Unbelievably great service! We pulled in and told them which two we wanted to look at. They got us the keys and after a good test drive we were in the office talking numbers. Our salesman Alan Borski was amazing and fast. Got us the price and payment we wanted in under an hour. Alan made the last few salesmen I’ve dealt with in the past look like chumps. We weren’t there but a little under two hours and drove away in a brand new truck. I went to Merit today looking to trade in my car and purchase a good used car. I am a bit of a nervous car shopper because I have terrible luck with buying cars and it always takes 5-6 hours to get through it. Needless to say buying a car is a very stressful and upsetting event for me. But not today! I went to Merit and worked with Ron and Joey and had an amazing experience! They were super attentive, explained everything to me, and made me feel so comfortable that my anxiety was actually bare-able! I ended up driving off the lot with a beautiful certified Buick Encore that is the nicest car I have ever owned! My family was done wrong in Lawton by two dealerships (which I shall not name - Lawton CJDR and Classic Chevrolet). We have now bought three vehicles from here, previously Byford and now Merit. We have had the same salesperson, Alan Borski, which listens to the needs of the customer and helps the customer get what they came to purchase. My wife was on a road trip and forgot she was driving my truck and not her car. It was early in the morning and she put gas in the diesel truck. Luckily she realized it after a couple miles and was waiting at the dealership when they opened. These guys were swamped with repairs and still managed to take care of a stranded pregnant woman.I cant thank these guys enough as Im in California at the moment and it would have been pretty hard to come help her.Weve had the most stressful month I think weve had to date and these guys made sure it couldnt get any worse.Thanks for getting it done!!!

The management at this dealership values their pocketbook more than the customer. I understand it’s their business to make money but it’s also good business to honor your word and respect the people who give you business. I would never recommend doing business with the current management.

Driving cross country with the wife when my 89 Jeep Wrangler accelerator cable snapped. Towed here and couldnt have been happier with the results! Courtney at the service desk was able to not only find a replacement part, but get it expedited to the dealership. She then went the extra mile and gave a loaner car for free to use while they got the part. In less time than a Scorsese movie they were able to get us back on our trip! Truly amazing customer service!!!

I had recall work done. Appointment time was as I had expected. Approximately one hour in duration as they had said. Repairs were made; no hard sell on other issues. Far better than when it was Johnsons. I can say the staff was very courteous. I would recommend.

Horrible experience. Bought used van that supposedly had passed inspection. It fell apart as soon as I got home, engine was being held up with zip ties, my mechanic said this vehicle should never be driven and the dealer won’t answer my phone calls. HORRIBLE THING TO DO TO HONEST, HARD WORKING HUMANS!

Not even a star! There mechanics don’t know what they’re doing. I took my truck in to get an alignment done and got my truck back with it leaning to the right. I told them it wasn’t leaning to the right before I gave it to them. They claim they did not cause that issue. I took it over to Christian brothers and they said the alignment was messed up. Don’t go to this dealership for anything when they can’t even do an alignment!

Went in for oil change. They checked alignment, all fluids. They were quick, friendly, and polite. In and out in less than 45 minutes.

The parts and service was great.

Exceptional level of customer service and support. They helped me find a specific bolt I needed for my car. Went as far as to provide the exact dimensions of the bolt as a reference to see if other stores may carry it.

Purchased a 30k pre owned vehicle and they werent allowed to fill up the tank......yes really. Overall good experience certain things that just kinda didnt go as smooth as they shouldve. Nice folk but were going through new management.

The worse dealership at okc they sold me broke car and they was know whats wrong with car and they didnt say its cost me 2500$ the car its audi a4 2011..they lie to me the radio not work and turbocharger need change and losing oil ...since February

This is the fourth vehicle weve bought this year and the first three were all from another dealership! I dreaded having to go to them again. BUT I found a truck I was looking for at Merrit. When I called Braxton was nothing less than incredible, he answered all my question and never through the whole process did I feel like they were trying to get one over on me or doing anything shady.
