Somewhat disappointed this was not found the first time around. Blame for the problem seems to be operator error: when engaging the parking function. This did NOT happen. Also charge for fixing the switch seems excessive, but I realize, Its the dealer. . .

Worked a deal remotely with John. This was after asking for him to inspect the vehicle in detail for any faults or defects as we were about 200 miles from the dealership. AFTER the agreed to deal, he notified me that the 3rd row power seat didn’t work. Told them I’d still take it if they could fix it by the next day. He said they couldn’t, but would discount the sale price by $400. I said pass, maybe try again after repairs, if it was still available as we only had that next day to come get it. A couple days later I asked if the repair had been made and if it was still available. He said it would be repaired by the next day. I said if the deal was still on, I’d come get it the next day. What do you suppose happened? You’re right, he said “you passed on the deal”. Now it’s full asking price (which I was going to pay initially) plus DOC fee (which they were previously waiving). This dealership is the definition of “slimy used car salesman”. If they dispute what I’m saying, message me and I’ll share my DM conversation with them. They’re gross, stay away.Update to your Reply: I spoke to your GM and he consulted with the Director of Ops. While I appreciate his call to apologize about the experience, he stood by that way of doing business. He refused to honor the deal we made and eat the cost of the repair that wasnt disclosed prior to the deal. My initial review was and still is accurate, stay away from this place!

Many appointments were available and open to choose from and then the turn around to get my vehicle back was prompt. Had a text that is was complete within an hour and a half after the drop off of my vehicle.

I thought the service was great and professional. I had the windshield wiper blades replaced while they were doing an oil change and tire rotation. I was a bit shocked when I went to pay that the charge for the windshield wiper blades was $77.00. I thought that was way out of line.

I went in looking for a truck found one, they priced it to me, I said Ok ill do it, they said it would be tomorrow I agreed, I left they called 20 minutes later said they were ready I went back. Was waiting to sign papers and then they tell me the price of their truck went up by 15,000.00 Im not impressed. We had shook hands on the deal then they changed it. I do NOT and WILL NOT do business like that. To me they are as shady as the big dealers in okc. Buyers beware.

Had an appointment at 2 pm for oil and tire rotation. Truck didnt get into service until after 3 pm. Overall a 2 hour wait.

Didn’t fix my headliner light and pocket section right. They left grease all over the section and the headliner. We had to take it back for them to fix it. They cleaned and redid the section but it still not as secure as it was when we bought it.

After pulling my credit, getting a pre - approval and taking my card information under agreement to hold a vehicle, they sold the vehicle and stopped answer my calls. After they ran my credit.

Service department was absolutely fantastic when our battery stranded us 5 miles from their dealership! From the fabulous young lady who took our call and was planning to come help us if the service guys couldn’t get to us quickly to Ben who came and jumped our battery and led us back to the service center where they replaced our old battery with a new one and got us quickly on the road again. Awesome service and customer care!

They were kind they are understanding there an we asked why our vehicle was leaning an they checked it out no questions asked the best service around town.

The only issue I have is that I just bought the car in January. The car was an enterprise rental prior to me buying it. The air filter was bad and I had to pay to replace it. I have only driven the car for 6000 miles, I think the air filter was bad when I bought the car. Thanks Kim

I was very happy to make it in for an oil change around 345 PM on the Saturday before Easter. The coupon I received in the mail was right on time. But when I got there the lady at service desk was annoyed and she honestly made me feel like I was an inconvenience. We ended up making it work but feel no customer should have to feel that way just for being a customer

Friendly service. Very willing to help. Had a slight issue with the truck after I bought It, they not only fixed it but drove it down to me in Lawton so I wouldnt have to drive back to Chickasha. Today i got a small package with biscuit mix and preserves from them. Just great all around service.

This dealership is the absolute strangest dealership that I have ever experienced. The sales staff is completely unable to provide any information regarding the inventory or intelligent financing options. They have a ton of high-dollar luxury cars but asking a sales person to tell me about these vehicles is pointless. THEY HAVE NO CLUE....just go to OKC for a great buying experience, realistic pricing and sales consultants that take pride in their profession.

Initially great experience... however, months later, I still dont have a second set of keys... even though Ive called and driven the 45 miles numerous times. My truck should also have came with hubcaps that are on every other model I see but the dealer says dont come with mine. Poor after purchase service.

It started out great. I came in for my free oil change, A salesman offered me a deal that sounded great. For the next 4 hours of shopping through cars we had fun. But then and came down to money, those deals are about as twisty as a pretzel. IT ALL COMES DOWN TO MONEY. SUPER DISCIEVING. AND IF YOURE SALESMEN IS NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF HOW THAT WORKS ITS NOT FUN. I left crying. Be especially careful of the guy that says his parents are missionaries serving in the Caribbean.I would suggest recording​ the contract progress and negative 10 was not a choice.

This place has horrible service.The salesman are dreadful not professional. I arrived at this location on 1100pm 20 Oct 2017 to purchase a vehicle everyone in the building on the compute.The one salesman that did come out she could not give me the price of a vehicle was not eager to sell any cars. I would not recommend this place. Just absolutely a wait of my time traveling to Byford GMC.!!!
