Love this liquor store. I purposely walk past closer stores to go to this one. They always have a unique stock of beers and spirits. I appreciate that they always will have some hot new release in stock as well that other stores don’t have. Also the service is superb.

Great Service!Great little bodega for life’s everyday Knick-knacks. Bought some milk here today that had spoiled. Of course I noticed right after I got home, and right before I needed to drop my wife off. So went and dropped off the wife, ran some errands and came back. Different guy running register, I am thinking oh great as I don’t have a receipt. Before I can start to explain what happened he says, “ Don’t worry about it, go ahead and get another. I believe you.” I know it is just a gallon of milk, but that is what I like about this place. They know who you are. Don’t get me wrong they are a bodega, not a grocery store. However, they have really good selection and pay attention to their customers.

Love Clark Haus!!! Everyone who works there is so nice and pretty damn awesome. The selection of spirits and beer is on point. Im a whiskey connoisseur and everytime I go in I have great conversations about whiskey and bourbon. If they dont have it theyll get it for you. If you ever have a bad experience, youre probably the problem! 😁

The loveliest neighborhood bodega! (Do we call it that, here in Chicago?) I grew up calling them corner stores here in this city. Regardless of what name you use, this cozy space is fully stocked with wine, liquor, beer, and food staples, including a cutie produce display. The staff are always so helpful and welcoming. Stop in and grab what you need + a treat :)

I love these guys! Weve been customers since they were La Primera and so happy they stayed in the neighborhood. Theyve been so kind to our family and especially my two boys over the last 18 years! Im convinced my boys are their most consistent customers (maybe not best since they only purchase candy, ice cream and soda!) But Zach is always so kind to them and Im sure they both owe him money! You guys are the best!

This is the best store in the neighborhood. Its close to everyone. It carries so much product. Seriously, you can probably find almost anything youre looking for. And Sam and Zach are two great guys who we all remember from La Primera. I love this place. I go here almost everyday, because its so close, convenient, and well stocked.

The owners are great and dont be fooled by the small store front they have a huge selection of food, beer, wine and alcohol. I even came across some beer that is difficult to find. The owners have also ordered specific wines that I wanted to buy for me. I always like to support locally owned businesses and these guys are great!

Love this store. A well stocked liquor store with everything from 30-racks to locally brewed beer to fine wine meets a corner store with produce, frozen foods, and general household needs. Most things Ive needed can be found here for prices equal to or better than most supermarkets.

I love this place. A great selection of beer and wine, with enough quick grocery options to make a dish or supplement meal planning. Also a good variety of frozen meals, pizzas, and entrees. Add to that the extremely friendly guys who own and run this shop, and youve got a complete winner. Head on in and check it out!

Great neighborhood store. They have a great selection of items and its great for a quick stop when you need just a few things. I am amazed at how much they fit into a small space without feeling crammed. The prices are great, too. Much more reasonable than most neighborhood stores.

My favourite corner store in Andersonville. Great place to grab liquor, cigarettes, Hot Pockets, pizza rolls, shampoo, and a fresh apple in one go. Great selection of stuff (for a tiny corner store), and the people are the best, most friendly folks. Love this place and come here daily.

Really happy to see these folks open this new location just down the street from their old one. Fantastic booze selections, great hours, friendly staff, and a decent line of grocery goods. Theyve started hosting tastings from super-local breweries, too, which is a nice way to learn about beer made within (literally) blocks.

Ive been going to Clark Haus for several years, and its always a pleasure. Im not sure how folks would fare were it not for this small, neighborhood market.They have just about anything youd need, outside of main proteins, for groceries, including a small variety of fruits and vegetables.They do have a frozen foods cooler, which Ive only glanced at, but among the frozen entrees and desserts might reside some frozen proteins. Visit, and let know.In any case, if you needed an onion or an apple, etc., to fill in missing ingredients, Clark Haus has got you.They also have a great selection of wines, beers ( Domestic, imported, and microbrewed) and liquors, and most are very, reasonably priced.At Clark Haus, Sam & Zack, as the co-owners, are the main men one would encounter, but the other men who work and the transactions among their many regulars, and one time shoppers, are always pleasant. The same holds true for the other men that work there, whom have both been there for years, as well, from when Clark Haus was just south of the corner of Clark and Winnemac, at its original location.Great, convenient shopping + friendly service = Clark Haus.

Zach & Sam and their family are long time neighborhood shop owners and their newest store doesnt disappoint. Between the liquor selection (which is amazing), grab and go, and fresh produce its definitely worth keeping this Andersonville gem in mind when you need a few things but dont want to run to the grocery store.

Amazing people, great wine, vast selection of groceries/ food items, and they have a great number of vegan options available! This place is the perfect spot for all your entertainment and every day needs.

This place is well stocked, always, with all the essentials and tons more to spare when it comes to food and drink and all the usual household goods as well. Most of all, I love Zak and the guys here and they make me so proud to have them in my neighborhood.

Zak and Sam of La Primera fame have opened their new store, the Clark Haus, and it is amazing. They have all the core staples you need with an amazing beer, wine and liquor selection. I think one of my favorite parts of the store (besides the owners) is they carry a lot of extras like fresh produce and food items so if you need to grab something quick you dont have to run all the way to Jewel or Edgewater Produce to get it. Its a very friendly neighborhood place that adds a lot to the community.EDIT: They now have draft coffee and tea which is amazing. You just go up and pull the tap and the coffee tastes so good.

I got 2 large and healthy cucumbers and cucumber flavored ranch dressing. Delish!
