Very clean, cute shop within the plaza. Stocked with an incredible variety of saki and other authentic pan asian alcohols. Modest but well stocked beer section in the back to the left. It included hard seltzers, Bud Light brand to be exact. The cashier was courteous and succinct.

The only places I go for sake probably the only places I know have sake. Good people have different variety and other drinks.

A overwhelming selection of wine, beer, and spirits. If you’re looking for something different in the realm of spirits, this is the place. Huge variety especially from Asia. Here is where I found my honey flavored Choya drink. Very difficult to find the honey flavored 😅

I like the selections of Chinese and Japanese alcoholic beverages. Not sure if the prices are fair because a lot of the brands arent available anywhere else nearby. Probably not even in the Chicago area at all.

Good and interesting liquor for a good price. Closes early with out notice sometimes so I dont go if it within one hour of closing time but if I want a handle of any popular whiskey, brandy or vodka. I go here. I dont even live in China Town either haha.

Picked up some sake decent place good variety

I like this place a lot since they have a lot of variety of drinks. I buy my sake and soju from this place all the time :) i recommend the CHOYA plum wine its around $18 and its very good and sweet.

I was here like 3 months ago. Its not bad but they have a small selection of wines. They could improve in their selection. Other than that the staff is very nice.

Very cool selection of awesome wines, sakis and liqueurs. Well maintained, clean, and courteous staff. My only complaint was from walking in to paying for my purchase was I was watched like a hawk by the two employees. Admittedly, with selections on the shelf that were from 6 to several hundred dollars, I can see why, but it was a little off putting... all in all a great store though.

Unfortunately first time buying with bad experience! Bought a fake luxury high-end liquor at this place. It was bought as a gift for my Chinese friend. My friend is an experienced drinker and tasted the difference. It was unpure and definitely has mixed with other alcohol content. Then, I did some research online and confirmed the packaging on the bottle is fake! Just like buying any luxury product there is always fake imitation. This is my first time buying from China Town thus I didnt check the authenticity before buying... So regret!! I reached out to the store but the sale associate doesnt want to resolve the issue. Consumers please be aware when buying from here!

This is where we load up on new alcohol every year when we visit. I wish they were more info tags on the various sake so I could decide easier when theres no info on the bottle. Clean store. Staff are neutral - not super friendly or asking if we need help, but not jerks, either.

Good selection. More high end liquor than anything else. I wasnt too fond of needing a chip on my card in order to pay with a card. Luckily I had cash on me.

Stumbled upon this place while walking around Chinatown after lunch on a Saturday afternoon and not only did I get to try some great plum wine (which I ended up purchasing), but also had a truly pleasant surprise when I found out they actually carry my favorite sake: Yuzu Omoi. Having tried it for the first time in Florida, I was ready to order it online from distributors in CA or NY, because I couldnt find it anywhere in Chicago, not even at Binnys(!). Just thought some one should put this in big bold letters on the web so itll be featured on your next Google search--and if you havent tried this sake yet, def give it a chance, prepare to be blown away.

Didnt actually go into the store. I wish it was open a little later though. I think we were in Chinatown round 9 and they were already closed

There are maybe about a dozen different kinds of Chinese liquors, but only about 2-3 brands from south-west region also not nice types. They also charge about 2 times as in L.A. Dont think it worths to the visit.
