I used CGM for a glass shower enclosure in my master bathroom and am so far very pleased with the results. The installers David and Salvador were professional and timely. My tub isnt the most conducive to a glass enclosure, but they seemingly make it work without any issues. (Note: the blue tape in the attached pic was temporary - its since been removed)

I am extremely satisfied with my new frameless shower door from Chicago Glass and Mirror. Simon was extremely helpful walking me through the options available and they had the best prices around, especially for the quality. After taking some basic measurements, he set up an appointment to have someone come by to laser measure as they custom manufacture their own glass for each job. After a couple of weeks, Salvador and David came by to do the installation and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Chicago Glass and Mirror to anybody doing a custom frameless shower door.

Sometimes things dont go 100%. And this is where you then see two kinds of service providers: There are the ones that either simply disappear or defend themselves (and even fight you), and then there are firms like CGM. We were working on a project with CGM and at some point in the process a corrective course was necessary. Simon immediately took action and came out for a full analysis and evaluation of the situation without trying to distract. It was just a very good and thorough review with ultimately a very satisfactory and fair solution. That was a very high-quality customer service experience.I will certainly consider CGM for future projects and feel very comfortable recommending them to others.

Raphael and Ivan were amazing. Our new shower glass and door look stunning and couldnt be happier with the installation. In addition to great care and attention during the installation, both Ivan and Raphael stepped up, literally. Moments before our delivery, our elevator went out of service, but both Raphael and Ivan decided to carry two massive panes of 1/2 glass up 4.5 flights of stairs in order to get the job done. They took extreme care in maneuvering the staircase to ensure the glass remained flawless and I simply couldnt be happier. Great work from start to finish with Chicago Glass & Mirror.

We just had Chicago Glass and Mirror install a mirror along the length of our condos living room and the result is just absolutely phenomenal! Rafael and Ivan did the install, they did an amazing job and it was no easy feat bringing the mirror panels 5 floors up but they made it happen. They were very friendly, professional, answered all my questions and the result is just spectacular! Everyone at the company, from Liz to Mario to them was a pleasure to work with, I will be sure to recommend the company to my friends! And the price was very competitive as well. Extremely happy with the result! The place looks twice as big now!

Manny and Rafael were awesome. This was a complex contiguous backpainted glass countertop and mantel. The walls were completely out of square and I wanted an extremely tight fit. They worked tirelessly to get the cuts and finished product to my specs! Manny is a perfectionist. I cannot THANK Chicago Glass enough for saving my Shower :) I have a glass tile shower in my new condo and the door was falling off the hinges...it was a very tricky job as everyone was concerned about cracking the glass tile which would have added thousands of dollars to the price...the installers at Chicago Glass, David and Mario, came in and although the job was much more difficult than they planned they did a Fantastic Job....they replaced the door and the hinges and didnt crack a single tile. My bathroom was left cleaner than when they arrived and they saved me a ton of money by doing the best job possible. I would 1000% recommend Chicago Glass to anyone that wants an exceptional experience at an incredibly fair price.

Timely and good quality service. Glass looks great and there was no damage to surrounding area. Salesman tried to needlessly up-sell me which is never a good look for a company but overall good quality. Got several quotes and they were all the same.

CGM is the plqce to go for shower enclosure I called for an estimate and talked to Simon and Bob the owner for an estimate on enclosure they were very friendly and professional the same day I received a estimate the next day I received a final measurement and with in a week the enclosure was installed I want to thank all the guys at CGM Jason and Carlos are the installers. Phil, Mario, Simon and Bob the owner.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the first phone call to installation I have nothing but the utmost respect for this vendor and its employees. They were so thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. Their prices are extremely competitive and worth every penny. I loved them so much I got them to do all 6 of my units. Great service, Liz and Mario were nice and helpful, everything was smooth and the finished work was as desired.

CGM made a custom piece of 1/4 tempered glass for our coffee table. They did an excellent job, and were able to cut to 16ths of an inch. The finished piece has subtle 45 degree beveled edges and looks great.

This company does not honor their warranty. The glass was put in crooked, and with gaps and does not fit right at all. I called and texted Simon, their sales rep with the review another contractor gave us of their work. He outlined specifically the mistakes that Chicago Glass and Mirror did installing my glass. I told Simon the mistakes he found and requested he honored the warranty of their work that he assured me of. His exact words back to me were, there are no mistakes. This install was only a few months ago, the gaps and crooked install proved to me Id be leary to ever use this company. Their horrible service and denial of warranty only a few months after install makes me know Id never recommend anyone to use them or their company.He contacted me before the install and insisted that he was my guy and hed back all his work. When I told him of the issues and The horrible install job that was done, hes told me there are no mistakes and to go back to my general contractor if theres a problem.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This review has been long overdue. Everyone at this location is kind, responsive and customer service oriented. The pricing is reasonable and they dont leave a mess. They created three shower doors for my home. Unfortunately, due to a number of delays and hiccups (not caused by Chicago Glass), I was left without an operable bathroom for far too long. Chicago Glass was very accommodating and moved swiftly to install my shower doors.

We just had our new shower door installed by Chicago Glass & Mirror and I am so very please by their product and their work. The product we purchased really made our bathroom renovation look terrific. They custom measured and cut the glass to perfectly fit some of the irregular angles in the bathroom. The installers treated their work as if they were doing the installation in their own home. Frank Batusic was the sales person we dealt with and he was exceptional in explaining the various models. He readily answered our questions regarding installation. If only all business could be like Chicago Glass & Mirror!

I am so in love with the glass shower door we had installed in our master bathroom that I now want to covert our guest bathroom tub to a shower only! My girlfriend needed a new shower door and after calling a few places that were unresponsive or played games with the estimate I called chicago Glass and Mirror. I spoke to kevin and faced time my bathroom with what he recommended, he came out the next day and measured the shower and gave an estimate.They came out yesterday and did the install and it is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! I don’t know how good this company is, but their employees/drivers are horrible, at least the one who drives van #4. He ALWAYS parks in a residential street. Puts his car there while working, then moves it to park his van. By law he should not be parking his BUSINESS van there. We have already called the police to report him, but I guess will have to continue to do so until something is done about it. When confronted, he gets defensive, swears and acts completely unprofessional, which is the reason we continue to report him to the police. I would never do business with a company who has employees so disrespectful like him.

I purchased a glass table top from IKEA. IKEA no longer sells the glass tabletops that fit on top of their desk tabletops. I Googled glass tabletops and this place was the only location that answered the phone, was pleasant and knowledgeable! Bob Becker took my order and he was courteous and considerate. My tabletop was ready in 5 days.The staff were friendly and treated me with respect. I met Mr. Becker while picking up my glass tabletop and he was pleasant in person as he was via phone and email.Im very satisfied. The glass is well made, sturdy and looks really elegant and clean on my desk.Will purchase here again for future needs.Thank youRoni
