I love this place. Watch them make your ice cream rolls right in front of your very eyes. Flavors galore. Good ole strawberry is my favorite, but I’ve heard the key lime is amazing and the taro is fantastic. They also have rainbow grilled cheese, which I haven’t tried but looks totally bizarre. This place is always busy because the treats are remarkable! See my pix.

Great experience, very good rolled ice cream. Note, dont be scared off by the group of people when you first enter. They are not in line to order, go past them to where the line starts. Not a long wait at all.

A really good place for hand rolled ice cream in the heart of china town. We ordered the strawberry mango ice ceam and it was delicious, and enough for 3 people to share. The have a lot more fun flavors to try.

Our favorite spot for the roller ice cream. It’s always worth the wait since most of the time we come here we have to wait in line that moves quickly. Workers here are fast! My favorite is the s’mores.

Quite the busy place around 8pm. They have like 5 workers chopping away and rolling up the ice cream as soon as you step in, so you know its bussin. I got the mango and dragonfruit, pretty good. In and out in like 10 mins.

Busy in a Friday night but that’s often a good sign. Good selection of ice cream and other beverages and all freshly made to order. My group were all pleased with their orders and it was very reasonably priced. Will be sure to go back next time I’m in China town.

I LOVE this place, Im a little addicted now. The Tiger King is probably the best bubble tea Ive ever had in my life. And the Key Lime Pie rolled ice cream was such a huge treat, its rolled with Fruity Pebbles! 100% recommend stopping here for a treat.

Amazing place, very nice workers, and love the design they they have on their drinks and ice cream cups. The Pink Lady and Oreos secret ice cream taste very good. Smoothie taste very good not too sweet either. I personally got the Tigers King Boba drink and so far I love it. Definitely will be coming back.

I would give it 5 stars but the lady that was helping us was a bit rude. But overall experience is the drink that mattered. It was amazing and it tasted so good! I got the taro milk tea and blend was perfect!

They have really tasty rolled ice cream here. I got “Oreo’s Secret,” their classic oreo ice cream and I added Nutella topping in the ice cream. It was delicious! My friend got the “Double Trouble” ice cream from their specialty menu. We both enjoyed our ice creams a lot.Of note, for COVID, they closed their doors and serve ice cream only through their windows. Also the $6.50 or $7.00 price is including taxes.

The Legend Tasty house was very unique and definitely a different way to see ice cream. The staff was friendly and it was easy to order. I liked that the menu had only ALL pictures because majority of people are visual and it helps to see what were eating. I liked how the toppings and everything went completely together and tasted well together. I put 4 stars instead of 5 because I felt like I have tasted better ice cream. However, I would still recommend them!

It is made by pouring the liquid mixture onto a flat frozen crepe pan, where the liquid is immediately frozen, chopped, flattened and rolled into bite size ice cream rolls.The process of making the ice cream into little rolls, especially the chopping part before rolling it, increases the texture of the ice cream. Therefore, as you bite it, it is soft and layered.Upon trying this latest craze out, I think I am a fan!Legend tasty house is a well oiled machine. Go in, join the queue, select the flavors you want, and enjoy the process of how they make the rolled ice cream in front of you. There are four to five stations working at the same time, so the queue moves pretty fast. Theres also seatings in the venue, so you can seat and enjoy your desert and hang out with friends.

This place is outstanding. The rolled ice cream technique is really fun to watch them do. The presentation is fantastic and the flavors are really fun.

Ice Cream is prepared on a frozen platter than rolled into a crisp roll. I had the green tea ice cream. Interior is rather plain yet functional. Bathrooms are rather dingy. Would recommend and seating is limited. So grab a table. Cashier was friendly. Nice place to stop.

What a great experience this was. The staff is very passionate about what they do and make the ice cream rolls with such precise rolls and cuts. The ice cream is super creamy with tons of flavor. This really was really cool and if you look at my pictures youll be like I need one of those too.

