I requested a scheduled door dash to have this place deliver something for a coworker as a thank you. It was scheduled the day prior to delivery. 24 hours in advance.They didn’t call me until the time of delivery to tell me they refused to honor the order due to pricing errors on the DoorDash app. They refused to honor the order due to their mistake.They told me I could come into the store to complete the order in person. 1. If I wanted to go to the store I wouldn’t have used DOORDASH! 2. I live several states away!The guy STILL refused to honor the order. They have the ability to shut down or “close” their business off from DoorDash during their pricing transition. But they neglected to be proactive and now neglecting to have good business practices with customers.Will never do business with them again. You shouldn’t either.

Very good staff. The staff is friendly, best service. They give great deals and discounts. Best liquor store in Chicago. Support small businesses.

Not the greatest liquor store! Card charges are more. Cash discounts. No snacks available which are good! The hard liquor collection aint that great too. Will go-to Petes if I need good liquor.

Even if you use a debit card they hit you an extra 5% card surcharge everytime..Michaels Spirits on Taylor or Petes Fresh Market are close and much more affordableThe wine selection here is limited as well

One of the only places in the area that I can find Mikes HardER Lemonade. There are the same people that hang around outside everyday, but they dont bother me.

You can get some things here. Its not jewel prices, but its much better than gas stations on Western. Ask Mike Brasie.
