Not a good experience. Very poor communication and planning. Install took months after they started (COVID prevented the install for several months but once they started it still took months) and we needed to constantly reach out to Amy to find out when they were coming next - she would give a date and they would fail to show, so we would need to call again. Bought a total of $15k in furniture and a brand new reception desk that was put together wrong and is now failing. We are trying to reach out and are getting no response now that they were paid. Do not recommend using them.Update 2021 - July 2021 Amy agreed to replace the broken front desk. We picked out a replacement and had been given 3 dates that the installers would be here to install. After each date past they failed to show and failed to call and let us know they werent coming. Now October and we still have a useless broken reception desk and 3 more broken promises by this company. I dont get it - its not hard to communicate but at this point it seems to be flat out lies. The only bright spot is this review has been viewed over 4000 times and maybe it saved others from having this issue.
Amy was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us with design of the cubicles and gave few ideas. Very quick at responding. Cant beat their prices in the market. Quality product was delivered. Installation crew was nice. Guys installed everything and were very flexible and kind people.We will be working with Amy in future as we expand our business. Very kind and professional lady.

Horrible experience, we regret the decision of choosing this company for our office furniture. We paid for a desk over a year ago and not only did we not receive it but we never received a response to our inquiries or request for refund. After several months of following up and being told we would receive a call back or that no eta was available I am starting to question the validity of this company and other reviews. We were very understanding of the current situation, but that does not excuse the lack of communication and professionalism. It also appears this company has lost their bbb accreditation.
Our company was merging with another and we had many new employees going to be working from our office. I needed help to fit everyone into the space comfortably and make a smooth transition. Cubicle Concepts team was quite helpful, providing me with both the design and the furniture options advice. We ended up outfitting the entire office with new furniture and it looks fantastic. They even gave us a credit for the existing furniture! Highly recommend!
Cubicle Concepts has some of the best modern office furniture you can find. You can source a lot of the stuff elsewhere but their prices are very competitive and they have an eye for design which you dont get from shopping online. I use them as I lease out office spaces in 2 different buildings. When I have a new tenant I usually offer to have Amy or David come by and assist with the design and selecting desks, etc. Almost all of my tenants have wound up using them. Honest company with high quality office furniture and excellent design ability.
Recently bought a new receptionist desk for my office from Cubicle Concepts. My receptionist and assistant were working from an old small basic table. Wasnt really even a desk! I had her call them up and we worked with the reps for a few days until we found her the perfect desk. I bought it new but only because the price was so reasonable and matched our other furniture. Shes happy and Im happy.

The installers were efficient and did a great job. The cubicles almost looked brand new. There were a few scratches on the used cubicles but not enough to be an issue. We also purchased office chairs (new and used) and a new conference room table.The only reason Im not giving a 5 rating is that there were a couple of new chairs that were damaged and were suppose to be replaced. Weeks went by and we hadnt heard anything. We called a couple of times and was assured they would be replaced but were still waiting. Finally got new desks from Cubicle Concepts in our retail location. The old ugly tables and chairs I am certain were affecting our sales. They even gave us a credit for our old furniture. We ended up with a great makeover for the storefront mostly to the credit of the new desks, tables, and chairs. It really made a difference.

Recently had need of a very large number of office chairs to refit our workstations. The ones we had previously were more old, ill-made, and falling apart. Needed to purchase in bulk at a low rate, but were concerned refurbished furniture might have the same problem. We neednt have worried.