Okay, I know youve seen the long lines at this place and you are super curious to taste what has everyone so pressed. Wrong. I would advise you to adjust your expectations when it comes to the taste of this ice cream. Sure, it is quite Instagram able, however, it tastes like the cucumber equivalent of an ice cream . The flavors are so muted you might as well be eating colored ice

We order the #1 Pink Lady, and if was delicious. Strawberry ice cream with bits of strawberries.. then topped off with whip cream, cookie sticks, strawberry sauce, and fresh strawberries... Absolutely loved it. The only cons were not being able to go into the establishment because of the pandemic and there was no organization on how people ordered, so basically no line..

We frequent this location a few times a year and it never ceases to amaze me. They have many many flavors to choose from. You can really not go wrong. They are mostly tasty. The only flavor that I did not think was that great was the taro. I felt like the taro ice cream needed more taro taste. Otherwise all the other flavors are awesome. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Everything is good but just the noodles soup is cold, not hot

This place is definitely different from what I am used to. They start with an ice-cream liquid on a cold stone and work it until it freezes, then roll it and top it. They have recipes you can choose or make your own. We tried the mango, which is mango ice-cream topped with whip cream and real mango bits. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

The rolled ice cream was super unique and delicious. Wonderful flavors with great pricing as well. The only thing that would cross my mind that would be negative would be there Boba tea was not the greatest. But they don’t specialize in that, so that’s why I didn’t take a star off. Otherwise great staff, great experience. Would definitely go back.

It’s rolled ice cream what can go wrong!? They have many flavors of the ice cream and some even have fresh fruit. They have smoothies as well and the prices are very reasonable. Due to COVID 19 you don’t get to walk in and see them prepare the treat like you normally would but the outcome is still the same.

There was a little bit of a wait but it’s not bad for the only boba place open at 11am in the area. They have a makeshift ordering system with a microphone but I think with the walking back and forth, it causes a delay. They had so many options but we already got food so we got the tiger king and oolong legendary tea. The tiger king is basically brown sugar boba and it’s thicker than the oolong.

Love going there. The ice cream tastes good.

We walked by it and couldnt resist going in! Rolled up ice cream is a great concept! I had the giant green which was green tea ice cream topped with whipped cream, marshmallows and green tea pocky. Delicious and perfect for two! The ice cream itself wasnt too sweet or creamy which I really liked. Definitely plan on coming back to try out some of their other flavors.

You do get a decent quantity in the ice cream cups. but the teas werent to flavorful as other reviewers have stated I arrived on a weekday and was waiting 15 mins so the wait on the weekend must be pretty lengthy.

I had a trip in Chicago and stayed near Chinatown! I was strolling around different Chinese establishments in the area when I noticed one store that was packed with customers. It was this Legend Tasty House. I went inside and ordered one flavor with banana. The rolled ice cream was tasty! The fun thing, youll see it being made in front of you.

Do NOT spend your money here. I went around 9pm the other night, and there was only one person working the front. I hadn’t noticed when he made the first ice cream I ordered but, he used the same gloves that he rang me up with (I paid cash) to prepare my ice cream. I had my doubts so I watched him the second time and he proceeded to do the same. Not only did he touch the fruits, but the toppings as well. I mentioned it to him and he nervously laughed but this is not okay. He did remake my order but as a customer you shouldn’t have to explain to someone how to follow proper sanitary procedures.I’m so disappointed, this used to be my favorite spot. But I will not be back. Please spend your money somewhere else where you will not risk your health.

They dont have kids portions on the menu but it would be worth it to check to see if they do half orders or something because it was too much ice cream for them to finish. Chinatown amazes me everytime. Their Nutella coffee was amazing. They have a pretty extensive options for hand rolled ice cream. I was surprised they had yakult smoothie in the menu with different flavors, they are hard to come by at restaurants.

Good food. You get a lot of ice cream. Toppings seem random but are good. Good, common flavors, but more importantly, they have durian. They warn you multiple times before ordering but if youre adventurous, get it for sure.
