Great selection of craft beer, wine and liquor conveniently located off the Southport Brown line station.

Owner has a great set up and they have a vast selection of wine and beer despite it being a smaller shop. Great neighborhood spot and would recommend if you want to find an off brand or ask a couple questions. It is a bit pricey, but it is a more upscale experience and it’s 10 feet from the brown line and a divvy station. Very convenient.

Id recommend getting your beer and alcohol elsewhere, but this place has a great offering for those in a pinch and in need of a quick purchase of beer for a BBQ or not wanting to show up to a friends house empty handed. Conveniently located off of the Southport brownline stop, I ventured in here to grab a six pack before heading to a friends. The beers were about $3-$4 more expensive than Jewel down the street, but I didnt have time to swing a few blocks out of my way. They had some unique beers that you typically dont see in most smaller liquor stores, which was fun to see. On my way to the register I walked through the liquor offering, and this too was priced much higher than what youd see elsewhere.

I was looking for a particular type of wine and had asked one of the members of staff to help me find it, and he inferred to me and my friends to get the cheaper one because we didnt have the particular esoteric palette taste of the area. Mainly its because we were dressed young, but I found this extremely offensive and rude. I complained to the other staff members, to which they apologized, but it still left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth.

Bought some drinks and snacks from here, three different things, all expired 3 months ago, no excuse for that kind of negligence. That’s bad enough to be a danger to public health.

Way over priced whiskey...rip offs. Bottles that retail for $70 he has marked for $500!! Dont waste your time for liquor here.
