welcomed! Thank you again we will definitely be referring Victoria to our friends and family!Side note: We noticed one of the rims was scratched before purchasing the vehicle and they are scheduling a service to replace it at no cost to us.

We bought our car here for a relatively simple repair that should have taken no more than a day. So far, were at 11 days and counting. We have been given excuse after excuse and no one wishes to step up and fix my car. Weve filed complaints with the state. Were also contemplating lawsuits to recover lost revenue from my business.Update: We are now at 3 1/2 weeks. DisCourtesy Volvo ordered the wrong part 9 days ago. They re-ordered it last week. According to the very rude and unprofessional service manager, Mike, the part wont arrive until Monday October 8.I have asked repeatedly to speak to upper management to no avail. Save yourself the hassle. Dont buy anything from this dealer.

I bought a Mercedes this last week. Experience was fine. Cameron assisted me. Very low key but efficient guy, no problems and the process went rapidly and painlessly. He even went to the trouble while I was out securing the funds, despite having a sure sale and no more effort needed, to go through the vehicle and learn several side functions available with the car and point them out to me.One issue and I think its bigger than it sounds at first. The car had half a tank of gas. When I returned to drive it home it was still only half full. I asked for a full tank and was told A half is pretty good at these gas prices.When someone hands you a check for $25,000.00, put $30 of gas in the car. At best it was tacky and at worst it made you look financially desperate. Petty economics on your part and I have mentioned it to friends while showing off the car.Otherwise a good experience. What a great experience I had today buying my 2010 Subaru Outback. Alan Ramos was my sales guy. He was amazing and very patient which made the experience worth while. Dont go here if you need repairs they completely messed up my car after getting an airbag recall replaced andand then decided to do an oilchange during that time. They kept my car the entire weekend after they said it would be done on that friday. They didnt change my service mileage. Finally got my car back on monday afternoon. They did bring it to my work, but oil gauge stopped working and oil light comes on now at start.Never had a problem before this service. I took it back and they said it was a voltage issue there was nothing wrong with the car. So I chaulked it up to not driving it very much. So I have now been driving it for about 2 weeks and same issue. They ignore my calls and never call me back. Horrible Horrible..

Car (S) in there for months and months and months. one car needed some paint.....a 10 year old with a spry can could do better, poor workmanship and no responsibility. if you have to have someone work on your car, take it to a homeless camp and you will be better satisfied.

Our sales rep Nick was very responsive and attentive to all our questions and needs. We were able to close on the price of the vehicle and he was able to give us options on delivery for the vehicle. We liked how accessible he was and was very prompt in providing us information along the way. Knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional. If six stars were available Courtesy Motors would have our rating. We purchased an automobile, took it home then changed our minds about our selection. We took the car back the next day and exchanged it for another that suited us better. The exchange was done without any problem or question. Keith Anderson and Alan Ramos were great to deal with and patient with us beyond our expectations. Everyone we had dealings with were great. We were pleased to find that they have a 3day return policy and there was not the usual restocking fee that you find with many dealerships. Courtesy Motors lives up to their name. Service department is consistently poor at service. Today my appointment was at 9:15 for recalibration of eyesight feature after windshield replacement. Told one hour. Waited 1.5 hours and they didnt even start. Specifically said only wash it if it doesnt add time. They did not wash it in the 1.5 hours it sat there. I was told my appointment was an appointment to check in, not an appointment for my car to be worked on???? What is that????

Great car buying experience when I bought it a Rear parking sensor went out and they replaced it for me. Only thing I didn’t like is I called them today and ask what they would charge to add a second key for me told them I already purchased online and told me they won’t even do it since I didn’t purchase it with them and against there policy. I can see that with other parts like brakes parts, engine parts etc .Come on a key I was just trying to give them more business.

A zero would be more appropriate. Every time I leave the service department here I swear I will never return. If it wasnt for mandatory recalls and then being the closest service department I would always go elsewhere. They always over-promise and under-deliver and gouge for pricing at every opportunity they can. Definitely steer clear of this if at all possible

Courtesys Auto Body Shop is the best! I had a recent fender bender and took my 2009 Subaru in for repair. I brought my car in, gave my insurance company information to Curt, and he coordinated everything for me from there. Curt was efficient, professional and so easy to work with. But, the best part was seeing what a fabulous job they did repairing my vehicle! I couldnt be happier, they did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Courtesys Collision Repair Shop, they are awesome.
