Good place to pick a few things that you may need for a reasonable price

Reasonably priced stock, decent quality, fairly well organized. If you need something you can find if there.Good $1 specials, but the color tag specials in apparel and footwear never seem to have any corresponding marked-down stock to actually buy!!

Its a very friendly atmosphere store.

A year ago this place was good. Two years ago this place waa AWESOME! now its messy, disgusting, zero customer service. They close the store 10 to 15 minutes early.

Good prices on essential needs, treats, and personnel was helpful.

The young girl at the counter with curly hair was very rude . Did not greet, not even a hello .. the whole Entire checkout was about her hamster that She talked about with another coworker . Did not acknowledge me or her work at all ... she clearly wasn’t wearing a mask .. she should of at least put one on soo I couldn’t see her face giving me dirty looks at least .or I thought she was disrespectful and obnoxious ; plus endangering myself and her coworkers by not wearing a mask . Everyone else was kind and wearing a mask .. There’s a time for small talk and there is a time to be professional which she clearly was not.

The employees are friendly very helpful everything is reasonable. Its clean.

Great place 2 shop

Great variety, from canned food to cosmetics. They have a refrigerated section - milk, ice cream, etc. Open till 10, so comes in handy. No fresh section.

This is the first time I have been in that store actually have great customer service. Very helpful and respectful.

Hadnt been to a Family Dollar in a while & they had exactly what I needed as far as curtain rods, & decor ends & outs.

Large variety of brand name toiletries and groceries, cheaper than your local convenience store. Who knew!? Checkout is slow, though.

This store has a sign that displays 8am it is now 815 no one has opened the store A lady inside said its just her she has to wait five minutes for a cashier at 807 that was 8 minutes ago no one speaks English its just a bunch of Hispanics walking around gossiping in Spanish and when you ask were something is they dont have it but theres tons of boxes everywhere like they have everything in stock the manger is a short Mexican pregnant girl shes very rude and she just walks around all day with a attitude this place was much better two years ago now it seems like a party place for gossiping

Horrible store and employees I arrived at 9:55 PM to grab some diapers and they close at 10 PM the door was already locked and they were ringing up a customer I knocked on the window and they refused to let me in. I would have literally been in and out less then a few mins and even before 10pm when they actually closed. Very disappointing

Hello All,I purchased a container to drink water to contain my 8 glasses a day from family Dollar just yesterday. Sept 27th 2016 about 7 pm. Wow when I open the bottle container there was an nice RAT turd at the bottom of the bottle this a plastic bottle which carries germ. I was disappointed to see that because family Dollar has a lot of things for babies like drinking bottles and for toddlers. Im very sorry to leave this review but, I have a kind heart and customers and the store manager need to know what actions to take with this issue. Be Careful people! Think I will not buy any plastic water bottles Im sure Family dollar not the only store.

Hate this is their first review but it has to be said. This place is literally the worst Family Dollar Ive ever walked into. I get it. You get what you pay for. Its a dollar store so why have any expectation? Well that doesnt mean your store should be filthy and ran poorly.Stopped in here recently to try to find a phone charger for my phone. Soon as you walk in, its like you are walking around a stockroom. Literally boxes everywhere in the aisle, things stacked on top of one another and just stuff scattered everywhere. You can barely walk down the aisle as everything is just crammed. I managed to find their electronics dept which consisted of 3 pairs of headphones, a CD jacket and some cords. The display was empty. So I asked the cashier if they had any micro USB chargers anywhere else in the store and she said without even looking thats it.Because I was in bad need of a charger, I found another employee and asked her if there was any chargers in the back room or somewhere in the 100 boxes that were laying around. She said she would look in the back for me. 10 mins later, I find her in the back of the store stacking detergent. I asked what about my charger to which she replied she forgot and would go look. I said nevermind and just headed down the street to Five Below.

Racist staff! I was asked (Im a black woman) to hand over my back pack as soon as I walked in the store. Someone else (a white woman) entered as I was leaving, she had a back pack AND luggage and she was not asked to hand over her belongings. Will not be returning. The store is filthy also!

Horrible. Messy, cluttered, the staff is unbearable. Either on there bluetooth / ear buds in a conversation or listening to music out loud. The worst is hearing curse words loudly with no professional decency.This place needs new management. Badly.
