Walked in ready to buy a bunch of office furniture and the woman working literally couldn’t prioritize her tasks. We waiting around for probably 10 minutes trying to find the items we were looking for with no luck. Left to go somewhere else.

Did my research in advance and focused in on a specific chair...believe me it took some time for the selection and the pricing cant be beat! When I finally thought I was ready to purchase had a few quick emails with Cindy (and I mean quick or the response time was top notch) my wife and I drive to the location to pickup a chair and save on shipping. Walk in and great to see everyone masked up in these crazy times. In any event my bottom and back test drive the one. All was good but not sure what I said or what Cindy might have seen but asks if I was willing to try something else? She has me sit in a different chair and I was like WOW...lets do it. Didnt walk out of showroom with chair for it shipped from AZ (no charge!). It arrived in 4 business days and looks brand new even though it was manufactured in 2005. Why spend $250 on a new chair from who knows where when you can get a fully warranted reconditioned chair that when new was 4 times more with a 10 time better build quality?

Finding this store on December 23 was fantastic. Wide selection across different price points. Everything was in very nice condition. Some pieces looked unused! We found the perfect office chair for our familys needs. The customer service was excellent. I would shop here again.

The furniture liquidation industry is saturated with both online and brick & mortar companies. Business practices in this industry can be rather shady and you really dont know what you are getting into from the condition of the product to shipping to warranties. I was in the market for a Herman Miller chair and its a good idea to focus locally so you can go in person and be in more control of the purchase process. After a long search I was pleased to find National Office Interiors. They had a small inventory of the chairs in the Chicago facility and they were going quick. I called them up and Cindi was very kind and answered all my questions. The condition was excellent and the price was very reasonable. With a 5 year warranty, which is very rare in this industry, it was a no brainer. Thank you National Office Interiors!!!!!

Can I put ZERO STARS! I own an installation company in the South Carolina market and received, delivered, and installed an order for him back in February of 2020 and have YET to receive payment for it. They are unresponsive to inquiries into when we will receive payment. Total joke!

Bad neighbors for the community. They regularly block the sidewalk leading to the metra train station with oversized trucks and never shovel sidewalks so they’re constantly creating hazards for pedestrians.I’ve submitted a 311 complaint about you not shoveling snow from your side walk and will continue to do so every day you fail to address the matter.

This place is AWESOME! Found exactly what I needed, placed order online on August 12, received an immediate response from Jillian who sent a quote for the items, I accepted the quote, and sent payment information. I was advised it would be about 2 weeks. I received an e-mail on August 18 from Janina advising the items were ready for delivery on August 19 between 10 and 12. The delivery guys were here at 9:45, very professional, put the items where I need them. I would absolutely order from National Office Interiors the next time I need office furniture. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company and I would absolutely recommend them. By the way, the items were used items but looked brand new!

I ordered a standing desk online, and it is a good product at a great price. I was having some issues getting it up and running, and assumed it was damaged. The customer service I received was very inefficient (had to wait almost a week for an answer to a simple question), and then they attempted to shift responsibility onto me for using another freight carrier instead of paying their 100 dollar shipping charge. The representative I spoke with was indifferent, and played middle man between the corporate HQ and myself without ever taking ownership of the situation. She got defensive a when I questioned why Id have to pay to return what I thought was a defective desk. All in all, it could have been a painless transaction had the customer service rep been trained to handle these situations in a better, and less confrontational manner.

I am very happy with my visit to NOL. I brought a very nice mahogany conference table from them. The quality of the finish was excellent and the price was even better. Definitely worth the visit.

As a PARTNER IN THE COMMUNITY, your responsibility is not only to your customers, but to the COMMUNITY where your business is located. Your complete disregard for the community is shocking. Every Thursday morning at rush hour you close an entire lane of eastbound traffic on Montrose between Cicero and the entrance to 90/94 for your delivery truck. The bottleneck caused results in a traffic backup extending as far west as Milwaukee, and at best Lavergne. This has been going on every Thursday morning for YEARS! This causes THOUSANDS of people to be late to school and work, and bus delays as they are also caught in this. This is not a 5-minute delay. This is a 20-minute delay. YOUR business is single handedly responsible for reeking havoc on the community on a weekly basis and you do not care. A few years back, I called and your response was a weak apology with the admission that you know its problem, but that you cannot control when the truck arrives. Ridiculous. You can fix this. You choose not to. Your convenience outweighs that of kids getting to school, adults getting to work and buses staying on schedule. I will be in touch with the alderman, police, CTA and mayors office until this stops, and post this on every single website I can find.

This is the third time I have ordered from NOL. The experience has always been great. The product is quality, the delivery is smooth, and customer service/sales team is very helpful.

Cheap wood. Almost all their furniture is used even if you buy it brand new. They cover up all scratches with a marker even before the furniture gets delivered to you. I wouldnt recommend buying any cubicles because you wont get your moneys worth,either the parts are already pre damaged or there are missing parts.

We agree with the other reviewers that the prices are fair for the value of the product. However, I cant do business with this company again and heres why.My office has ordered from this company twice. After the first order, we thought nobody could be this bad. Plus, the owner of NOL asked us to try them again. As a result of his request, we did try NOL again on May 4, 2018. We ordered a table, file cabinet, and 4 chairs (6 items). Tomorrow will be 12 weeks that we havent received 2 of our paid products. Moreover, the last time weve heard from them about our missing products was June 21st. In other words, NOL deposited 100% of our money 12 weeks ago. Yet, they havent provided 33% of our products for 12 weeks. Its like they said, thank you for the money but we have no idea when we can deliver 33% of your products. Its like we gave them a short-term loan (maybe it will be long-term). That kind of uncertainty doesnt bode well for the life of this business. To every reader out there, please note that we havent received our products yet! Who knows if well ever get them? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!Update: 3 of the products were defective and had to be returned. As of September 14, 2018, we have yet to receive what we paid for on May 4th.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the sales staff. They normally ship desks assembled but that wouldnt fit through my office doors so Rena was able to provide me with assembly instructions and ship the desk unassembled. She was also able to find one of the desks I wanted when shipping was delayed several weeks. Dealing with the shipping department was ok. UPS freight indicated that the shipment was not tagged for residential delivery even though I did pay for it. It was cleared up quickly and everything was fine but it would not have been had I not called UPS.

My office chair died. I had purchased a lightly used Aeron chair close to 15 years ago. Too many things all wrong at once so we sent it out to pasture. I really needed to replace my chair.I found National Office Liquidators via a quick Google search. I was not aware such a resource was available 15 minutes from home. I got there and found an out of the way, busy place with a ton of merchandise and quite a few non-pushy sales associates.It is overwhelming. There is a lot to look at. It is all displayed but be prepared to walk around. A lot. They had a ton of Aerons but priced more than I wanted to spend. It was still half retail for refurbished Aeron chairs. It was/is a great deal on a great chair., just not in my budget right now.I was educated when I got there. If the Aeron was too expensive, I had alternatives. I had phone so I could check reviews and had researched the best ergonomic chairs for a tall person (63). I found a chair, cheaper than the Aeron and with more features and great reviews than the big well known name chair. There were a few options to buy, all in good shape and functioning. I picked the one I wanted, paid for it with a credit card and hit the road happy.I am not saying I like my job any better but it is good to be sitting in a comfortable, practical chair at 1/3 the current retail. And to agree with every positive review and see a point to the occasional negative on the chair.Give this place a shot if you need anything office furniture. Lots of desks, caverns of file cabinets and a room full of chairs. Parking can be dicey but you can pull up and load up.
