The store was clean and smelled well. The food prices were very affordable. The hot food station was full of food. The staff sanitized the food lines after each customer. There was a staff member mopping who made sure you were aware of the wet floor and signs were in place. I love buying food and veggies here. The baked goods smelled so good. I will be returning soon.

Love this place! They have a variety of fresh produce and even have a large section of fresh chopped veggies/fruits and peeled (yes peeled) fruits! They have lots of meat both fresh and packaged as well as a Deli all decently priced. Cooked food, ready made salads, sandwiches, wraps(chicken salad was bomb), sushi and microwavable cold meals. Just a variety of good stuff! The have really stepped up their store since the last time I visited a few years ago!

I only come to Cermak for there cooked carnitas which i love! And will Always love. However coming to this location was everything but pleasant. I went over to there deli/cooked foods counter and proceeded to take a number and wait… this is how it goes I know. But why even bother taking a number when all there are going to do is pick and choose who they want to help vs calling numbers out! I was over looked by many Latina customers who numbers where after mine! Really annoying and as I go to the counter the cashier barely interacted and didn’t even tell me my total. Had to look over her screen to see myself and no ending greet or nothing. I honestly felt a bad vibe coming here and will not be back, do better! Because although the area is mostly Latina they are not the only ones giving you money!

Great employees it was clean but it was working some of the workers didnt speak English too much but they did their best and I greatly appreciate everyone I asked for help luckily I speak a little Spanish I need to keep working on my Spanish

Decent vegetable selection and good quality. On the smaller side so you might need a larger store if you’re looking for something unique. The meat selection was also good but just your standard options beef, pork, and chicken.Good pre-made guacamole and salsa.

One of my favorite places to do my grocery shopping. Wide selection of fruits & vegetables, meats, deli meats & cheeses, and other food products. Plus a nice selection of cakes and pies.

Good quality, good product assortment, and okay price

The location is very accessible & parking lot uncomplicated. The price point doesnt leave my bank account deflated & the produce quality is top notch! Staff is also kind & helpful.However, its a little smaller when it comes to grocery stores, so the amount of people feels cramped. I do wish they would limit a bit more so folks arent squeezing past each other in aisles or waiting in groups of 10+ for deli service. That said, perhaps it was a busy day in particular.All in all, its a grocery store. And youve probably been there if youre looking this up. Just make sure you go on a less busy time of day! :)

They let dogs inside a grocery store. I get you are trying to appease to certain groups but it really is disgusting to shop for food where theres potential dog hair flying around.

They have great produce always. They also have really great meat: beef, pork, chicken, and turkey (I think they butcher much of it on site). It is a general purpose market as well with some surprising items (e.g., ramen from Japan and Korea).

I like to come to this store to pick up some things here and there. They have good prices and have lots of things to offer. They dont have a lot of options of organic items but the rest are well priced. There times Ive been here the cashiers have been nice and patient. Well keep coming back.

This is probably my favorite grocery store of all time. The produce section is huge and well stocked, there are plenty of prepared food options to pick from, churros, tamales, deli meats, and a full line of groceries. Prices are also very reasonable, usually a cheaper grocery run than Aldi.

This grocery store may be small but it has really kept our community stocked during all of the crazy times. They always have the best premade or precut food, a great selection of produce, meats and bakery items. I just noticed they started selling alcohol (bonus) so now I don’t have to walk across the street to buy it! Great job on always having fully stocked shelves!

Best time ever if you love food I went with my adult son to Chicago and I took him to Cermak Produce it is food paradise it was my favorite as a kid and now as an adult but he loved it so much plus not too far from which is another place I make sure to visit my son loves this place too I loved sharing my favorites with my son!!!!

Original location for this chain, it is a little crowded and very tight corners for a little chain.

Good selection of products but prices are a little high. However I did made a nice young lady who had pretty eyes and a nice voice. But then her mask fell down to her chin and revealed that she was missing her two front teeth. I immediately but politely said goodbye and ran out the back door. 😷😌

Everybody had to eat something interesting. My husband had some kind of big burrito, my kids had Sticky Rice pad siews, and I had a Japanese Bento spot bento case. We purchased some sweets as well and enjoyed walking around.

Awesome neighborhood market. All fresh produce, both organic and regular. Lots of deli meat, cheese and salads to pick up. They also have a salad bar, switching it up so you are never bored. Fresh meat from deli or pick it up as packaged. I have a fan of the fajita chicken from the deli, perfectly seasoned and an easy dinner to the family.

The best neighborhood grocery store. Very friendly service, a clean store, quality foods, good prices. My only suggestion would be to increase the wine selection, like include a Malbec! Their alcohol selection is small and very new, so Im sure this will get some adjustments over time, as well.Note: their house chicharrones are delicious. Their house salads in the chill case by the end of the meat counter are YUMMY

It’s the nearest grocery store to me, fresh baked warm long bread always available, they always have specials on meats, wide variety of fruits vegetables and dairy products, some quick deserts, fresh roses (oddly nice flower food) free soda after $150 purchase (if they remember to offer), and free ride home with $50+ purchase. In the warm months they make great tacos outside. They sell cooked foods, but the quality and flavor is not as good as it used to be and the prices have nearly doubled, which is why I gave them 4 stars.

Packed only two registers open no tortillas it was crazy

Old food. Like expired last month type food. Simply discounted and not removed. Make sure to check dates on everything you buy. I saw green old moldy cheese. Stale cakes and expired drinks. Etc. Customer service is okay. Not good but okay. I recommend you make a list before arriving because the store gets packed fast. Store is obviously not kept up all the time so be prepared for not getting want you came for. I dont think the sanitize their carts like they should. Never buy sweets from there or precooked food. I have gotten food poisoning from eating their precook selection of foods.

My local safe store some employees have attitude some are stingy with grocery bags always bags things wrong but I say nothing they should know these things.. use the treat other how you would like to be treated and apply that to bagging to bag the stuff how you would bag your groceries. (Not squishing the bread)

Smoked turkey legs seem steamed and sometimes borderline rancid.Fresh oj sometimes sour and from the thin part of separated juice.Otherwise good store.

Prices can be high. Quality of customer service is hit or miss. Quality of meat and produce is very good.
