Diego and the team at Leaders are absolute class acts and the store always has some of the best new shoes. Been shopping here for years and is always a good experience.

The reviews say customer service is good which surprised me bc the guy sitting on the chair, probably the owner or manager, was really rude and standoffish. came here on my last day Chicago trip from NY and wanted to show support. Sign on the door said appt only and to call the number which isn’t shown online. I was in front of the store and wanted to respect that so I called and he responded “just come in then” and hung up. No greeting, no service, no thanks for purchasing. Only the other employee working there was super helpful and nice. Still bought something to show some love but that guy needs to show some decency and open mindedness to new customers. Need to take it down a notch and be a little humble.Doesn’t mean YOU shouldn’t take down a notch too as you can clearly take time to respond to honest negative reviews that reflect an experience but can’t take time to actually communicate with EVERYONE that walks thru that door.

Leaders is one of my favorite Chicago sneaker boutiques! They offer a wide range of different and exclusive sneakers, their shirts are the best t-shirts they wash well and they cut well for the perfect summer crop! My ultimate favorite items are those cozy long socks they sale!! Perfect for movie nights on the couch with a blanket. If you live in Chicago or are just passing through Chicago check out Leaders!

The store was small compared to the one in the other places but they still had plenty of choices for us. The parking is rather large so do not worry about finding some. I recommend this place 100%.

Great shoes collections

I have been a customer/fan of this brand going on some years now and I dont see that changing any time soon. The staff are some of nicest guys I have ever met and over time I developed a friendship with them. I love the products because even though I no longer live in Chicago when I wear Leaders gear I feel like I am carrying a small part of my roots with me wherever I go. I always look forward to stopping in the shop when Im home to see my Leaders family and catch up. Keep up the great work.

I attended a release where I got shoved and sprain my ankle, they had horrible organization their security didnt do anything when I got shoved, when tagged on social media I got blocked, everyones better off going to stores where they make sure safety and communication is priority!

The staff was sooo nice here. Corey is the definition of customer service. After a heart felt greeting he offered to walk my dog for me while I shopped. Diego was also a pleasant suprise they have in the shop. While Corey walked the dog, Diegotaught me many ways to impress people using anchor to Chinese proverbs. As I tried on clothes I got tired so Tre offered to kneel down on hands and knees so Id have somewhere to sit all while I learned from Diego. When Corey came back with my dog he was completely obidient and even learned how to do a flip. Purely amazing. I went in for a hoodie and left with a new perspective on life.....

I walked in, started browsing the store, asked if they get new air force 1s in, the manager who was sitting on the chair started giving me some attitude. He said, Look at all the stuff we have here, you dont think we get new stuff in? At this point, I had a bad taste in my mouth, but I replied politely and I said, You dont need to give me an attitude, I was just asking if you guys would get new air force 1 s in. He said, What are you looking for? You are weird. I said, How am I weird? Do you always treat customers like that? He said, You can leave now, we dont want you. Peace out. and started receiving packages from UPS outside. I was so dumbfounded. I would not recommend.Nope. Not a competitors customer. A regular customer, a student in school. You can tell by my other ratings. I just rate how I feel.
